My first call got me a rep who just searched the .com site. Next call I got somebody a bit more useful who stayed on the line and searched their database. Two different systems I am sure.
So in order for me to be credible I need a recording? What about all the failed attempts? Where are those recordings?
I called target. Does that mean I am "in the know?" it was quite a simple procedure. Perhaps I'll call again today to see if another rep can reconfirm. Wouldn't want to cast doubt.
Don't forget most of the DD on this board over the past months has been discovered before a PR was ever released. Target is another example of that. If AAPT were in the business of selling stock they would be PRing weekly. Not the case here.

I think you're missing my point
If you dissect this last PR, I think you can eliminate TJ Maxx Corporation. TJX does not classify their stores as department stores. TJ Maxx specializes more in apparel not home goods. They have a whole separate front for this, Home Goods. TJ and Home Goods are discount stores and I think the word "discount" would have been used in the PR if it were TJ/Home Goods. I feel the PR reads as one intended store.

Why don't you call for yourself? I don't get how difficult that is. I called twice. Pretty simple. Your true agenda is shown when you are not willing to DD the company. I know some people are afraid to use the telephone, so I understand that. But it gets annoying to continually read your posts slamming longs like myself. I sleep fine at night knowing I did not lie about my target conversation and that what I wrote was what I was told by a target rep. Unless the rep lied to me, I feel quite great that we all stumbled across that placement.
I confirmed with target that the product is in the database. The rep said that there was no date associated with it for release. I doubt target will allow a product to burn shelf space in a warehouse so I'm assuming it will be up as soon as they are ready.
Buying on the bid now being tracked as buys as opposed to sells earlier. Hmmmmmmmm

The first rep I got was clueless. They just sit there and search the website first, tell you no and expect you to hang up. I called again, got a different person and they actually check the database of products as opposed to just the public website. It was listed there with the correct UPC and he said there were various sizes of the product.

For those who called target and spoke to somebody clueless, did you the rep to check the database as opposed to the website? Most of the reps just search the same website we do. If they actually care or want to find the product, they will check all of their sources. I called twice. The first lady saw nothing and only checked the site. Called again and spoke to a man who saw nothing on the site but checked the database and confirmed to me that pawtiZer in three sizes were there.
I may be incorrect but I thought there was vacant space in their current DC. Not sure where I saw that but hopefully they have an option to expand. Then again it doesn't hurt to have a west coast one!
Imagine stuffing pawtizer canisters into stockings for Xmas! I don't know about you, but our dog always gets a stocking!

I'm sorry but did I state it was a law. Perhaps it is a law and that is why they have to have final approval of who uses their name. Otherwise I could write a press release for my XYZ company stating that I had my fake product in the Wal-Mart check out line, sell some stock and it never come to fruition. Do you think these major retailers would want their names associated with this type of activity?
Its very easy for you to sit there and state "show me this, show me that." If you're so concerned, show yourself.

AAPT is also going to hit a lot of resistance levels on the way up. .0214 is the 1st real test. Buyers are not slapping the ask because MMs allow bid sitting. People getting filled on the bid and it's being marked as a sell. Quite common.

I thought you left us? NITE is a retail MM not know for diluting. If VFIN were on the ask I'd be worried. If AAPT was releasing PRs week after week I'd be worried. If they were paying newsletters to pump to subscribers I'd be worried. However none of this is occurring.
You've been here for awhile. Do you not watch level 2? Have you not seen NITE control this stock on the ask for months now? This is pure manipulation. MMs trade and make money for themselves as well. They do not just place our orders.
