I can certainly understand that and I would like to think we will get more information as time moves forward.
The actual filing is the plaintiffs word against MMTE and company; however, the exhibits include documentation of bank statements, transfers to MMTE, emails from Lieberman, etc. To me these items are pretty substantial.
I would consider the exhibits attached to the filing fairly credible...unless there is a claim they have been altered in some way
They are facts based on the lawsuit filed against MMTE - they may not be facts as defined by the law but it is based on the suit against MMTE. In addition, several items are confirmed by the Exhibits provided in the suit. So unless there is a claim that the evidence has been altered then it would be considered fact as well considering they are emails and other documents.
Here is my honest opinion of MMTE and some facts:
1) Lieberman was put in charge of MMTE through Izzy Goldreich
2) Lieberman took over for Overcash who was still involved with the company during the transition. They did have communication through early 2010 at the very least.
3) Lieberman searched for financing from Overcash and many others including M&A Advisors.
4) Lieberman went to Chile/Bolivia/etc to setup deals for land concessions for lithium
5) Lieberman is a very smart man but has gotten mixed up with con-men. One in particular is very likely pulling the strings - Izzy that has a horrible past (including scams involving Izzy's wife).
6) It is likely that Lieberman is setting up lithium deals with Chile, subsidiary, etc.
7) Although Lieberman is a smart man the question is can he (or has he) gotten rid of the con-men involved with MMTE.
8) Although I don't believe Brian is a con-man I do not believe he is an asset to this company in any way.
9) If Lieberman has removed Goldreich and the other con-men from the MMTE organization (including the con-men involved with Liebermans' other corporate involvements - yes there are very current con-men connections with other Lieberman CEO companies)
The lawsuit is requesting several things and it depends on how the judge rules. The money issued from M&A to MMTE was $40,000; however it was for 400,000,000 shares (today's value $560,000). So the final decision can only be answered by the judge.
You are exactly correct - there are some documents provided from 2011 which also links Lieberman and Izzy in March 2011. Also funny that there was a comment that Lieberman did not cross paths with Overcash - funny how that was proven wrong as well.
I think each and every single person should care. What would the default judgement be? How would MMTE pay for it? The judgement could be anywhere between $40,000 and $560,000 (aka the 400,000,000 shares not issued per agreement).
So yes sorry to say but there are significant questions that need to be answered. Maybe I will post some information later on to assist.
Recap of facts regarding MMTE and Lawsuit:
1) Lieberman at one point stated he did not know Overcash - this is proven wrong!
2) Izzy got Lieberman position at MMTE
3) Lieberman/Izzy connection to at least March 2011
4) Have obvious connections between Lieberman, Overcash, Martinez, Izzy, Diana Vesta LLC, M&A Advisors, Thomas Pierson, Frank Morelli, Dan Starczweski, Tony Katz, Don Rose, and Andy Austin.
5) July 2010 Shareholders: Equity Asset Group, Oceanic, AKAT Global, Danny Colon, M&A Ventures, CLX and Associates, Palantine Investments
6) Martinez issued $20k to Mammoth through Attorney
7) M&A issued $20k to Mammoth through AOTI
8) 400,000,000 millions shares should have been issued to Martinez/M&A - this now translates to $560,000 at today's PPS.
9) There is a lot of information provided in the suit and Exhibits attached.
10) Lieberman did in fact receive a salary as of 2010 (of $1000 per month)
My question is this - how many lawsuits has MMTE and WL led companies been involved with and whom has the lawyer been or has it been a default judgement? This is a question that I have not looked up yet but I believe if we determine a pattern either way our answer will be clear.
MMTE Lawsuit information in detail:

Unfortunately we do not have any additional information beyond what is included in the lawsuit filed against MMTE. I do not know if it is the same individual.
He was listed as a shareholder of record of MMTE (as of 16 July 2010):
Danny Colon - 345,000,000 shares

I certainly understand your position and can appreciate the comment.
I wish you well and wish you good luck.
