Quick question for you, then (or anyone else that cares to answer that doesn't have an iphone) - what is keeping you back from shifting to the iphone?
...but I didn't know that the Galaxy was outselling the Iphone 50 mill to 30.5 mill. That's a pretty large disparity, and growing.
Article/video showing Apple, proud of their tedious 9 step milling of an AL unibody. A video in the near future, Apple touting their new 1 step process...?

More old news..
Sorry to revisit this but it's a nice overview (from 2004) and I hadn't seen it. All the promise in the world bogged down by bad management. Hopefully the product will overcome any deficiencies in the current team and blossom in the near future. Visser and others seem to think so.
NASA Liquidmetal Spinoff
So much may be off the record and impacting future contracts. Tim Cook, wanna step in here and say a few comforting words to this board?
"Tim Cook, promised that Apple is tightening security..."
Think about it.
SUCH BIG NEWS IS NOT HID FROM THE MARKET more than a few days or a week at the most.
We needn't worry- it will be explained:
...the new iPhone, constructed with "iMetal" (Apple's trade name for "Liquidmetal")... The press won't leave it alone.
I personally don't think it would make that much of an impact since people would be able to trace the origins of where the material came from.
First time is exploratory. 2nd time says Apple found something they like. Two totally different scenarios. NDA won't allow the details.
Plenty of reasons for LQMT to do something different on the extension.
So many potential uses. Eyeglass frames that just don't break.
I've looked at the trade history on this site. I don't understand. Every share sold is a share purchased. Why the difference? Someone explain.
So Visser may not have 250k contiguous sq. ft. but probably has a total of 250k spread around.
Why the two year old article?
'Some' of us appriciate learning of any new articles. Thanks for the link.
This 2 year old article has probably already been posted but worth another look. The writer has a good handle on LM prospects.

You wouldn't mind me. I'm the only person I know that "earns" my score. I don't even take "Mullys."
Hit 'em long! Also- trade 'em long!
A better alternative would be LiquidMetal pencils. It's my experience that, with few exceptions, the real scoring is done with those.
Thanks!
Does anyone know where I can find detail for individual trades (time, # shares, price) for LQMT? I get real time charts on Schwab but only totals/period.
Not confused here. We're talking same size/shape tuning forks. This video shows the action of different size/composition guitar strings. It also has a note about a "rolling shutter" that is important.
I'll get off this tangent now. Thanks.
No- watching the tips of the tuning forks you see a much shorter period implying higher frequency. I need a better explanation.
Weird- I watched the video. The voiceover says the Liquidmetal vibrates at a lower frequency. Actually, it appears to vibrate at a higher frequency.
Who manufactured that "ejector pin" for Apple?
Is there a website for this company? I can't find one. Does any real corporation not have a website?
LQMT looks like a freeloader to me. Holding at .4+ till some "real" news comes along seems like a lot to ask. This stock could very easily be looking up at all of us from .14 in a week or two and I wouldn't blame it.
