If you dissect this last PR, I think you can eliminate TJ Maxx Corporation. TJX does not classify their stores as department stores. TJ Maxx specializes more in apparel not home goods. They have a whole separate front for this, Home Goods. TJ and Home Goods are discount stores and I think the word "discount" would have been used in the PR if it were TJ/Home Goods. I feel the PR reads as one intended store.

From TJ - "Unlike department stores that buy seasonally, we have
thousands of fresh items delivered to our stores every
week. So, the best shopping strategy is to pop in often."

From PR - "on its way to one of the nation's largest home goods and apparel department store chains"
