Maybe we get a good PR today.
HDOGTX you input was always very valuable. What do you think about TCPS ? Thx.
Fibanotch, did you talk to Mr. Jay lately ? Thx.
Grichtie, did you talk to Mr. Jay lately ? Thx.
Indeed it doesn't look too good. Hope for a PR tomorrow.
I hope for a good start today. I'm still skeptical about the huge volume last week. I do not believe that 36 million shares came from current holders. I still believe that there is a dilution.
Hope to be proven wrong and hope for a PR from the company today or tomorrow.
Labour Day
For sure there will be news about the law firm. That will be good news. Personally I have a bad feeling about dilution. I do think the heavy volume last week (24 million & 12 million) is in direct relation with the dilution. I expect news about this also shortly. That will be bad news.
Should see news this coming week regarding the law firm representing TCPS.
The Company has met with several law firms regarding specific intellectual property related items and will be deciding shortly on a firm to represent them regarding all intellectual property related items.
The deeper I dig the more difficult it gets. Back in 2006/2007 TCPS got money through a convertible bond. As collateral for the convertible the patent has been pledged !!!!!!!! A guy called Kenneth Orr was somehow involved in this transaction.
I can't find any info what happened then. Has the convertible anything to do with the current debtholders ? Are the debtholders the real holders of the patent ? Has the whole issue been reversed ? There are some ? regarding the patent.
Check my posts of the past days. I'm 100% positive and I guess my posts are neither pump nor dump. OK ?
I'm more than happy to be proven wrong. I paid on average more than 3 cents for my shares. I just think it's not all clean and clear. There is something going on with the debtholders and there seems to be a problem with Hickling. Two killer issues.
Sorry, but after 24 million shares and 12 million shares and a drop of 50% I don't think today is more than a technical bounce from an oversold territory. If smart money would buy today the volume would be by far more and the stock would not be up by 20% only.
Some of you might think it is all good again. For sure not.
The heavy selling has a background. Before we don't know what is going on I would be very careful. The silence from the company is not a sign of trust to me. The should step up and inform if they agreed to a conversion with the debtholders and what it will mean in terms of dilution.
I'm long and sitting on a big loss. I do not average down before I do not know if I throw in money for bad money.
Mr. Jay Pignatello of TCPS would have to explain this to us :

just got off the telly W/ Mr. Jay PIG ...waiting for attorney papers then we get an ANNOUNCEMENT ! all going as planned per filings, I congradulated him on his hard work and for keeping his word, then asked what 's going on w/ share price? reply"I have no controll over TRADERS" fair enough..then I said "I like ur work; will u be sticking around(TCPS) and what can a shareholder expect moving forward..Reply " any private or PIPE financing for tight shares >> wich makes a shareholders position stronger.. "must be held in a lock period for @ least 6 months" and Oh, Im not going anywhere , we r all waiting for the announcement ..that is all I can say! TU..
I would expect a clear statement from TCPS today :
- Dilution yes or no.
--> In case of YES : How many shares, to whom, at what price.
- Validity of the Patent. Do we own 100% of the patent and when does it expire. What about the new Hickling Patent ? Is there a conflict ?
- Are we in negotiations with the old debtholders and what do they demand ?
- Did any insider selling occur the past days ?
- How many shares are held by insiders ?
- Which law firm has been chosen to represent our patent interests ?
Once we have a clear answer to all this we can make a better judgement about the future and whether to sell, hold or buy our current position.
I have no email address of TCPS. Maybe one of you can forward this to Mr. Jay Pignatello. Thank you.
Thank you for the link. Any idea where I can find the number of the total shares short as of yesterday. Not only how much of the daily volume were short trades. I'm interested in the total short interest in TCPS shares. Thx.
I would be interested to learn about the lates short statistic in TCPS stock. Shorts as of August 29th. 2013
I can understand that TCPS can not speak to every worried investor on the phone. But I think it is OK to call them and make them aware that there is a lack of communication especially when a stock crashes. It is up to them now to calm the storm and make clear facts with a statement today. This way the phone would stop ringing and they could continue doing their work.
Communication matters !

