It's all about brand awareness as they crank up distribution. If anyone noticed over weekend they had articles in CSN and CSP these are the two largest beverage magazine and website for Cstores. That the key behind this adverting type of campaign. They went into basically top markets in theaters of NCM Media network. I looked over what John sent me now and they got placements in this theater group all over the USA backing distributors.

No its like I say 15 to 20 sec long and it played 2-5 min before the movie in the theater I was in. My rep sent me a file with the top 50 USA markets based on demographics and income that the movie plays in theaters I have the total list of theaters. I am just away for weekend from my office and do not have that email on this computer. But its like major cities, I remember for example Texas was Houston , Dallas and Austin. I remember like Indiana was only Indianapolis. Like in Pennsylvania is Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Florida was like, Miami, Tampa, Orlando etc. I have the list and when I get back Monday I post. Should of done before I left but was rushing to get away etc. Its a targeted buy based on income and demographics. Good example its not playing in Macon Georgia or rural Georgia but in Atlanta. They target cities with and area with disposable income etc.
If you read the press release only top 50 USA markets, I have the list If needed I can send I had my rep send to me before I went to Atlanta. Its based on income and demographics. They went into the top 50 USA markets based in income and education. I saw it in Buckhead last night in Atlanta but I have the city list and can share if needed. If your in Ohio or Idaho or Montana or or say New Mexico your not going to see it but if your in Chicago, Seattle , Tampa, Vegas, Nola, Denver, Etc its all over the major markets. They did get secondary markets what is know as tier two but I do not have that he sent me the list from Hawaii to NYC I have all the theaters if needed. Its top USA markets with household income over 45K its a very smart buy and very targeted. If anyone like I can post it tomorrow when I get home I have the theaters name and address and city on my business computer.

I am in Atlanta we saw the movie last night its got ton of action and wow crazy ending I won't spoil it for you but different than first two movies and so politically incorrect like there facebook said etc.. Chow and Alan are the main characters in this movie. Here is what I can tell you since I had seen the ad I new the music. It came on about 2-4 min before movie played the music they choose was brilliant its so load in the theater and break through the clutter. A guy wakes up in bed wreck crawls out of bed everyone see the chicken. They thought it was the start of the movie. Then the ad continues to plays tons of people yelled out and clapped I heard some guy scream behind me HELL YA! The also left movie open for Hangover 4. If you see it and think its over don't leave your seat as more is revealed. Also I saw CSP ran article today that huge they are the largest and biggest convenience store magazine followed by CSN news now both have covered the story. This is big for HJOE more stores and distributors will pick it up. There going to roll into Bevnet in NYC riding a big wave and tons of distributors are going to be there etc. Well we are headed out for another night of fun I already have the Joe's on the night stand haha.
Leaving for Atlanta for Holiday weekend. I will be watching the ad in the theater tonight. I leave it to you guys for a few days to handle these non believers. The post today on the front of CSN that Hangover Joe's put on their facebook show that these big beverage Magazine know what going on and more stores and distributors will carry the product it will continue to grow and as I have said a hundred time its a marathon not a sprint. I also booked my ticket today for Bevnet live first week in June were I found out today Hangover Joe's is going to be featured as a breakout brand at the conference. This is the Ball for major beverage guys and the authority in the industry. This wouldn't be happening if the brand was not on the move. This will even lead to more distributors picking it up. So all have a great weekend. I packed some Hangover Joe's for the weekend. Millions will start seeing these ads of tonight. It's only going to get better as time goes by for HJOE. We got the new 2pack in today and I am having stores loaded with these over today and tomorrow. They have a nice clip strip to hang off the cooler with suction cup. They look sharp great graphics.

Those ads start on Friday I am going for Weekend to Atlanta and I called my Rep he gave me theaters in Atlanta that are showing the movie. I leaving around 3pm tomorrow and I be watching the movie tomorrow night. Looking forward to seeing the movie and the ad.
