just got off the telly W/ Mr. Jay PIG ...waiting for attorney papers then we get an ANNOUNCEMENT ! all going as planned per filings, I congradulated him on his hard work and for keeping his word,then asked what 's going on w/ share price? reply"I have no controll over TRADERS" fair enough..then I said "I like ur work; will u be sticking around(TCPS) and what can a shareholder expect moving forward..Reply " any private or PIPE financing for tight shares >> wich makes a shareholders position stronger.. "must be held in a lock period for @ least 6 months" and Oh, Im not going anywhere , we r all waiting for the announcement ..that is all I can say! TU..
