Nice! Of course they weren't compensated by EDXC. Todd Davis that doesn't play that dilution bullshit. Same reason why the FITX deal is straight up money. No exchange of shares. So there won't be anyone dumping shares into the momo. The senate hearing confirmed what we have all known on this board for a while now; that seed-to-sale tracking will effectively become a prerequisite for anyone looking to cultivate marijuana under any of the states regulatory patterns. This could be huge. Like seriously huge. EDXC.
Yup. We're making sure of that. #9 on the Breakout Boards. EDXC.
The EDXC board is fully aware of the FITX deal. We have released 2 prs about it within the past 2 weeks. The details have not yet been announced to the public, but lets just say this deal is going to make bank for both parties. please believe. EDXC and FITX are going to emerge as the players in the market.
Hahaha that's the truth. This one is going to soar. Nothing like a huge runner to light a fire under the proverbial ass of the mmj sector. EDXC.
Exactly! So everyone can sleep well knowing that they are in on a ticker that has not yet had its "day in the sun." Enjoy the ride to 95+ RSI ... or I guess you can just swing trade it like some really talented and skilled techincal trader. Since we all are :P
That's right. Unlike the other mmj tickers who have ceos who don't waste an opportunity to dilute shares into their bloated floats, EDXC is run by a guy who knew the government would want seed-to-sale years ago and took the time to make it happen.
When all is said and done and MMJ is big business with a few tickers on the big exchanges, Todd Davis is going to be getting "CEO of the Year" awards. No shit. EDXC
That time in Febraury was right off the run where it first started really trading. Went to .20 for a minute or two and was at .05 the next day i believe. This is the 1st time since this stock has really started trading that we will be hitting the RSI 95+ Power Zone.
I can imagine it. Very clearly. It says m3 hub at the top ... and it's raining money ... on us!
Always true about RSI 95+ pulling back and consolidating. Just another opportunity to load the boat. If this year is anything like last year, we're in-line for a few months of movement.
Nice board by the way. +1 Follower.
There is definitely a lot in the works with EDXC. I'm looking for RSI to hit 90+ within the next 5 trading days. I've been on that one for months acquiring shares. Prepare to bank, my man :)
Yes. But by not admitting that there are 5 Billion Authorized Shares, they are indicating that they plan to dilute them into the runs. As they did the last 2 times pps broke .20 this past month or so.
No, it will certainly not fly. The SEC only deals with actual, not made-up things. "Capped By Management" shares are nothing more than an attempt to hide the true number of authorized shares. Call them whatever you want, but they have to be taken into account in the AS. If MJNA is not taking them into account then it is pretty clear what is going on. 5 Billion you say? That sounds like a crap-ton of dilution to me. If only there was an mmj ticker that didn't dilute and sustained gains ...
Just watched the biotrackthc video and my assessment: garbage. Roar Bongs? Lol. Those guys wouldn't know what a marijuana seed looked like if someone threw it in their cous cous. their system is not even patented. you wonder why? because it is just a spreadsheet. anyone with excel and a computer-literate friend could set that crap up. Websites, like cars, sure do look pretty. But i like to do myself a favor and peek under the hood. EDXC.
No, they couldn't. m3 hub does everything. If you want autospense, you use m3 hub. Besides, why would anyone ever want to pay two companies when one does everything? Anyway you cut it, autospense machines will not work with any system other than the m3 hub. You can have m3 hub without the autospense machines, if for example you are strictly production and do no retail selling of product, but no autospense without m3 hub.
RSI over 70. Looks like a breakout is looming. Let's get this thing into the power zone! EDXC
Load them up. Launch pad, here. EDXC.
Looking real good.
Standard business contract. excellent. can't wait to get the terms. I bet they are going to be awesome.
Ok that makes more sense. In that case, if they are not in the vape pen game, which I think would be smart for them not to enter, then they are competing with other oil type products. The best oil that I know of on the market, (not including the wax you can buy from dispensaries that isn't pre-packaged), is pure gold from tetra labs, but I do not think they do a strictly cbd oil. Either way, $200 is a lot to spend on a vape refill. They need to offer this in much smaller sizes. But if cbd hits big, then this could be something. It really does depend, because no one still really buys the high cbd - low thc marijuana. In time this could all very well change.
If all this is is their cbd oil in a form that you can use to easily vaporize, then I think it is a good idea. But maybe not in 540mg form. I would offer a 135mg option for $50, and probably an option for $10 for people who want to give it a try, but are weary of spending $200 for something they aren't sure of.
I think the photo of the syringe looking thing may just be the cbd oil. Curious to see what the actual vape looks like. For their sake, I hope it is an impressive product because they are charging at the highest end of the spectrum for it and entering a pretty saturated market. Will reserve judgment till I see the vap, but $200 makes me believe MJNA should be looking for another CFO because whoever decided to enter the vape pen market with the most expensive product out may have just guaranteed the products failure.
To be honest, I can't believe they are charging $200 for that thing. It looks like a plastic syringe piece at the bottom. I don't understand how they put that on the market for $200, when it is limited to using these cbd packs or whatever. There are companies with amazing vape pens for half the price. Some of the better pens use oils and waxes in all their forms ... you can even put shatter in them. Don't know what to make of this. I'm just saying why buy that for $200 when you can get this for $100?
Why would you ever assume that no money was/will be exchanged? lol what are you going to say when the company elaborates on all your inquiries? As valid as your questions are, you may be jumping the gun in assuming answers you just don't know yet.
Yea. Not a single share was exchanged. This is a deal based off -gasp!- money. Intrigued to see the numbers. I bet they prove to be lucrative.
A company will soon emerge from all the crap. It will shoot to the moon and take the sector along for the ride. Sorry to say it isn't this one. But when it happens, it will be awesome and this one will surely stand to benefit.
You are 100% correct. Fortunately for us, those pieces are fitting perfectly. EDXC
precisely! Really though, this could be huge. That pr bings up a lot of awesome questions. September is going to be great for EDXC. So many catalysts. EDXC
This is just the tip of the iceberg :) EDXC
Right on! Just wait till the market does some DD and gets a hold of these numbers lol I have a feeling they are going to surprise us all in a very good way.
I'll remember your post ... while sitting back, laughing and counting my money chips.
Lol they are getting shaken out right now. Will have their regrets come end of day. Nice volume for this first hour. EDXC. The Leader in Marijuana Technology.
From the information I was able to gather about the current situation involving the RFP proposal, I would say the chances are very good. I don't know enough about the competition to say it is a sure thing, but I know that Endexx's platform was designed to meet any and all needs that any regulatory scheme could encompass.
My favorite part of the news:
President and CEO Bill Chaaban of Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. stated, "After canvassing the field of available record keeping software, it was a clear and easy choice for us. Endexx is leading the pack in traceability. The implementation and use of their software will ensure every single seed and microgram yielded in the process, including waste will be accounted for. With the possibility of drug diversion, the use of their software will aid our company in the tracking and safeguard."