Reality check their wholesalers. One box like with my company covers 1 store so 12 pack out of a split case covers 2 stores understand. My average is 3 bottles per store on average a day 12 pack weekly or more in each store. The Really is this is a hell of a good sell through for a company with no national media till now. That is the reality. We will let the next quarter numbers talk. So you going to see the movie man. Its going to be a block buster and with Hangover Joe's ads playing to millions I think your going to have sad times ahead. I know its got be personally killing you the share of mind that will be built over this holiday weekend will drive more sales awareness and we all will be laughing hard at you in the near future, cause your just one of those guys who didn't get it and cannot get over it. The other reality check look at the new DSD Core-Mark & Mclane Company. You have to be in over 20,000 stores based on Core Mark rules before they will even look at carrying the brand. You also have to have date from a few chains over 12 months like they do with 7-11 etc. Call them confirm, once again your caught in another fairy tail your trying to spin. You don't under the beverage industry and you make statements based on emotion of disliking the owners or the brand. I remember you screaming about Roth, he was going to be the wrecking ball and he got taken out. This company can be doing 100 million a year and at 5 bucks a share and you still be attacking the brand. I feel we will be seeing more announcements soon after the movie in the next month of larger retailers.
I just told you they have a six million line of credit and they were down 8 weeks re tooling boxes, sleeve dyes and moving to new plant. They also have had an investor put in the first of many millions to come. The brand is growing and they took the hit to move to get better production refer to there press release it totally explains it. Far from broke and growing both domestically and internationally.
Another Lie Jaynes never has spent a day in Jail in his life wrong guy and neither did another settled case. Jaynes is also an ex prosecutor from Eastern TN. I spoke to our rep and he gave me his whole history. He then started his own practice and is the guy responsible for taking down Phen Phen for over 100 million. Again wrong facts and yes I say he was a hell of a lawyer.
The fact is Hangover Joe's had changed their formula before the law suite as they rolled out the movie brand. This guy comes on the board knowing nothing of what goes on in the beverage industry and looks like a fool trying to attack Joe's. 5hr going tear applied science a new rear as all the do is try and go around suing other company. They picked the wrong company because 5hr sues all energy companies like wild and he has the money to eat applied science. Your correct Hangover Joe's had to pay zero and it went away and Hangover Joe's has killed NOHO and Gtox in the market place I expect to the delight of Jaynes the company lawyer CEO.
The case was actually dismissed settled, Here are the facts. This ingredient is not in the current movie product they filed the law suite even before Hangover Joe's has ran a bottle it was show by Jaynes to the judge that Hangover Joe's had not produced one bottle with that ingredient and it was settled. Hangover Joe's had already reformulated their product to have Kudzu in it and so there was never any damages against the company it went away. They did Sue NoHO and they have filled on 5hr and a few more companies but those cases are still in the court. This is how gtox tries to make money. They have a war with 5hr because in court he is stating that that ingredient only is patent for the purpose of hangover recovery and he is an energy product not a hangover product and 5hr has that active ingredient in its formula but there are stating that it does not infringe based on 5hr being for energy. Because Jaynes was a medical malpractice lawyer before starting Hangover Joe's he put this to bed with no incident to the company and today there leading the way and own the category both NOHO and Gtox have no market share or branding and Hangover Joe's is leading the way totally unharmed and won. These are the facts. They also provide all distributors with this information so they are armed in the market place when calling on retailers,

Yes and 5hr got problems owner has claimed he a monk and the feds are investigating because he sent millions offshore to family members in india as a religious charity and didn't pay tax its been in lot of beverage mags. Some say he sent half of a billion off shore feds are looking into it. This could be a story of American Greed. He hired top lawyers but nothing has been yet to come from it. Fed have requested docs etc.
