Correct, can't dispute that anything is possible. But also, as far as we know, from the PR:
Current projects have remained in focus as well. The company will use a specific set of formulation criteria in order to evaluate testing samples with an eye towards moving forward with bulk sampling. For those projects that meet this criteria the necessary steps will be followed resulting in eventual full-scale production. Those that fail to fulfill these predetermined specifications must be reevaluated with an eye towards dropping them altogether.
That "as far as we know" thing really says it all, doesn't it?
From the PR:
"Additionally, delays with the Jackpot Placer Project are currently being evaluated to determine the project's compliance to the criteria as part of the company's comprehensive approach to project oversight."
What does this say? This says that THE DELAYS are currently being evaluated to determine compliance to criteria.
This is the only real project this company has even hinted at as being something that would return money to shareholders. Many here can remember the analysis, predictions, estimates, etc., and people were shouted down who asked questions about it. Now all they can say (with a winding bunch of words) is that the DELAYS are being evaluated. How can you type with a straight face that this could be a positive thing for shareholders? Maybe some credibility could be earned by someone actually admitting something not totally positive once in a while. Why shouldn't shareholders expect follow through and results from a company they are invested in?
That's a certainly a creative way to say they haven't refiled them yet...lol. Really can't see why they wouldn't proceed full speed with such a supposed mountain of profits just sitting there waiting on the original permit.
First of all, I'm NOT better than that...lol. I leave the share assessments, floats, submergences to you brain wizards...
I just wonder aloud where the assets, and funding for such assets, would come from. I will check with the appropriate persons when the situation presents itself. I like to see and hear of specifics...and I would think you could allow that the guesses and information regarding spinoffs, new divisions, etc., with THIS particular company have proven to have been outright misses and misinformation to this point.
That being said, I think Clayton has done a pretty fair job of holding this thing together, and it wouldn't take much from the gold field to get it going up. The problem still remains, there is no info or results on the permitting, and the base core of the business, which would result in a real good investment - at least to the levels you guys hope for and predict. We need concrete information - and not hopes - to make this anything.
Very nice site now. Love the Goodyear lettering splashed across the front.
Wondering aloud here...the spin off company...debuting at a quarter per share - what would that be based on, exactly? The parent company sitting at sub-penny, but the spin off will launch at a quarter?
That's a leap of faith, but that's never stopped anyone here, right? Maybe some insight as to how this could be might go a ways in believability.
Yeah, either he did or the company we still owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to did. I found it sad to re-read the PR saying how we purchased 10% of the open shares of the production company a while back...think what that could have done to our share price and structure if that would have been done with our shares - and then retired, or some such thing. Sigh.
Maybe it will be funded with the proceeds from the upcoming release from our "Run CYGX" rap connection? I mean, heck, we were all told what great connections the IR connection had, right?
Here's what I don't get. Maybe this has been addressed, admittedly, I have not paid close attention to this much of late. Why are they still supposedly planning on moving forward with a groundbreaking if they will only have one month of $$ for current operations remaining on hand? This just makes no sense to me. Either we have some financing prepared (and unannounced), they are going to dilute this beyond reason (who would buy now if that's the case?), or they are filling us all full of shi-ite.
Any thoughts on this? Thanks.
Think we can hold our big TWO for another day?!? Dare to dream, lol.
OT - the wife and I are nearly pulling the trigger on a small condo on a beach in Maui in January...looked at the pics last night, and we are pretty excited about the trip. Holycow, I may be asking for tips before too long...
OT - Absolutely odd weather across the country. Up here in central MN, we've had perhaps a 15 minute light shower to speak of in our area since the beginning of June. And that is it. Horribly dry conditions, and you guys can't bail it out fast enough.
And so it goes in the wonderful world of CYGX...weather discussions permeate...lol.
Yeah, you guys keep buying shares to send signals of positivity...that's what's going on here...lol. Admittedly, I grabbed a few, too, so I did my part.
Any inklings from the former fearless leader on anything substantial?
I understand, but I've been sitting back and waiting for "my time" for a long time now. Not sure how long I can hold out waiting for A BREATH of information with what I have left in this stock. How's it coming with the new rapper/investment/relations guru? What a joke.
52 Wk Hi – 1.05.
Sigh...
While we're speaking of credibility, how about the predictions of teens or lower for the share price here by those with a different plan here than most - I think about every week for quite a while.
Just keeping it real...I know that's important to some...right?
When was Dan going to Ohio? Is he there this week? Too lazy to research back...
Astute points, to be sure. Unaudited reports from this company aren't worth much, in my view.
