Branko, great to see you on the IHub board!
I am sure many of us longs would like to see you post a lot more. Will you be providing your followers which I am one with another NWBO blog update?
RK. got your PM, all good and no issue for me!
Thanks Senti!. Yes I do know why it was removed but I also was mocked by Maverick for not putting up my analysis and commentary on the SEC filing by NW. I did not know that was a requirement to post on a MB.
No big deal I have thick skin and can take a hit and get back up again.
Your contributions and research you provide to this board is significant and very much appreciated!
Good point and numerous posts on IHUB refer to Dr. Prins comment in his video presentation on the collaborations with BMS and Merck. I expect the companies NWBO is participating in these combo trials are leaders in the immunotherapy field and hope NWBO receives millions upfront and royalties when data in these trials is presented to the market. These combo trial designs have to be getting close to regulatory approval to start enrollment and and a PR with the terms of the agreements. GLTA!
Absolutely! I agree 100% with you on price action every morning....
pgsd....they targeted me DiamondJim for being paid pumpers for NWBO, which if you saw what was originally published it was so poorly done it had to be removed. I actually sent it to Les the day it came out highlighting they actually had me in the report. They removed both of us from the final version a day or two later. I would welcome getting contacted on the investigation by Cofer Black into the Phase V report, but I am sure he realizes how poorly it was done in this regard.
I am not employed nor ever have been paid by NWBO. I have been invested in NWBO since 2008 and have had numerous conversations with Linda and Les going back to uplisting to Nasdaq. I find them to be bright, dedicated and committed to seeing the DCVax pipeline obtain regulatory approval in US and EU. I believe in the science and have spoken and had email conversations with patients as well as doctors who have participated in the DCvax trials over the years and all were very supportive of DCVax and the benefit they received while on the vaccine.
afford...I have been in this stock a long time originally trading in and out but eventually purchasing and holding it. I have always kept a trailing stop at 15-20% when the stock starts a negative trend. I made the mistake of not keeping disciplined in this approach with (NWBO) and this time I deeply regret it as I could have exited at significant profit as my cost basis was $3.83 and purchased a boatload more of this stock as it was drifting down.
I will never make that mistake again! Trust your DD and NWBO market cap is now priced below $50M for a company in a Phase III GBM trial plus Phase II with final data to be published in Q4 in 2016 and PPS market has this as a failure. I believe they (market) have this wrong IMHO.
We will find out soon....between now and end of Sept 2016 IMHO.
Chris.....holding strong, believe in the DCVax platform and looking to add more NOW as I agree news coming soon, tomorrow, next week or next 45 days as too many positive catalysts in play with Phase III trial, Direct/L collaborations in 3 different cancers with 3 Big Pharma companies and near term regulatory decision. Something has to break here soon! JMHO.
Thanks beartrap....that is the exact reason why I posted it with one small paragraph to just let everyone know he did not purchase nor sell any shares. I
We can all speculate on what Mr. Woodford may do but he seems to truly believe in the DCVax platform based on scientific related comments in his blogs and may look to invest more but just my opinion.
Hi pgsd....yes it definitely provides speculation as to what can take place in the future both positive and negative. There are many positives and most importantly, Mr. Woodford did not decide to reduce his holdings as this assault on the stock has been relentless over the past 9 months. In addition, there has not been one share sold by an insider which in my opinion is a positive.
IMHO, Mr. Woodford is getting ready for placement in NWBO to add to his holdings. JMHO!
Senti, everyone should have a voice on a message board and people can determine who they want to read or ignore. I surely do not ridicule or try to minimize any posters comments, never have never will. This type of response causes people not to post due to this mentality.
I am not sure if you as moderator deleted my post in reference to the "pompous" poster but when the person who responded mocks my post as "do very simple analysis? or "gee no analysis as well"? People can form their own conclusions from reading the post and ask questions if they feel they want to engage the poster for more information. In addition, not sure if I can say this but his ego is so large I have to point out.....His use of bottomline which is actually two words ( bottom line) is grammatically wrong.... I guess I can can nit picky as well.

They are working really hard to keep the PPS from moving up!
Well said RK!
TC, great find and I am sure we can all speculate why this was done by NWBO. It does present a pretty clear picture of what might be going on behind the scenes as this lobbyist firm is very well connected in Washington.
Thank you for sharing this!
RK, Great post and also wanted to note at the very botton of that PR what Doglogic has also noted the importance of involving antibodies to CXCR4 in the DCvax platform.
UCLA is truly an amazing research and medical facility and great to see their strong support in working with NWBO. I was not aware of the NIH funding was that high, thanks for sharing Flip!
cannonblack, highly likely the combo trials will be done with 3 pharma companies and DCVax in 3 different cancers, 3 trials as stated in their May 2nd PR. The question is when will the deals be signed and PR release with details.
Here is the link to this published on July 7, 2016 which includes DCVax-L Principal Investigator, Dr. Linda Liau and colleagues at UCLA. Does this now lead to PR with DCVax and PD1 combo trials?

Thank you for the quick response. I hope we see some strong results from the company in this quarter to bring back some investor interest. The trade volume is pathetic right now.
Bid $.4949 Ask $.495 on some volume here now
I added today at $.4851 and may add a some more if moves lower. I agree we will have a binary event and this is either going up or we are all done! I like my odds on favorable events to occur. JMHO
That is great Drilla.... but why is PPS for HRTPY stagnating this low below $2.00 US? What is management doing to raise get their market cap in line with PPS? TIA!
Great post senti! Appreciate this information and details with highlights!
Maverick, I am on the same page with you on this post and you make a great point on timing of hit pieces and the 8M shares traded during the last two days.
I agree as I have never seen anything like this before with 3.5M shares traded in millisecond as Maverick noted plus another 900K in After Hours trading. I have attached a link to MorninStar which has a very good breakdown of ownership invested in NWBO and even funds invested did not have the 8M shares in NWBO for that much of a rebalance for the Russell?