Here what they did as they built the brand. Just like Red Bull did was street teams at events giving out samples, they sampled the hell out of the brand. It's so key. Most companies cannot afford to do it as your giving away shots and profit. That a big reason Hangover Joe's has debt they have spent fortune if your go back and look over all there facebook there all over the country with street teams and events and doing sampling. The Hangover Nurse concept is brilliant. I see some people who don't like the brand on here months ago say how does giving out shots translate into sales. It's smart as you building what is called share of mind for the brand. Your giving someone something for free to try. Your out causing attention and breaking through the clutter your making the brand disruptive you have to do that. You never quite this, if you saw 5hr budget for sampling its got be in the millions. Same with Red Bull , Monster its the key to building the brand and keeping it your sampling all the time at events etc. Another reason I been all over joe's they give us a sampling allowance when I buy ex amount of product I get ex amount for sampling. They also come into your market and teach sales guys how to sell the product they go out on store drives teach how to set up the store there big on giving us POS, Point of sale item, Store signs, cooler trays, posters, counter stands and they give these for free but also have us them , there wanting us to do tasting now in grocery stores on Sat morning and give free shots away. Wheen they get a new distributor they come in for 5 days and do a launch. These guys know what there doing. They are going to need more and more money over time or big lines of credit to draw down to keep running the engine. This is what is setting them apart in a category they own. The key is once they have it everyone will play catch up.
Your so lost, Mclane alone delivers to over 3,000 7-11 stores. My rep told me just today they ship over 100,000 bottles of the new 2pack. I just bought a pallet and they shipped my order today and he sent me my tracking. This will go in over 200 of my stores. I ask he said the new plant in Michigan can run over 700 bottles per min and this is there launching pad now they have the ability to exploded the distribution the facility in Georgia was small and just couldn't keep up. I hate to put another beating on you. The reason sales were slow is that few months they didn't ship a bottle for 6-8 weeks and now are playing massive catch up. They out grew the Georgia plant they got way behind and you will see records sales in the next quarter. I mean record sales. Save my post because I am to give you another beating when that comes out. Just for a little education they changed boxes, Introduced a new 2pack and changed sleeve. This is all new artwork that has to go through an approval process with Warner. They need to make plates and then run the product set up design. Then they moved facilities. They did this after Christmas in the first 2 months of the year and really didn't get re tooled to March my guy says. This had to be done for the launch of the brand and the movie, you don't get it there just now officially launching the company its less than a year old as I explained in yesterdays beating. 500 stores, I have it in more than 600 stores in Georgia alone myself. Your just lost man. Your so in the bubble your head gives you trouble. You are a competitor or your a guy that the CEO when he was a lawyer sued. It's obvious you have a motivation and once again your show to have no credibility. There in ever Block Buster in the USA well there another 500 or more stores. Hey thanks for the support, yesterday for all days to attack the brand and its been going on for sometime with some of these guys. I had just had it. Hey the co-founders are not beverage guys and in a way that been good because they have done what most people with a beverage background would of not in a start up, there kind mavericks, but now that its grown they brought in traditional beverage guys which is good but there driving the promotions that kind of stuff and I know they are on all aspects of the business. I sold the brand before the license agreement with warner as I discovered it form a show that Private Label Nutra in Georgia did. The guy who ran that company show it to me and said these guys have passion for this and came to us to make it. I think there going to make something out of this company that was in late 2009 or early 2010. I bought 12 cases and had it tested in stores it sold but not fast but I mean like 24 bottles in a 3-4 week period it got my attention. I thought hey this might be something. So I started buying 30-50 cases. I did this for about six months then in Sept 2011 they told me they were working on a deal for Hangover Movie. When that product came out long before they took the company public I started buying it and it grew in turns in my stores. I learned something about the brand early on that the longer it was in stores and on shelf the better it sold. See a lot beverage people would of compared it to 5hr and thought I not keeping that on the shelf it don't have the turns. These guys kept telling me that hey this is different than energy and it will bring your stores incremental business. They where right and I hung in there and it picked up turns the key was educating the counter people like they said to know the product and suggest it to the customers. The consumer had never seen it so it took awhile for consumers to try it but when they did they became repeat users. I call it like building a tribe in a store. You get say a typical mom pop cstore 10 people buying it a week and then 20 etc. Then you have people that like how it make them feel and start also using it for energy. Soon your moving a case a week in a store which is actually a high number. They tell others and it grows, the product has great branding is why they pick it up but then it works and they keep buying. So in 2012 I went to the National Convenience Store Show in Chicago. I met the co-founders in there booth and they had a ton people at the both lots of interest. I waited till it cleared introduced myself and they knew who I was since I been buying since basically the start. I was also impressed with both guys and I spent a good 30 min talking to them they had vision and seam to really understand they had a niche in the market and they had passion ,real passion they made me a believer, but I was already there because I had been selling even the original Hangover Joe's. I been in since Hello ,I guess and I feel in a way I have been a part of this ride so I have learned as much as I can I have invested and I have passion for the brand now myself. Well here what my rep told me it starts on the 23 at Midnight in limited locations and HJOE ad's will run if movie is played it starts nationwide and also in Australia etc. on the 24th of May. Hangover Joe's put starting on May 24th and my rep told me there running it for every movie that plays in these theaters for 3 weeks and told me will be using other media that will be announced later as well. It's a huge splash.
