Problem is, the flood gates are just beginning for Larry to spill blood on the streets. Retail investors are getting bent over by Larry, anyone not in the play already probably should steer clear as Larry is only going to give his family and friends ("consultants") a way to win. It's all on the backs of retail investors.
Couple more days and I'd have to say those of us calling for the 52 week low are right...
Christmas is on the calendar and I'm sure fat cat Larry will sleep and eat well on the shareholders' back.
The market no longer believes Mantra will deliver ONE industrial setting pilot plant.
Doesn't matter what anyone says on this board or even what Larry says in a PR (he's lost all credibility).
Unfortunately, a thieving OTC CEO knows exactly what he's doing at the expense of the average retail investor. I doubt he cares, POS people typically don't.
Yawn, PPS still sucks.
Millions of shares for "consulting"? Maybe...
Larry is not the one producing the patents.
As far as "valuable" business contacts, the market disagrees. Hell, Larry can only get money via toxic financing.
If it's so easy to raise 5 million dollars with giving up just 5% of the company then why is Larry doing toxic financing. That's why the AS increased by more than 100%!
OK, something I agree with you on (sometimes). You can learn more from dates sources than new ones. For example, when Larry said there'd be pilot plants and early license adopters for ERC in 2015. As time goes by, we can learn how full of BS Larry is.
All par for the course for a shady OTC company.
Thanks Larry.
Larry has Christmas presents to buy for family and friends.
We've seen no REAL movement in what Larry said in his update last year.
Oooo wow, a full 22,000 shares. That's nothing compared to the 175,000,000 increase in the AS.
Looking forward, 2015 is the year in which Mantra will showcase a multitude of first-of-their-kind technology demonstrations. This includes two demonstrations of ERC for the production of a suite of valuable chemicals from CO2, and the demonstration MRFC for large-market applications such as backup and stationary power, industrial equipment, and transportation. Because we have based these demonstration projects on the highest quality research and engineering, we expect their success will lead to the company’s first early license adoptions this year, catapulting Mantra to the next stage of growth.
The problem with this dilution is it's not being used to accomplish what was said in the year end update from the POS Larry last year.
Each quarter we see the same comment in the filings that money is needed to proceed in the pilot plants. I see dilution and Larry's fine dining but still no pilot plant. I'd be OK if it was Larry failing at business but I've seen nothing but shady communications all year...fluff PR's, broken promises, changing stories and now waiting a month to tell shareholders of the approval of increased AS. One can only hope Larry finds karma kicks him in the ass.
Still sure of a new high for Christmas? Look out below...I'm keeping this post on my radar :)
Yeah, Larry just decided to take a month to bother to tell shareholders how he was going to handle it.
He probably ate his Thanksgiving meal (on Mantra's dime) without any care for where he makes a living.
And now with the increased AS it's looking like Larry has the financial skills of the average US citizen (not good).
Yep, it's like saying cash advance stores are just a way for the average person to pay their bills.
Toxic financing is the cash advance store for poor CEOs.
Yep, now into December with no tangible news...
Maybe we'll get some fluff update from Larry soon.
Endless supply of shares (toilet paper) at the ask. Any one buying the BS being fed on here?
Is Larry in Paris dining it up?
Just like last month, still no answer to this?
Yeah, it mentions the Lafarge pilot plant, the one that they pulled the plug on for a "better opportunity". Also, " demonstration unit under construction "... Right.
Smoke and mirrors. Just build a damn pilot plant already.
That's true for actual meaningful things like getting grant money. Larry has shown his ability to delivery on all his vacations.
For the climate change conference that so many have referenced. It's been mentioned many times. For simplicity sake, look at Mantra's August 24th Facebook post.
It's not like it's invitation only. The mayor of the city I live in is going. So... I don't expect Larry to produce anything out of the conference other than a nice vacation for himself.
Probably use toxic financing to fund Larry's vacation to Paris in December.
Sooner than later, that'll only be $1,000 investment. You better look to purchase a lot more toilet paper squares.
Yeah, when was the last time Alstom money hit the Mantra wallet? Are we talking history...
Ridiculous, typical OTC stuff here. Buddies become consultants and pad their wallets. Wife is BS adminstration, pad her wallet. Larry, delivers nothing and still pads good wallet. Sounds like POS people to me.
People hold onto the Alstom deal but whens the last time Alstom money hit Mantra's wallet? Just because it's a 5 year deal, doesn't mean Alstom hasn't pulled the plug. Maybe they found how dishonest these folks are?
I'll stand by my "Larry is a crook" with the above. Just because our system allows for thievery doesn't make it not thievery. This is not failing at business, this is bilking investors out of money.
Regardless, it's heading south of a penny unless that POS Larry delivers what he said in that BS shareholder update last year.
Hasn't looked good in over a year....
Work harder? Just wait longer, they'll be cheaper.
Scam
Yeah, you can see the market's anticipation of an announcement... Scam
I use the term crook as I explained... I didn't say violations of sec laws.
Yes, I have a stake in the company. I wouldn't be pissed at Larry if I didn't.
It's a message board... At best I'd owe an apology, which I will do if Larry proves my concerns wrong. I'd hardly compare that to the other scenario of someone purposely taking money from shareholders and traveling the world at their expense.
For now I'll go with the dishonest tactic of fluff vague PR's along with toxic financing. While legal, I still view it as dishonest and looking to take as much money from people as possible. So, crook doesn't mean illegal with our current system. Lack of ethics, sure.
What that should know is being a crook is not a long term plan. It will come crashing down on them and no one will have any sympathy for him or his family.
I can see it now, Larry walks in and Chris Hansen says "take a seat"...
In all seriousness, these people should be in prison. They are a determent to society.
Here an idea for a site, financial predator registry. If an investor is thinking about a particular stock, just look up the CEO's name and see if he's dirty. If so, stay away, may everything they touch in the future become immediately worthless. Larry probably would turn to drug money in duffle bags but at least he'd be out of the OTC.
Or the Challenger.
This is not the stock you're looking for.
With there was some corporate governance with this POS OTC scam...
Kick Larry out the door and let the door hit him in the ass. Instead pays himself and his buddies with shareholder money. "Consulting"... Right...
