We'll see. I'm a bit surprised at how naively everyone here just seems to accept that they have discovered some miracle algorithm that no-one else has.
Having said that, I expect a rally too, though from much lower levels and with a much lower high than many here are expecting.
I believe this was the case, yes.
I imagine there will be a nice entry point near 0.2 coming up in the next weeks.
The company pretty clearly is not interested in uplisting. The procedure is relatively straightforward, and if they were really interested, this would have already happened.
Yes, this can definitely fall a little further. Probably around 0.016 or so, I'll pick up a few more million shares. I don't see much reason to buy before that, unless there is substantive new information (not just a fluff PR.)
> there was nothing in the news to cause this just normal manipulation
No-one asks questions when the price quadruples, but as soon as it goes down it is 'market manipulation'. Lol.
I expect a rebound too, but probably from a lower low - much closer to 0.016. Time will tell.
There's not too much to be said for the adage 'buy at the very bottom, and sell at the very top'. It shows a very naive understanding of the markets. With experience you will one day realize this.
> But if the company comes with those big contracts
Well, there never really were any big contracts. There certainly was a lot of big dilution though.
Nowhere near successful enough to justify a 2 billion dollar valuation though.
There will likely be another RS within the next 12 months.
This is a company that has never been able to keep the lights on without dilution. That fact will not be changing any time soon, if ever.
Exactly. This is definitely time to take profits.
Lol. They have literally zero revenue. Sorry, but I think you are going to be a bagholder for some time on that one.
> And again, its down before its even open.
But Microsoft was down before open one day too! Therefore we are all going to be rich!
> i mean nearly $10 million in sales for a company at this price.. really???????
Did you ever check the cost of that revenue?
> just patiently waiting for this " over hyped" stock to make another
gigantic move..
Agreed. I hope you don't believe that any of the nonsense about this company is correct though. Otherwise you'll be one of those sad bagholders who made a million on paper, didn't sell, and ended up with nothing.
I definitely didn't miss the last run. I was in a long time ago, sub 0.002. So the last run treated me very well.
That doesn't mean that this is the next Microsoft. The more you know about AI and how much companies like google are investing in such technologies / the serious intellectual and technological requirements behind building such technologies, the less plausible the CLWD story is.
But there's still likely some good money to be made here before the truth comes out.
Ah yes, the old 'if you aren't interested in over-hyped bullish nonsensical arguments, please leave' argument.
> Yes I saw that in the past but I see now that there is almost no convertible notes left according to the filings ?
Doesn't matter. They keep the doors opening by diluting. They do not make enough to cover costs and so either have to dilute directly or take on dilutive debt to stay in business. This has been their routine for many years.
Yes. And both Microsoft and Cloud Computing have vowels in their names. Therefore this this the next Microsoft.
> I just stumbled upon this stock and trying to figure out why this stock has only a 1 Million dollar market cap
Dilution.
This has had a market cap 1/10th the size, and was still a bad deal.
CLIS is garbage with massive losses and no revenue - don't let anyone try to talk you into it.

> Yes the company did that in the past. But you didn't see the information, last month 0 dilution, a first step
I assume you are new to this ticker. There are plenty of months where they have slowed down or stopped dilution and then restarted again. There's absolutely no reason to think that the fundamentals of this company have changed - they are presumably still making large losses and continue to need to dilute to keep the doors open. None of the deals announced recently bring in enough revenue to change that fact.
> Down before its even opened today
Don't worry, that happened to Microsoft once.
> It has already been proven the company goes forward AND didn't dilute since a long time ago
Sounds like you are talking about a different company. ABCO have been diluting even since the recent reverse split. They have also increased the AS.
> Have a day mateys ....
I think you are confusing Australians with pirates. Better just invest in an index fund mate.
Total Revenue 9,742
Cost of Revenue 6,382
That's really not super impressive.
Ah yes, the old 'xxx happened with microsoft / apple / amazon, therefore it will happen with my favorite pennystock' argument. It's been a few hours since we've had that old chestnut.
> Nobody REALLY knows whats going on here.. great story but ive seen 9 out of 10 great stories turn into nothing.
Exactly. I think we have to be a little cautiously skeptical about the idea that CLWD can really do something that google and facebook with their billions of dollars, computing resources, and research scientists can't do. Who are all the brilliant research scientists working for CLWD? Do they *really* know something that the research scientists at facebook and google don't? Does this story really even pass the most basic of sniff tests?
Pretty sure his multi trillion dollar infrastructure package will be creating some jobs.
Sorry, we are not interested in links to conspiracy theory videos. Please post less of those, and carefully reasoned opinions instead. If not, I would recommend not posting here. Best.
Let's just keep crazy conspiracy theories off this board, please. The idea that whenever the PPS in any stock goes down it is because of naked shorting is not really something anyone with a bit of experience can take seriously. Other stocks are irrelevant - changing the topic only makes your case weaker. Just some friendly advice for you, if you want your opinion to be taken seriously.
I too bought 10,000 dollars worth of MSMY at 0.0001 and sold at 0.02, so that doesn't mean anything. Every single board here is full of people who blame shorts when their favorite pick goes down.
> Please ignore the noise in this ticker.
The entire run up from 0.0001 has been noise. So I agree.
a combination of dilution and the fact that the news was not really as great as people are making out. The news was still largely vague fluff.
Yes, but what evidence is there of naked shorting? Just saying that naked shorting is crushing the PPS doesn't make it so. Let's distinguish speculation from fact, please.
OTC markets shows that the amount held short is pretty low. So let's stop with this narrative that it's the shorts that are keeping this down. That's simply false.
lol ... yes, those darn MMs!
Remember, it's not a loss until you sell!
Ah yes, that old chestnut.
First, it is 'look at all that accumulation!'
Next, it is 'damn MMs keeping this down'
Then comes 'it's not a loss until you sell'
And then 'well, at least we have our health'.