Chris, I would like to reach out and chat on NWBO as I am one of the long time board members here. You can PM here with contact info. Thank you.
It will end up in a dismissal reached recently just like the class action filed against Cellceutix. Interestingly enough they went through the same issue with attacks and ambulance chasers fishing for plaintiff's.
BEVERLY, MA–(Marketwired – June 09, 2016) - Cellceutix Corporation (OTC: CTIX) (the “Company”), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative therapies with oncology, dermatology, anti-inflammatory and antibiotic applications, is pleased to announce that, yesterday, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York granted the Company’s motion to dismiss the securities class action lawsuit brought against the Company by a plaintiff represented by the Rosen Law Firm.
The ruling dismisses all claims against Cellceutix, denies the plaintiff’s request to file an amended complaint, and orders that the case be closed. Writing on behalf of the Court in a 39-page ruling, the Honorable Judge Katherine Polk Failla dismissed the lawsuit in its entirety (Case 1:15-cv-07194-KPF), concluding:
For the reasons stated in this Opinion, Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiff’s SAC [Second Amended Complaint] is GRANTED. Plaintiff has requested leave to replead, without presenting any concrete means of remedying the deficiencies identified in this Opinion. Because Plaintiff has previously been given leave to replead, and because the Court finds that any further repleading would be futile, Plaintiff’s request is DENIED. See Loreley Fin. (Jersey) No. 3 Ltd. v. Wells Fargo Sec., LLC, 797 F.3d 160, 190 (2d Cir. 2015) (identifying futility as a proper ground for denying leave to replead); see generally United States ex rel. Ladas v. Exelis, Inc., – F.3d -, No. 14-4155-cv, 2016 WL 3003674, at *9 (2d Cir. May 25, 2016). The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pending motions, adjourn all remaining dates, and close this case.
“We are extremely pleased with Judge Failla’s decision,” commented attorney Michael J. Sullivan, lead counsel for Cellceutix and former U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts. “From the outset, of this case, it was our opinion that the claims were both meritless and frivolous, so we were gratified that after careful consideration, to see Judge Failla agree to dismiss this case in its entirety. An anonymous libelous article caused this case to be filed. The author intended and in fact caused the price of Cellceutix’s stock to decline. This type of manipulation of publicly traded stock is illegal and causes harm to companies and investors. We continue to work with regulators, prosecutors and law enforcement to assist in identifying the anonymous individuals and organizations intent on manipulating the value of a company’s stock by publishing dishonest articles in online forums, and other venues. Such ‘short and distort’ tactics are illegal, detrimental to our securities markets, and must stop.”
“We are extremely pleased with the ruling,” stated Leo Ehrlich, Chief Executive Officer of Cellceutix. “I greatly appreciate the work of the Ashcroft Law Firm. They never wavered in their support, and put forth a zealous defense of our Company against these baseless claims. Frivolous class action lawsuits are a huge burden on the biotech industry, negatively impacting shareholders and patients alike. Not only is a company materially damaged, but promising treatments and cures under development are put at greater risk of not making it to market. These actions caused significant damage to our Company and shareholders. We hope that the dismissal of this case and all its ramifications sends a powerful signal to others to think twice about pursuing such actions.”
The Court’s opinion dismissing the lawsuit can be found on http://cellceutix.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/49-Memo-Opinion-and-Order-MTD-GRANTED.pdf

Senti, exactly my thoughts as well.
[quoteThanks John...
Ezed54 makes some interesting comments in his posting history thread.
https://cancercompass.com/profile/Ezed54
First, on June 11, 2015, he states he thinks the Phase 3 trial is closed to new patients...
Quote:
I am on the DC Vax. Have been for seven vaccinations (seven months). I have done wonderfully so far. My last two MRI's both showed tumor regression. My understanding is that you have to be newly diagnosed with GBM to qualify and I believe the 3rd phase is closed to new patients. Good luck. I am hoping it gets approval soon. - Ezed54
Why would Ezed make this comment back in June 2015 - which was right after ASCO 2015, and the company went quiet? Did the screening halt begin in June and not in August, and we just didn’t know it? Then in August, Germany made the "temporary halt" on their EU site?
If this is the case... then it may not have been the denial of the German patent in July 2015 that precipitated the screening halt that we found out about in August 2015.
Then, on October 23, 2015, Ezed notes that it was the fact that he had his tumor tested that allowed him to get into the DCVax trial.
Quote:
On October 23, 2015
I was diagnosed at 43. His age is a helping factor. Don't know anything about duke. If it comes to surgery get the Tumor tested. Doing so allowed me to get into a vaccine study which I believe has greatly enhanced my chances. If no surgery is needed now, good, do the treatments have faith and see where it takes you. Other options may also help, supplements, diet, natural remedies etc... - Ezed54
Now I don't recall there being a stipulation that your tumor be tested to allow you in to the trial. Certainly you have to have your tumor saved so the vaccine can be made. So... did they begin testing for sub-types after August 2014? Any other ideas what they may have been testing the tumor for that would allow this patient into the trial? ][/quote]
Interesting post on Cancer Compass and I included Ezed54"s posting history as he entered DCVax-L trial as of his post on July 8 2014 and is now going on 2 years but recently progressed in May 2016.
