isn't most of the debt with PDOS "paper" debt? Meaning a lot of it is owed to SR under derivative liabilities, and could potentially written off if the company decides to oust SR and clean up their act?
Well, that sucks. It is a shame that we can't trust these guys to run an competent scam....
Anyone care to post an unbiased review of the CC for those that were unable to call in?
not nearly as much as trying to keep someone from buying a stock @ .0005
Unless that patent opened a brokerage account and sold shares I'm going to say that the patent was not involved in the lower pps.
Traders front loading in anticipation of the pr and then dumping on those that bought in because they first heard of the patent approval that day were the cause of the sharp decline
You sure do love your reverse splits. Anything is possible, but generally you dilute the hell out of a stock before doing an RS. Like I posted before, even if every share traded since the last OS update was sold from the treasury of PDOS there would still only be 800 million shares outstanding. Clearly that hasn't happened so I'm taking a guess that they will try to move forward with some sort of good news. They may dilute into it, but there still should be a run that pays off significantly for those that bought in under .001.
FYI - sound investors don't buy into stocks trading in trip zeros. It is a calculated gamble.
why would I care who is selling? This stock is @ .0005, I am under no impression that I'm buying Google or Apple...
Slowly eating through that wall on the ask. Once that is gone, even a little bit of good news should send us on a nice run.
nice volume today. added a little more, hoping this starts moving in the next few weeks
So did the questionable people of the penny stock underworld trick or force Renfro into claiming he was going to import 100k barrels of oil a month from Venezuela?
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/fox-petroleum-seriously-reviewing-international-124500348.html
I'm thinking it was this ridiculous claim that had the SEC come down on him.
As far as Sam is concerned he may have done nothing and may not be doing anything, but that includes making a profit off of BRZL. No shares left the treasury from either Sam or Renfro.
I'm aware of the difference between authorized and issued shares. You weren't clear which you had this issue with. I made the assumption that you were concerned about the number issued, since you think an RS is coming.
Why would anyone care how many authorized shares there are if they do an RS? The point of doing an RS is because there are too many issued shares, such that you can never get the pps to move high enough to entice additional private placements.
Since the last update (nov 2011) of the OS on Otcmarkets.com there have been roughly 377 million shares traded. Even if every single one of them were newly minted shares, which is ridiculous, that sill puts the OS around 800 million. Clearly they are far short of your preposterous claim of billions of shares.
PDOS will need to raise capital and it will be done just like every other company that has ever issued stock. Yes they will issue shares and yes the pps needs to be higher than it is now. A reverse spilt, however, would make the stock untradeable for at least a year. It would make it impossible for those that bought in to sell, therefore why would anyone buy in?
What needs to be done is the pps needs to be raised naturally based on a series of updates on upcoming events. As buzz generates and the pps rises private placements can be made to new investors. This creates more buying and the pps rises even more. If carefully planned PDOS will move nicely in the coming year.
yeah, because stocks with an OS of 400k Trade so well... that makes no sense at all
2.6 million @ .08 on the bid. Some serious money being manuevered today
Looks like Chris Beall was brought in specifically to raise money for PDOS. $20 million shouldn't be a problem in the Hollywood community.
From 2006 to 2012 Mr. Beall was President of SS Investor Relations and Consulting Group, where he developed extensive experience in strategic business development, corporate turnaround, venture capital, and equity raising procedures. During his time there Mr. Beall successfully helped to raise over $100 million in capital from the institutional investor community for numerous small cap and startup companies, including multiple Fortune 500 and Inc 500 companies

Well, they haven't been issued any shares so they cannot be adding to the float. If funding is behind the recent activity they would likely be trying to scoop up as many shares as possible in order to protect our investment. Buy up the float so it no longer is at the mercy of flippers.
Don't know, but I have a hard time believing retail buyers and sellers are responsible for all of this volume
Pure speculation on my part based on the huge volume this week: We get funding news soon...
I believe that is the GAAP accounting method. Gimmickally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Ram Potti only owns 231,633 shares. if he or other board members were selling they would need to file form 4s, which we haven't seen yet. the Members of Epic Investments who received shares are unknown. There is no way to verify if anyone has sold. It is pure speculation.
This selling could be anyone including those from Epic that had shares distributed over 6 months ago. The most recent form 4s do not mean 50 million more shares were distributed. Please do not take someone else's word. Do a little DD to find out what the forms mean and how to read them. 17 million shares were distributed, not 50 million. Also, just because they are distributed doesn't mean that people will just dump them the second they can.
I'd love to know where you get 50 million. If you explain your logic I think it would go a long way in showcasing your knowledge.
50 million shares? Sure would like to see a link for that...
BTHR huge green in the Buzz Cloud
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/tcloud2.aspx
There are a lot of ways financing can be completed. The most likely is a reverse merger to bring assests of the privately owned franchises to the public company (BTHR). This news would send BTHR flying over a penny
Breaking that 50 day would be huge. Clear to .01 after that!
ok, I see what you are saying. They are adjusted, but really mean nothing because the opening bid, ask and first sale immediately change everything. In real companies it will likely never be seen. Halted securities, however, it becomes more evident.
Thanks for the info
Umm, no they don't.
Share prices do not adjust downward to reflect the dividend being paid out. To believe that is to make the fundamental error of confusing book value with stock price

I've read every SEC filing For ELTP from the last 4 years, so I'm quite up to date. Thank you.
I simply do not consider one sale by Epic Investment Group, for less than 1% of their total shares to be dumping.
That would be some really valuable information....if it was true.
How is buying higher going to make more money???
It isn't a grant, but they have been approved

wow, look what was dug up and re-animated today...
TLFX looking for $10 million in revenue in the next year and $25-40 million the year after.
TLFX is bidding on large-scale contracts with Tier 1
and NYSE-listed firms and we believe that TLFX could
generate $10M over the next 12 months and $25-40M
in the following year. If the timing of the contract awards
and deployments hold to typical schedules, TLFX could
generate a 20-25% net margin on $40M in revenue.
Goldman Small Cap Research gave TLFX a target Price of $1.10 back in May

There are also those that are profitable.
There are obvious times such as the API PR. I was very confident that people would panic sell. I sold out and bought back in much lower. ELTP has been very predictible in how people react. Hardly ever does it matter what the company is doing
If you don't see the 20-30% pull backs on the charts then I'm not sure I can help you. Each peak and valley is an opportunity to take profit. Once you've taken the profit you can either reinvest in the same stock at a lower value or you can use it somewhere else. Once taken that profit is banked and isn't affected by a down cycle.
If they did that then they aren't very good traders. I sold in the .11s for a profit and bought back in in the .07-.08 range. I now have 30% more shares than I did before the API and for the low low cost of $9 a trade. If a stock isn't paying a dividend then buying and holding doesn't do much for you as all stocks cycle over time.
