Slow motion potion isn't available in NYS, so I tried to buy it online. Does anyone know why most varieties are out of stock, even on Amazon and the companies own website. It would seem to be a good thing if they're selling so much, that they can't keep up with demand. On the other hand, shouldn't the companies own website have all of the flavors available. Is this a problem with the company manufacturing the drink for them or do they have their own plant that can't keep up with demand? What other issues could be causing this shortage of product?
Has anyone tried contacting this company. I've sent numerous e-mails to every e-mail address listed on their website, plus to the one recommended here. After a week, I've received replies to none. I tried calling the company. The first number I called, it just kept ringing, no voice mail, nothing. The second number I called, I left a detailed message, yet no one has bothered to return my call. If DEWM is trying to be successful, they're certainly not going about it the right way. Alienating investors isn't a very smart thing to do.
Be sure to thank him for the 95%+ drop in share price since last July. PVEC isn't going anywhere but down to zero bid.
Thanks. Very nicely said!
There's a greater chance of dinosaurs taking over New York City than PVEC ever being up listed to NASDAQ.
11/30/2010 ~ ACAD .65 low
10/02/2013 ~ ACAD 29.73 high
****BREAKING NEWS**** PVEC was just upgraded to a STRONG BYE, as in BYE-BYE to my money.
Bought another 100K shares today ~ 500K shares total.
Did you mean that PVEC is a Strong BYE, as in BYE-BYE to my money?
Amazon (Seattle)
Morgan Stanley NYC)
Yeah, I can't believe I got that one wrong. LOL!
Both companies that my sons work for require all visitors to provide proof of their identity and also require them to sign a roster before being allowed in the building. One works for a large financial firm in NYC, while the other works for the largest online retailer in the world, the one that starts with an A and ends with a Z and is headquartered in Seattle. I'm required to do the above, even if I've visited the business dozens of times, and even when my sons are with me. I know all of the people at the entrance to both businesses by name, and they as well know me. In spite of this, I still have to show proof of identity and sign a roster, or I'm not allowed to enter the building, period.
Also, a post from a few days ago mentioned that a business couldn't be legitimate if it didn't have a sign at the entrance. Well, if that's the case, than the Seattle company mentioned above isn't legitimate, as they have no sign at the entrance to the building my son works in. I'm mentioning this not to defend PVEC, but simply to show that both items are a common practice, even with multi billion dollar companies.
That's great!
I added another 66,666 shares earlier today, bringing my total up to 400,000. I don't engage in the purchase of stocks without doing a great deal of DD. Having said that, I'm confident that while there may be bumps along the way, this is one stock that will definitely see enormous appreciation in the years ahead. The China deal alone will be staggering. Good luck to all who have faith in this exceptional company.
Very funny!
Added another 33,334 for a total of 333,334 shares. Now when it hits $3, I'll have $1 million dollars, plus $2 to buy a lottery ticket.
I have 300,000 shares too, and plan on keeping them indefinitely. My focus is strictly on the long-term, and I believe that the longer one holds this stock, the higher it goes. 8 quarters won't be the end, it will just be the beginning. I agree that a slow and steady rise is best.
Hi Shadowplay,
I noticed that too, so the stock obviously needs more attention brought to it. I agree with you about the volatility, but as mentioned I'm in for the long haul, just like with with ATRS, so the short-term swings (which are inevitable), are something that I'm prepared to live with. I've had too many opportunities in the past to purchase a stock, only to miss my chance because the price never dropped to my target. In this case, it will no doubt present itself with better buying opportunities, but I'm still Okay with my decision to purchase at the current levels. Good luck to you.

I said that my limit was 250,000 shares, but I feel so positive about the long-term prospects of this company, that I added another 50,000 shares today. I'm now up to 300,000 shares, which is a lot for me. Regardless of what happens to the share price over the next few months, I feel confident that ScripsAmerica has a solid business plan that will propel this stock rapidly forward in the years ahead.
It's great to hear that so many people are stocking up on SCRC. Personally, I would love to be in a position to own that many shares, but will have to be happy with my 250K for now. Maybe Santa Claus will deliver some cash, so I can add a few more. GLTA.
I'm in for another 50K shares today, now up to 250K total. This is strictly long-term for me and I don't care about the day to day fluctuations. It's the astronomical long-term potential that excites me about this company. Happy Thanksgiving to all.
Per an e-mail I received from Bob ~ "We are also pursuing the distribution of RapiMed into Latin America, Europe and Africa." He also said, "Thanks for your interest and feel free to continue
to raise questions." He's obviously a very transparent & capable CEO.
Bsav88atty,
This is the most articulate post that I've ever seen on I-Hub. The way that you enunciate the potential of SCRC is absolutely stellar. I've added another 50,000 shares, for a total of 150,000, and plan to add more on any price dips. Thank you for your intelligent and noteworthy comments about this incredible company and the opportunity that it presents. Have a nice Thanksgiving everyone.

For 11/21, as of 4:54PM, your 57 PVEC posts for the day undoubtedly helped to no end in raising the share price. I'm glad you were here, as I can't imagine what we'd be trading at without all of your thought provoking comments.
If legal advice is needed regarding PVEC, may I suggest........

