100% of companies say their intent is to be successful and make a profit. That is not fraud.

Some seem to think they know. I buy the ask sometimes while I also have shares at a bid.
A trade at the bid or ask is a buy and a sell.

The measurements some use are just pointless. The mass of the selling isn’t from shareholders bailing, it is from ppl cashing in their payments.

I don’t expect the price to improve in the near future…I’m still investing.
I’m happy the price is down and happy when I get to buy lower.

The concept I like is buy when the price is low and sell when it’s high. It takes some thinking about but I’m sure most understand.

The news of the reverse split has taken the wind out of the sales of the Pref B holders.

So eliminating 450mil shares worth of Pref B’s is the opposite of dilutive right?

I’m sure that will be danced around.