Yes, tomorrow we have the margin call sellers. Has to be like that. Then a new week and more news from TCPS. They will inform what law firm they did pick in terms of patent infringment.
Grichtie, any chance to talk to Mr. Jay ? Anything new from his side ?
pauljack13, I don't think there is a lot of shorting. It is not easy to short this stock. I think it has to do with dilution although I don't know where the shares do come from. I think that the guy VortMax made a few good points. Of course I would have prefered it the other way round but something is not good here.
Well, I miss a few names that have been around all the time as long as the sun was shining.
VortMax, I don't think you can say that they will not win the suit. That is speculation. Debtholders holder their debt since 6 years. Maybe they just had enough of it.
I just wonder where the shares do come from. The company issued a PR regarding the future plans without any word about dilution.
A dilution is a material event and has to be made public to shareholders. I see a conflict here. Issue a good PR and not telling anything about a big dilution would mean misleading in a criminal way. At least to me.
Vortmax, please explain to me why the debt holders can sell. Has a conversion been promised to them ? Where do the shares come from ? Does the board not first has to approve more shares and do the shareholders not have to vote for this ? Thx.
How many preferred shares are outstanding and what is their conversion into regular shares ?
Grichtie, more than ever your support would be needed. In case you have a chance to speak to Mr. Jay please try to bring more light into yesterdays action and the upcoming events. Thank you.
What happened exactly. Let's make a summary :
- The PR was awaited. It is a good one.
- The strategy to pump it with paying newsletters is a failed strategy. It is not serious and was not necessary. The good PR would have been enough.
- 24 million shares have been traded. I read on this board that there was a dilution. I don't know it. I'm not an insider.
In case there was a dilution I would be interested to know how many shares have been issued. Issued to whom and what for.
In case issued to pay for the newsletter pump I do not agree at all. Then it would have been a waste of money.
- A person on this board claims that the patent they have is worthless. I'm not an insider and therefore don't know. I would be interested to know more about this.
- The day before yesterday the float was very much locked and I knew more or less the support and resistance lines. Today I have no clue about this. Who sold or bought the 24 million shares. How much was just flipped ? Did a new investor got in ? Did one of the company officers sold ?
- I'm disappointed about yesterday but I do not change my mind about the company completely. I don't have enough inside view to do this.
News indicates that future could be very very bright. The company has the potential to be a several hundred million $ company. Not today or tomorrow but within 12 months. I have to be careful that greed does not take over and always consider that trees do not grow into the sky but selling this too early could turn out to be a lifetime error.
Holding 540'000 shares. Today in 12 months could be a $1 stock.
Selling at 10 cents only would hurt a lot.
TCPS read this : (!!!!!!!$$$$$$$$$$$$)
TCPS Patents worth over $50mil!!!
With 100mil AS & 80 Mil OS do the math.....
The Company still owns a Patent.
Estimated Expiration Date: January 20, 2026.

Terocelo, Inc. previously announced it had entered into a Memorandum of Understanding for the creation of a strategic alliance based on its Lycon(tm) chip and proprietary True Software Radio(r) (TSR) with a multibillion dollar Asian Technology fund. This transaction has not yet closed, but critical hurdles have been cleared and the Company is to meet with the fund's executives next week in what is believed to be a final step toward consummation of the definitive agreement. The definitive agreement will then be submitted for Board of Director and shareholder approval.
Under the terms of the agreement, the fund will pay thirty million dollars ($30,000,000) and continuing royalties to Terocelo in exchange for certain exclusive license rights to the Company's TSR technology. In addition, the fund will provide twenty million dollars ($20,000,000) to establish and fund an independent corporate entity, in which Terocelo will have an equity interest, to initiate Asian operations to develop applications and promote the sales of products containing the TSR technology. These funds will cover on-going costs for foundry services, design center operations, application staging, as well as marketing and sales efforts.
