IMO, we should all be real careful when it comes to Fresno information! Making trades based on information thet may or may not be available to the public can still potentially be insider trading.

While It is believe that the information was provided by the city of Fresno project team, there is no proof that it wasn't a spoof piece to manipulate the market now. It could have been posted by a city employee holding stock in SLTD.

SO i think until it is a done deal it is better to have some distance from it, talk wise. The proceedings seen in this deal are not what you would see in most goverment contracts of this size. Typically there is not this much information available to the, public prior to a final vote. Just be careful. Some contracts here in FL operate under code names until the final vote is taken. Not saying this is the case in CA but why take chances?