I also hope that full open and honest answers are provided by Lieberman in response to the significant number of questions that now exist.
Okay - provide emails to back up information via Exhibits in the suit. It adds credibility to the suit.
What this documentation means provides significant information but I would like to think I do not need to run down all the details.
For a good summary please review the following posting:

I disagree I read the Exhibits which include emails from Liebs to others asking for money. I saw where statements indicate money was sent to Mammoth Energy. So yes right now we only officially have one side of the story - hopefully we will have an answer from the other side soon.
I have the ability to accept and view information from one source find the facts that are provided and use other information to further research the company and connections.
My conscience is not based on money it is based on good honest truth. If I lose money in the process then so be it! If I lose money because of something I believed in (IE MMTE) then fine. But at the very least I want the truth to be revealed for the money I happen to lose (or should I say, already lost due to lower PPS).
There is some proof provided in the attached exhibits. Granted both sides of the story have not been provided other than the emails attached as exhibits.
I am simply looking at the very basic fact that the information provided as exhibits clearly indicates the money was provided to MMTE and then the question comes in what was received? Does not seem as if there was anything received.
Sorry but like I have mentioned before I simply want the truth. Whether that be good or bad that is what I want to see.
I certainly agree - this single document has provided more information than Lieberman has released in quite some time. I'm not a judge or lawyer but based on what I'm seeing looks like there is significant evidence indicating that Liebs & Co did not hold up their end of the bargain.
Among many others things this does in fact prove a current IE early-mid 2011 connection between Lieberman and Izzy!
This is exactly what I am saying and have said for a while - we need an honest response from MMTE. Sounds like there are a lot more questions out there now but things will not get any better until Liebs & Co provide some additional information.

Please confirm this can be viewed.
I have received a full copy of the filed complaint and will be posting a link to it shortly.
Is the lawsuit available on a public site? If not let me know, I will see what I can do about finding a host for it.
Also - what I can do is if you email it to me, I will create image files, post it on the other MMTE FB page.
If you email it to me we can make it happen on this board for others to see.
For there not to be any questions due to the recent activities is a bit ridiculous.
Again you are assuming Overcash - where in any documentation does it state Overcash? This is an assumption.
Of course Lieberman is going to say the suit is frivolous it would be ridiculous for him to say otherwise at this point. Let's look at this from a nice honest point of view - let's say that William had no idea or knew very few details of the scams Overcash and company were pulling off, Overcash is released from MMTE and Lieberman takes over. At this point MMTE consists of a horrific negative name with scams already in process running wild. Lieberman begins working on the direction he wants to go, begins the foundation work, etc etc. Things are moving along; however, were all the scams ended (or even known about)? Lieberman may not have known. Maybe he is just now finding out?!
There goes that agenda word again - this is Brian favorite word. Yes I have an agenda, I want the TRUTH!
I guess this would imply hidden agendas as well. Unfortunately I can personally say that is not the case.
As I have stated before I want the truth to come forward - whether good or bad. I do not believe that is too much to ask. This needs to come directly from MMTE and not through various individuals.
There are some very difficult questions on the table at this time and they require adequate answers. I understand there are some things they cannot answer as they deal directly with the lawsuit but others can be.
Overcash is not the issue at this time - again like I have said before here is the deal the lawsuit involved M&A Advisors/Martinez against MMTE, Lieberman, Izzy, Does, XYZ Companies. There is no mention of Overcash and to imply Overcash is incorrect at this time. Yes Overcash and Martinez were connected but so were Lieberman and Overcash briefly!
Lieberman and Overcash have a slightly more involved history than you have stated. Not much more but it is more than that.
Unfortunately MMTE stock is different than it was 5 months ago.
By no means am I saying that MMTE will not recover or increase substantially in PPS; however, everyone needs to have some very significant questions answered.
To some extent I will admit my emotions have played a significant role in my postings. When I started connecting the dots of the past and apparently the present and realized just how recent the con-men have been involved it really upset me.
I am also disappointed with MMTE due to the names never being mentioned.