And the tooth fairy is real too!
Can you just let us know if it was positive or negative? Thanks.
MSTX...No insight, but I just removed my trailing stop-loss on MSTX. Yesterday, I was stopped out of CYTR at 2.1101, than the market makers immediately reversed direction on the stock. My stop-loss was the exact low of the day. With bio-tech being so volatile, what are peoples opinions on using stop-losses or trailing stop-losses? Is it better to just set up alerts through your brokearge account? Thanks.
CYTR ~ I had a trailing stop-loss set at @20%. It got triggered at the exact low of the day, 2.1101, than it immediately rises. Lost $1,724.36. Looks like the market makers triggered my stop, than moved the stock up. These past 2 weeks have been the worst I've ever experienced in Bio-tech..Hope things improve...Very depressing!
$heff,
Thanks for your thoughtful comments. It's been a rough week for me, watching as virtually all of my bio-tech stocks go lower and lower. There has to be an end to this carnage; hopefully it will be soon. It's especially disconcerting watching the major indexes rise, as all of my stocks fall.
I'm thankful to be in good health, have a wonderful family, and know that better times are ahead. Money is important, but it's not everything.
Have a relaxing weekend.

$51,257 paper loss on ATRS. Decided to jump back in right after the FDA approved Otrexup. Live & learn; I've given back virtually everything I gained on my initial purchase from 2012 that I sold earlier this year. Anyone have any thoughts about the implosion of this stock on good news. I certainly feel like an idiot!
$heff ~ After the market closed, APPY filed to sell $20 mln of common stock. As a result, it dropped 11% in after hours trading. Do you think that this drop is warranted and what do you expect will happen in the coming weeks. Thanks.
ATRS trading pattern makes no sense to me & never has. As previously mentioned; I sold out at $4.38, just as the stock started falling. It hasn't had any reaction to the rapidly approaching PDUFA on 10/14. I've also heard that there are buy-out rumors on this stock. I'm very puzzled by its lack of movement & volume. Anyone have thoughts on this one?
I don't like to purchase penny stocks, but I see good things here. I bought GTXI yesterday for .577.
I have to go, so I can't post any more replies. I'm simply stating that in my opinion; Peter is working diligently to make this company successful. Whether or not that happens, remains to be seen. You can choose to believe or not to believe; that's the bottom line.
It seems to me that he's telling the truth, not stalling. The bottom line is that building the business is his priority and the stock price will follow. In my opinion; he is working diligently to make a success of this company. Whether or not this happens, remains to be seen. You can't fault him for working around the clock to see this through to fruition.
I e-mailed Peter about VDSC, specifically asking him about the financial status of the company, the frustration that investors are feeling, and his outlook for the future. This was his response to me, which I believe to be genuine. While there are many people who are frustrated with the downward spiral of the stock price; it's apparent to me that Peter is working diligently to reach his goals. Whether this works out or not, remains to be seen. I do not feel, however that he is doing everything in his power to realize his goal of making this a successful company.
Dear XXXX
I can assure you that my staff myself and many supporters were working 24/7 to accomplish our goals , unfortunately is another world out there who is nothing to do with the business that they looking to talk at the Ihub without common sense , build company requires knowledge – effort and hard work and financing were missing the third part but were very close to finish line to accomplish that, and these is what am focusing, I fully understand the investors frustration, posting press release at this point we will help all market makers and also the company’s purchase debt to make unfortunate, these is the time that the company needs the investors hold up and gain the benefit later.
Thank you for your understanding
Peter
$heff;
Thank you so much for your kind remarks. I'm looking forward to making a lot more money doing short-term trades with you. You have no idea how much I appreciate the advice that you offer others. Take care.

This is the best I could do as far as a screenshot for my sale of ATRS. I don't have time to figure out how to do it now. Suffice to say; I made $47K in the Scottrade account below & the remaining $10K in two Scottrade IRA accounts, and a Charles Schwab account that I closed. I no longer have access to these accounts.
I was not trying to brag about making money on ATRS, but rather to show how oddly the stock trades. All in all; I'm a lousy investor and have done quite poorly in the past. ATRS was my one lucky break.
Now that I've discovered $heff; I'll only be doing trades that he recommends or those that others mention and I do my own DD on.
Thank you $heff for offering your expertise, especially for people like me, who have a lot to learn about how the market works. I'm extremely grateful.

ATRS ANTARES PHARMA INC 43,658.0000 $191,339.34 $144,216.15 N/A $47,123.19
$heff; please excuse this mess. I don't know how to do a screenshot, but this is a copy and paste(which didn't come out very well) from one of my Scottrade accounts for the ATRS sale. I had the remaining shares in a Charles Schwab account, which I since closed, and two additional Scottrade IRA accounts, which I since closed. My original purchase price, which involved multiple buys, was at an average price of approximately $3.24. The bottom line profit was around $57,000 for all 4 acounts. Ironically, the Charles Schwab account was one that I opened when I obtained a Charles Schwab VISA credit card that was paying 2% cash back. At the time; my wife and I were running a rare coin business, and purchased all of our coins using the card. As a result, the entire amount of money in the Charles Schwab account, when I closed it last week was $20,828.82, which was free money I accumulated from 2% cash back on the coin purchases, etc., and from trading stocks. Most of the stock gain was from ATRS. Schwab did away with the card shortly after they issued it, but another company took it over and let people continue to earn 2% cash back. Finally, in 2011, they put an end to that. I now have a Fidelity American Express card that pays 2% cash back on all purchases. The proceeds go into my Fidelity account, which took all of 5 minutes to open. Great deal for anyone who wants to earn 2% cash back.
Anyway, sorry for rambling on. ATRS was good to me, unlike most of my other stocks. Now that I've discovered your site; I'm strictly into trading, no more long-term investing. Thanks very much for doing what you do; it's greatly appreciated!