Ad is yet to play in a theater and talk about going viral they got over 100K hits to commercial.
Just spoke to my Rep he said the management saw the movie at the premier last night in California and he said that they said its going to be massive tons of action and really good. He also gave me insight they are tagging the ad to support the distributors and stores in different theaters in different parts of the country etc. Meaning if you are in the Los Angles are you see it tagged at the end with logo of stores who have it etc. He said the also only went into theaters with average house hold income of 45K and above, he said they focused hard in the big cities, NYC, Los Angles etc. He said that the co-founder who use to own advertising company gets it and they doing it based on income and demographics etc. He said you won't find it playing in inner cities but in more place that are middle class college educated etc. He said there also got a lot of secondary smaller markets as a bonus and it play sometime 2 in theaters even. He said the phone at the company been ringing off the hook he was told and there picking up more press than they imagined. He said his Job is to get distributors now the news and to sell more product. I ordered another pallet myself. I think its going start really moving even more with all these people learning about the brand. Well that my update from talking to my sales rep.
This just hit my phone I get updates. Bevnet Magazine has just ran with the story as a feature. They are the biggest player in the Beverage World in Media. Every distributor in USA who worth his salt get their updates via text or email. This is a good day everyone. Yes I did when I got my new bottles and saw how the caps had change to the inter seal lock it had the 5hr look all over that cause freshness seal and also the bottle will not explode if frozen. That is why 5hr did that for shipping over the Rockies and to Canada. I am the one who said this looks like the old 5hr system. That plant is in Ann Harbor , I have read. 5hr spent millions helping the company build and develop it. As I recall it can run like 700 bottles a minute. They later built their own plant in Indiana a year or so back. So the lines and all the stuff was there Hangover Joe's went out and cut a deal. It was so smart. I know there in Walgreens and I assume there going to roll out to more area. That how Walgreens starts is with area test and then expands. This placement will drive consumers looking for the brand. People who never would of carried it before will pick it up. This is so smart.
Your lost I can tell you Republic National you didn't mention them and I assume we going to see Walgreens and Walmart soon, This is massive news. The key is putting and ad in front of Millions. Sorry you don't like the brand but today you have to eat the crap you said it going broke, etc. Just wait see what happens with this company I totally get the beverage business and this is short of brilliant. What will you say next week when they release more huge retailers. I know there in Walgreens I saw it in New Orleans a few weeks back. There also in Atlanta, in Walgreens. I know that coming also and tons of other regional and large chains. Sorry man you just don't get this company. Google Republic liquor see that the biggest thing I see yet. They reach thousands of small mom pop liquor stores. Having Republic on board is massive I mean massive.