I would like to believe that however if that has happened it just happened within the past few months.
I know people can change, it takes something drastic for people to change though. They rarely do it just because. I quit smoking over 2 years ago just because the price was too high since I paid $10.68 for 2 packs. I said once I was out I would not buy another pack...not that I would quit...just wouldn't buy. Well as it turned out I ran out on a Wednesday evening and haven't smoked since.
I know of others that were involved with bad things, arrested, released and as a result they turned it all around and although they still think about the involvements they haven't done anything since.
OK I will give you a very brief introduction of this scenario:
M&A Advisors w/Martinez was part of the Overcash connection - basically they ran hand in hand. Several dealings, etc etc. You can look up more if you would like but that is the bottom line.
Izzy loaned money to MMTE as a shareholder in 2009. Total was about $10,500.
Now M&A is suing MMTE/Lieberman/Izzy/Does and XYZ Companies.
The problem comes in we have found several things - one being the reason the PPS has dropped, we had 245 million shares likely sold (or available to sell) since June. These were not cancelled according to the court order information that was posted on the MMTE board.
In regards to the contracts - you are absolutely right - it all depends on wording. I deal with construction related contracts but the same things apply.
IMO it cannot be stressed enough that MMTE needs to provide honest answers to these questions. Not the generalized statements that have been found in some PRs but straight to the point factual statements and let the shareholders decide which way to go from there.
I will publicly say that my agenda is the honest truth, nothing more nothing less. Until this recent lawsuit things were fine; however, this has really brought a lot more information out that I do not like.
Yes I realize that I am 'cutting my own throat' but to be perfectly honest I would rather have the truth!
You are correct - anyone can be named in a lawsuit; however, if Izzy were not directly involved in MMTE during the time of the complaint he would not have been named - in essence it would be like naming me in the suit...I'm a shareholder but have no other involvement with the company so why should I be mentioned? If I were working hand-in-hand with MMTE in some fashion then obviously I would be named.
So for Izzy to be named in the lawsuit he had to be somehow directly involved with MMTE. For his name never to come up other than a 2009 loan to MMTE is very concerning - his name was never mentioned in anything regarding MMTE but is now involved in a lawsuit with Liebs/MMTE.
So yes this lawsuit is coming from Martinez (M&A Advisors based in FL/GA) but there is no specific mention of Overcash. See once again everyone assumes Overcash is connected but there is no factual evidence supporting this.
This same philosophy could apply to Izzy except Izzy IS currently listed in the lawsuit. So therefore, Izzy is more relevant than Overcash!
Sorry but it is time for the hard questions to be answered in writing. No more over the phone, no more through this person and that person - but in writing provide the answers that so many people want to know.
Want to regain respect - answer the questions in writing and whether the answers are positive or negative at least respect will be there and we can move on.
Lieberman's caliber is out the window if there is a current connection with Izzy!
Well and don't forget the 200+ million shares that have very likely been dumped since June.
Like I said earlier - it is time for MMTE to be answer some difficult questions in writing to the shareholders. If this is not done it proves the point of the most recent DD.
The biggest question comes in is why Izzy is listed as a defendant. This implies a current connection to MMTE/Lieberman. If in fact this is a current connection it is a major red flag.
Now when doing research Izzy is connected to a lot of negativity in the past. Just look up the name and boat loads of information will come out. We knew he was invested in 2009; we know his debt was also part of the stock issuance to shareholders to pay for the debt; but what we do not factually know is if there is a current connection (other than as a shareholder).
I think we need some good honest answers in writing in regards to current SS and this needs to come from the TA.
There are several outstanding questions now and it is time for them to be truthfully answered in writing by MMTE.
You are absolutely correct!
It really is disheartening what can be found when you start connecting dots of the past and present.
But at this time there is no mention whatsoever of Overcash - yes, there is a past Overcash connection but Lieberman is connected with Overcash as well.
I can respect that decision - considering the circumstances we are now looking at I believe caution is the best strategy.
