I had never heard of such a rule and I couldn’t find it either.

We are expecting them any day now. We do not have a firm date, however, based on my custodian events spreadsheet in which I have tracked each event for each of Lazar's custodian tickers since beginning of the year, we are at the average duration of time (3-4 weeks average) for the filings to hit based on the previous event of the OTCMkts Company Profile page being updated with Lazar as CEO and his contact info on 9/10/2019. We are also watching for the Security's Law Firm info to update on the OTCMkts Company Profile page under Service Providers as well.

The 111 trades have been happening for awhile now. Usually only used to paint it up to the next available pps. I haven’t noticed any past 111 trades appearing to be tied to any other trades.

Then why would they not post a question stating that or asking someone to explain why the interest in this ticker with the status it currently reflects on OTCMkts, instead of just posting the ticker status from OTCMkts with no other explanation. This profile isn't new (created Nov 2008), so one would assume the trader isn't new, or just doesn't post much. Also, they have posted on a couple other OTC ticker boards.

With all the riff raff, it is easy to assume with that post, they were part of the riff raff.

When people have no clue as to what's going on...or due but trying to scare peeps for their benefit!! SMH

Wow! That made for an exciting afternoon. I had to walk away from the computer until market closed so emotions didn't cause me to make bad choices. Another one of Lazar's tickers (USR*) just posted filings about 10 mins before close. Nothing for us yet. Hope they correct that O/S before filings hit or new peeps or peeps that play going current plays will be leery to touch this.

I know right? I didn't see that coming. The float must be small with the way it moves. I'm guessing most of these are either restricted or previous company officer controlled?? I have all freebies, so will sit thru it.

Example of one of Lazar's other tickers that flipped to Yield last night. They added the yeild sign about 12:55 am last night, then added the shell risk indicator around 3:00 am later in the morning.

Green indicates data added...pink indicates data removed from the webpage.

*****EDITED**** I subscribe to Distill for webpage scanning. It's an extension I use in Google Chrome. OTCre works good too, but he doesn't have email alerts set up yet. And you can't look back too far for history data prints like I just did.

I just looked at my webpage scan history ( I can only go back as far as 4 September). At least up to that point in time, there wasn't a shell risk indicator. Based on other ticker updates, the shell or shell risk indicator usually doesn't show up until after the filings post to OTCMkts.

The float was not updated. Look at the date. Since Unrestricted has been updated, use that as your float!

Some of the TA's on the older tickers never updated OTCMkts even after all filings posted and had upgraded to current status. Like trading.jeff just mentioned, the TA may be gagged, or Lazar doesn't want to pay extra to have them provide the updates to OTCMkts. It's hard to say...so we just go with the flow!

While updating the SS's on my spreadsheet (about once a month, unless scanner picks up a major change), I realized I made an error in a comment I posted on this board after the OTCMkts profile page updated with PFMS's new TA. I said the new TA would update the SS on the OTCMkts Security Details page...That is not necessarily true. I remembered that some of the TA's Lazar has hired have never updated the SS info on OTCMkts on some of the other tickers. We had to wait and take it off of the filings. Some of the TA's still do not update OTCMkts for his custodian tickers.

The tickers on this portion of my spreadsheet I indicate with an "X" in the column if it is verified via TA or OTC. If OTC, this implies it came from the most recent source available (either from older OTCMkts Security Details data or from the most recent filing or a combo of both). If TA, the last date TA verified the SS data. The date in the column preceding the TA column, indicates the last source verified date of the SS.

That was one of the problems I encountered on the smaller SS tickers earlier in the year. Someone would put up a large ask 10 mins into the run and kill it.

Out of this batch of Lazar's custodian tickers, I only got into PFMS. It seemed to have the most interest and be the most liquid. The others seemed to have too tight of a share structure and seemed to have less interest than this one.

I picked and chose a few out of the older groups earlier this year as well. I got in some that were a bit too small of a SS, made out ok, but took up more of my time having to sit and watch everyday, feeling like I couldn't walk away from the computer during market hours out of fear of missing out on the run, since the smaller SS tickers moved so fast. I decided PFMS seemed a little less stressful for this round! I feel like I can run an errand or work on a chore around the house without lossing my butt, while distracted form the computer.

I'm in PFMS with all free shares now. I always try to sell just enough shares to pull out my principle plus about 30% profit on run ups, leaving freebies on the table. Then buy on the dips and repeat principle + 30% profit sell off until I've accumulated the number of freebies I want. I'll sell some of them with the "going current" run, then hold the rest for the RM.

He's up early today. Usually if not posted after hours or over the weekend, he usually updates filings around 10-ish CST. I guess I can't sleep in on his plays anymore. lol

If you compare the timeline milestones of events with Lazar's previous custodian tickers, we are still on target. The time span for the OTCMkts Profile update to the initial annual filings hitting OTCMkts (see green shaded columns on my spreadsheet) range between 1 day to a bit over 3 weeks, we are just now at 2 weeks from the profile update, which is the average.

Based on the average of 2 weeks, this would be our week. But as you can see on my spreadsheet, it could be a bit longer.

Peeps just need to be patient, it will come.

Peeps that are unfamiliar with how Lazar's custodianship plays play out, please educate yourselves! Stop crying wolf and selling your shares in panic. You are throwing potential profit away if you are selling at this level. I understand if you are setting yourself up with free shares, but hold tight, the party hasn't even started yet! This is not a pump...just the facts!

If you are selling and have a large amount to sell, break them up into smaller blocks...spread them out over multiple pps levels. There isn't enough buying pressure today to put them up for sale in large blocks. If you are buying, don't weight it down, there is plenty of room for gains from this pps level.

When filings hit, this will run.

No, we are good! They don't always run off the profile update, might see a pop. Or when someone ruins a run by putting up a wall on the Ask, to either hold it down to try to get more shares cheaper or because they don't know how to trade without holding it back, by selling in smaller blocks at a time or by stair stepping the blocks over several pps levels.

This will run once filings hit. They will come at any moment. Don't get shook out!

To give an idea of when to anticipate $PFMS filings to post, look at my attached spreadsheet. You will see (looking at the green highlighted columns) that the dates from when Lazar updated OTCMkts profile page to when the filings post to OTCMkts Disclosure page, can happen as early as the next day (rarely), like IDAD. Or it can be over a month like with MSHFO and CERPQ. The most common timeline seems to fall between 1-2 weeks after the OTCMkts profile is updated.

I do not track when the TA is updated, if he uses a different one than already assigned. Nor do I track the date the Share Structure info is updated (unless it changes, but with a note in the remarks...not visible here), it usually comes fairly quickly after a new TA is assigned.

Ensure to click on the chart to open it all the way up if it isn't all displayed in the post.

I agree. There has been plenty of opportunities to buy the impatient trader's shares at a discount. Time to hold and ride this baby up!!