Believe me, I agree with you. I do still hold out some hope on a U.S. contract, which would possibly give some interest in the product or others moving forward. He has been on point (eventually) with his last two "contracts to come" with cable entities, and it just takes one biggie here in the U.S. to give us a leg up.
I don't - for one second - think that we could ever really appreciate in share price without a R/S, unless he does as reported with any european revenues and buy up shares on the open market - or cancel them.
So, as I can't make back any $$ on this by selling, I just hope for the best, someday. Certainly don't expect it.
Sure, had to dig a little. This may be old news to some here...not sure if it will be widespread or mainstream, but it is a hot topic right now.

Sorry if this is off base or not applicable. Just saw it mentioned on a political forum and my AIDO eyes pricked up...ha.
Did a little Googling on Mr. Conar, and couldn't find much other than Clayton's PR all over the place - which is good, by the way. The furniture company that Conar was a part of evidently is a manufacturing and internet sales only company - don't know what to make of that - named Athens Furniture. Maybe they make furniture for other companies or some such thing. I expected something different other than furniture available only on the Internet. From the Website:
----------
Athens Furniture, Inc. is a privately owned corporation based in New York state with management that has expertise in Internet commerce, and extensive experience in the furniture industry since the early 1990's.
We do not have any retail stores in order to concentrate on our Internet sales. We save on the overhead of retail showrooms in order to be able to sell our products at discount prices.
----------
He sounds qualified for this company in some ways...maybe they can sell any gold they dig up on the Internet if they ever re-submit for the permit...lol.
Saw a story yesterday about the U.S. government mandating RFID tagging for all animals/pets/livestock, etc. If that happens, and I think the timing is ripe for that in the pre-election period, we could be scoring big in that area. We've done enough testing and evidently have the college and government interest. Might be a surprise here someday.
I also got an e-mail from him, suggesting a cable contract in September. No way to tell if it's real or not, just passing it along. Also not going to speak out of school, so if you want to know about it, you can ask him. I don't feel comfortable spreading "possibles" at this point. Will be happy if it happens, but we all know that story by now.
But I thought you said I only come around when the price is low, to bash, right? Hmm...I suppose it could be pointed out how some here, not mentioning any names, hide when the price is down? Especially after making rash share price rise predictions?
Not getting into a pixxing match, but keep it real.
Good luck to all. Would love to see a little run, as some have "predicted."
Don't worry - the REALISTS (not bashers) are still here. I'm simply hoping to ride up one of Clayton's famous pump runs and make some money. The post by stockhouse (or whatever it/he is) is more of the same stuff that has no bearing on reality...hopeful dreaming, yes, but plenty of vague assumptions being made. Most have seen the realities, and many can read between the lines of what is PR'd.
I've long said that anything could happen here, and it's definitely possible. I hope the new financial officer is worth his "pile of dirt" and can keep some investments coming in either stock or company influx of cash. I hope to see more qualified management hired soon, and a board of directors should be put in place quickly. Hiring management and then a board of directors is putting the cart before the horse, of course, but new management is a necessity, regardless.
One of my main complaints all along was Clayton being the only real management of the company - and he has no mining-related experience to speak of. He seems to be good at working through company "stuff" and is a good communicator - very good marketer, especially when promoting things that aren't really happening...ha. So, it's understandable that many of you have hitched to his wagon from other endeavors. I have seen nothing but his failures, so I don't share the love much. But, the jury is still out, and there's still plenty of time to actually produce something on this one.
I would expect - and all of you should too - a solid update on the permitting process. Something with real words and real information, and not the usual fluff. It's long past time to give shareholders something solid there.
As I've said all along, I stand to make money off this stock, just like the rest of you. We come from different places when viewing the "performance" of Clayton and this company. I certainly hope we all get lucky with this.
I just don't anticipate much more than a quick run, or maybe a couple over the next year or so. Hopefully I can watch this show with free shares at some point. The ones I've been sitting on have been far from free so far.
Hmm, so, this is reflective of the company they just bought? And they have cash on hand, with suspected revenues coming from contracts?
Sounds good to me.
You got that right, my friend...lol. Wouldn't mind making a little money out of this mess before regaining my senses, though...
Note that I bought on a Friday, so I had a complete weekend to remember everything I've learned...ha.
Cheers.
Many of you will get a kick out of this...the reason the volume is so slow is because that volume is all mine, threw a couple hundred bucks at the presumed pump that's coming the next few weeks, hoping to make back a little of my earlier losses with the fella here.
