Of course you only posted part of the quoted sentence, leaving out the "unless" REDUCE-IT shows benefit, which is a duh due to previous similar studies.
Yeah but how did you know the bad news was coming out, do you know the clerk at the court? And if I bet now that it's going to $3 and good news, yeah right with snake oil haha, or no news, I'll lose all my money
But how do you know ahead of time when you predict $4 that it will really go to $7 and then back to $6? I'm afraid I'll lose all my money betting on swings that don't happen or do the opposite. My broker will find me very quickly looking for ne to cover the losses.
Oh maybe, but aren't some set to sell when they detect a fall and it cascades
It was like the prediction and analysis it was worth and rapidly going to $4 and probably $3. Instead it went up.
I would ignore that explanation, says Delaware Supreme Court can overrule US appellate court?
That was the review, the Supreme Court will only grant cert. if other appellates have ruled differently or it thinks very important. So forget it unless just to stall.
I'm not putting words in your mouth,I didn't say you said that. But if you don't believe it was an important case the rest of the world does, AMRN tanked today solely on that case's final decision.
No one here cares if any future court relies on today's decision, the situation is so unique and rare, Amarin's patents are secure. But this case was in the appellate process and if the outcome was so important I would think someone, maybe many, not you necessarily, I don't know you, would be following the case as it made its way through the appellate court with its defined procedures and predictable schedule.
If this was such an important court case why was no one following it?
But this wasn't Cir. it was Appeals?
Doesn't computer trading step in, I wonder if clerk in court shorted
Intermittent claudication is a symptom of clogged arteries, it's not a muscle problem
They'll switch to Vascepa I meant
But if they're off label Lovaza because their doctors never heard of Vascepa like you say, they'll switch to Lovaza, their insurance pays for both or they don't care
Geez everyone was afraid of the army of free lunch Lovaza reps, what's a Teva rep gonna do
Even Adam Feuerstein says no big deal
I wonder if this story about fatty liver disease prevalence in children that's been hitting all the major media outlets could help Vascepa, causes include hyper triglycerides, cholesterol, and metabolic syndrome
Luckily I missed your latest bullish post and didn't buy any
Adam Feuerstein article more than year old!?
M-Fool: "Vascepa demonstrable-clinical-effect, valid-buy AMRN argument!"
Who's Hendricks, pathologist runs an obesity clinic in Roseville. Put on committee solely for obesity drugs. Voted for Vivus drug when committee voted no. No academic affiliation.
I checked my smart phone to make sure updating, thought with AMRN in red everyone kind of in thought
Alcohol can cause gout symptoms, Vascepa cannot
AMRN receives 30th patent for Vascepa
Plus they're already widely distributed as pretty much a done deal.
So I would recommend both taking Vascepa as a patient and also buying its stock now and not waiting for REDUCE-IT. That way you can reduce your chances of having to consume NTG and also make a lot of money.
I can see where you're coming from ready to move on. I haven't held AMRN as long as most though. I now tend to prefer these stocks that in hindsight you could have made more or lost less if sold earlier, or guessed correctly on the swings, but wait out and do fine. I've done the stocks you have to pay daily attention to and read every analyst and hope they're correct or cause an upswing that you get to first. My life is much easier with AMRN and don't really know what I'll buy when it's over.
I was surprised when younger how JAMA was considered kind of a joke. Anyone that took science classes at a research university knows how once a professor gets a name money rolls in as long as his name is on the final results no matter whom is doing the work. Most doctors know more Spanish than they do the language of eicosanoids. Then you throw in the fact that a lot of the decision makers have personal investments in these drugs.
Most recommendations for cefoxitin advise caution when using with penicillin sensitive patients and since anaphylaxis is serious most avoid.
Maybe GSK posted the warnings to keep the personal injury trials at bay?
Your experience probably reflects governmental medicine, PCN's cheap.
Not here, pcn the most common severe allergic drug, cross-sensitivity with cephalosporins 10%, rarely see penicillin used in any hospital except obstetrics.
Yeah but penicillin's allergy transfers to cephalosporins, just sayin' ratio better with Vascepa, can't harm you, they can kill you.
PCN? Lots of people allergic to penicillin, die, not used very much anymore. Vascepa won't kill or harm anyone.
Any analyst is only as good as his last correct prediction. my Charles Schwab broker keeps trying to get me to invest in their funds so I can retire well. Last time took his advice made 5% in one year. He has lots of excuses for Schwab's bad luck and my good luck. If the analysts were correct everyone would follow and no one would make any money.
Yeah so according to SAs Specialist you increase the numbers by 25%!
Part of the reason for lack of posts is because the opposite opinion disappears from the board do no one to argue with