They have got someone backing with big bucks that's a huge media buy. I mean its massive. Think about a theater in all these major markets and around the country. If there 10 movies going 3 - 4 an evening all day all the different movie rooms. There hitting millions of people with the ad. You know there going be out around country passing out shots as people come out of movies with the hangover nurses. There going to get some national news on this I feel it. This had to also be all approved by Warner. I assume Warner Bros helped them pull this off etc. The real key is when you read this is they got the supply side and the delivery side and they now have more national chains in and there reaching to other channels beside cstore's etc. I must admit I didn't see it coming on this level. I assume over the next week we are going to see more news on retailers and adverting. This is a lot bigger than I ever imagined. The ad I looked again the website is on the commercial from start to finish. People with there smart phones in those theaters are going to find it and this is going to exploded there social media. People are going to share it tell friends etc. What this product has that I have always got from day one is the cool factor, its fun and its cool and like the movies people relate and like use and interact with the brand. The residual of this is huge. This company is going to blow up big time. There reaching the hangover loyal fans. They got the target audience and there also reaching all others. I assume in the other theaters where other movies play. They hit this ad before or after the Hangover Trailer, its just brilliant. There also doing it all over Australia, so they will grow it huge there also. I just saw the other day Australia standard of living is so high now its the number one economy in the world and it also has a population that is huge drinkers haha. Way to Go Hangover Joe!
I cannot tell you how massive this news is. First I been saying they had Huge DSD, Core Mark & Mclane. They have Albertsons, and looks like they expanded into larger grocery H.E.B. Republic Liquor is huge they are in ever state in the USA and are a massive liquor distributor. They are second largest in USA and have national coverage and reach the hard to get liquor store industry. There are not really liquor store chains and these guys call on about every liquor store in the USA. This is huge for Hangover Joe's for Republic to pick up the brand I mean big time. I didn't see that coming. They have expanded to the old 5hr plant to increase distribution, so smart. Then advertising in all these theaters I can tell you someone is investing deep pockets in this company that cost a fortune. The way I understand there playing before all movies not just the hangover this is massive reach. They are also playing all over Australia. This is a massive buy now I understand millions will see this up to 50 million. This train is leaving the station folks. The advertising is huge but the growth into all these national retailers is huge as well. I assume we are going to see more news over the next week or so about more retailers and more advertising. This is the start of a huge PR blitz by Hangover Joe's! I cannot be more happy. Reaching outside cstores and liquor channels to grocery etc is very smart on there part. I knew they had this large DSD network being built and put in place. I kept seeing on Facebook them doing Core Mark and Mclane trade shows. This is why they waited to now to start advertising on a large scale they needed to have production on the factory supply side, which was so smart using that old 5hr plant and then to grow the DSD network the method of delivery to thousands of stores. Millions are going to see this ad and there going to build such brand awareness in USA and overseas etc. This is what we call Share of Mind. There building Share of mind in the beverage industry which is massive. These ads will also drive more request from retailers etc. This was a brilliant power play Hangover Joe's!
Wow the video commercial has had more views thought I check before I went to bed and its over 95K
I am familiar we tried it as well problem is its a before you drink product. We couldn't move it and it had no brand and tasted really bad. The taste was my big problem. I also used it twice took it before weekend Friday night out and it didn't work. They have no real market share and circle K in the south kicked it out and picked up Hangover Joe's!
I am a distributor and we grown in sales. We are up over 43% in turns. The reason for this is because they moved factories and it was a two month process I believe also they changed total design of the box and shot wrappers etc.. I expect the next quarter after the movie and there push to totally expand plus I feel we will see news tomorrow of expanded distribution. I keep repeating these large DSD would not be coming into play if they didn't have big things cooking. I think they have played to actually launch the brand now as they so outgrew that little plant here in Georgia. I agree with most people on here that its only moving upward. We are looking forward to their news tomorrow. I was just looing at their facebook. This shows the impact of Hangover Joe's social media. They posted the new commercial last Friday afternoon in 3 days it has had more than 75,000 views. Check it out. I keeping and eye on the numbers of views. This says that they have an audience and its being shared in social media.
I expect we going to here both marketing good things but see I been watching these big DSD house they don't carry a beverage unless you got big national distribution in the pipe line. I think that this company is about to go on fire. I will be in the office at 7AM in the morning and I be watching there social media I also have Google alerts set up plus I get all the updates send to me from the big beverage site. Soon as I see anything tomorrow I will be sharing.