That explains it - I...and all of you...are now doomed due to my re-buy in...lol. We're sure to face reality now.
Okay, that should take me off the all-time basher list...now can I express my reservations in peace since I propped up the volume today? lol...good luck to us all, dreamers, every one...
Have heard essentially nothing on any front from the company for a while. I assume that is about what is happening. I still cannot imagine how there can NOT be an R/S in the future, with nothing but supposed share sells at this price to try to get paid for things from the company.
Sad, but true. It's not been pulled off the table by the management, so it only makes sense for him to do it. My opinion, of course.
I can verify that the show was listed on the Setanta Sports Cable Network programming listings when it supposedly aired in the U.K. I did some DD on that. As for ratings or results on that, I have none. Just trying to keep things straight here - it appears it did air there, Setanta looks like a pretty solid sports network in the U.K. to me.
But other than that (which I can't verify other than my personal digging) we have nothing to show for the show. Really sad - I bought in to the concept, as well.
You can't cancel these kind of shares? You mean the kind of shares Clayton said were canceled? Nice try, Al. You want us to read the PR for reference, and then try to spin away from it?
Quote:
"Delays were caused by a circumstance that involved the unauthorized issuance of stock. Subsequently, this stock has been recovered and thereby cancelled resulting in an outstanding share decrease of more then 60 million shares. Although inconvenient it was important that these shares be addressed ..."
There is plenty in this PR to generate interest, no doubt. It's the usual mode of operation. If you really look at what was said in this, it was again, something that they screwed up - i.e. unauthorized issuance of stock. Clayton has long hinted of all kinds of things, and this is more of the same. It's up to each person to think what they want. We have no idea what is actually in that ground, nor if a permit will ever come. We don't know who the new management is - they have hired and gone back on people before, people come, people go.
Plain and simple, until they hire a real CEO/CFO that is qualified, have some board members other than Clayton and Nia, obtain a permit, and produce actual product, this is still just a hope. Maybe it happens, maybe not. We'll see.
That is absolutely more of the same nothingness the man is famous for. Now the new story is the airings need to be in the fall when more viewers are watching? Before, summer was the time when we were going to fly, both in the US and Asia/Britain.
Discrepancies? Yeah, I think there are plenty of those...
Sorry, I am fed up with what I have lost here, and what he continues to come up with to answer questions.
For any of you candle-holders out there, I have 500 available @ .385...they are all yours.
I just sent a request for information to Giles Communications - WGL is still not listed on their client page - I e-mailed Pagnano about that, he said he would tell them about it - long time ago.
Will report if anything comes back from Giles - could be interesting...
WOW. Good freaking morning...up 20% out of the gate on a Monday morning PR. Seems "Dummy Dan" knows how to get a stock to jump up, eh? Great news, lots of fun in there. Go green.
You probably are correct, terpkings. I am certainly not defending him - or the stock - at this point. More just passing on information for the board and any shareholders holding the same bag I am. It's up to individuals to draw conclusions, and I don't think there are any still positive about this. I'm certainly not.
Do some DD? On what, exactly? I have done plenty of DD on this company, for a long time, and did some recent DD - contacted Clayton, he said more of the same thing. Still prepping for the resubmission process, etc.
As I've maintained forever, anything is possible here. It's just more of the same kind of running/pumping going on. Nothing wrong with that, if people keep it in perspective, both realistically, and historically.
I just asked if you had anything specific, or if this was another one of those secret rumor comments that become prevalent with this stock when it is going on one of it's mini-runs, and this group. No big deal to me...believe me.
Rumors? Care to share any insight, or just trying to cash in on some quick money? Rumors in one hand...etc.
The bashers bashed it down? You mean the shareholders that are unhappy with the complete lack of performance?
Funny, how things can be spun.
Yeah, speaking of predictions...you've already missed the 10 cent prediction once...preparing to miss it again, I see. Still an open invitation for you to share something verifiable and worthwhile other than reading posts on a competitive board that has more loons posting on it than most others.
But, you continue to spout off histrionics (look it up...) with nothing to back it up. Nobody will give you any credence until you step up with something real.
Cheers to all, have a great weekend.
I doubt Clayton and the "inner circle" of supporters have enough cash to buy up all the unfriendly positions in this stock, at this point.
I just don't get why the supporters still clamor for people to call him for information at this point. He has none, other than some manufactured story of buying up unfriendly positions. That is a last gasp attempt to hold up a company that has produced absolutely nothing tangible, measurable, or real.
NOTHING real. NO more PRs. He can't even make things up at this point. Time to change the business focus again, I figger.
