Not my field of endeavor, but if he's allowed to answer, it will connect quite few dots. Why does a CEO who led a company from BK's doorstep to the leading ETD mfg globally get sacked two months after landing a 170M govt contract?. I can guarantee you he wasn't a happy camper then,or now. All these cowards will take the 5th, he might be the one exception, what a righteous karmic payback that would be.
His testimony is key to us getting a reduction in the debt, I would think he got screwed along with us as he holds quite a few shares. Not sure if the NDA's he signed when terminated are still in effect with this lawsuit,he certainly could blow the lid off this big time.
IMO one thing that might be in our favor is ISC had serious classified govt contracts, and now with all this i can't see it not being completely investigated on a level much higher than your average BK. TSA does not have the best rep. If ISC execs are tied to this stink it is an easy story for the media to spin back to the fed level." How the U.S. contracted with criminals for national security" Not a hard one to get on 60 minutes.
Forego all debt to PP,have all BOD charged and plea out walking away with nothing, judge orders company given to shareholders,GB re instated as CEO,tell L3 to pound sand, get better financing and continue to dominate global market. Now wouldn't that be a refreshing change to this nightmare-
What an appropos cut for this stink- been awhile since i heard it. Freddie Hubbard and Larry on his 335, the best! Look up the bands meaning and you'll see what we are holding right now.
Workin it hard today, you must be exhausted.
Gee.. sounds like Turmelle was pissed when he wrote that. "Concluded their activities" which include a 50m Lawsuit asshat.
Game,set,match
" Platinum Partners and DMRJ failed to produce the documents as required by the Stipulated 2004 Order. In light of the aforementioned indictment against the DMRJ Executives, the Committee was informed by Platinum Partner's and DMRJ's counsel that it is unlikely to receive this critical discovery within any reasonable timeframe, and depositions of any Platinum Partners
or DMRJ individuals have been delayed for the foreseeable future. Indeed, at this juncture, Platinum Partner's and DMRJ's counsel has indicated she cannot even predict when the documents in question may be produced. "
For the unmpteenth time, this has nothing to do with PP and their shareholders. It has everything to do with a payout reduction based on years of coersion and criminal intent, and even damages for killing what was and could have been a billion $$ pipeline. But you already know that..
PP is going down hard, the principals are going to jail. Again, the sale should move fwd but the funds should be held in an equity account till this mess is sorted. Hell they could end up owing ISC after it all shakes out, eight years is a long time with penalties and interest. Icing on the cake would be the BOD gets no CIC. What did BL say in that one CC? "PP is the only game in town"
I think the more likely scenario was this BOD was blindsided by the outcome like everyone here. All I care about is a reduction in payout to PP based on criminal intent, and i walk away from this train wreck with minimal losses.
It made absolutely zero sense back then why with that IDIQ they couldn't find better lending- govt contracts are golden. The fog is lifting and very clear to me now why GB was sacked, this BOD are all complicit.
I wish the Judge would read this thread.
We didn't invest in PP,tough luck for those shareholders. If there is criminal predatory lending proven with ISC that should factor in to how much is owed them. Like someone mentioned move fwd with the sale to L3 and freeze the funds till this cozy relationship is fully vetted- they owe over 1B that 80m ain't gonna make anyone whole including us.
Bob to Bill, " i have the perfect diversion! it's so out there shareholders will have to believe it! A flying machine that i can bamboozle them in to thinking it will be a big play with a military app- and hey i gots dem connections there!. We'll string this french boy along until we close the L3 deal and pay him a few hundred grand to go away. I'll whip up a biz card on my portable machine, make myself CEO and schedule a press conference with Franky. We'll build the brand and excitement just like i did with ISC!
This company was on track till they sacked GB, and now it's apparent why. It's safe to assume we will get what OTC bagholders deserve, the fat lady is clearing her throat.. but sometimes a blind squirrel finds an acorn(and for this truly myopic one that means BE at best)
If you look hard enough I seem to recall either NVDA or Echo being mentioned that PP would crush their stock if they tried to re fi. "Only game in town" and now it becomes painfully clear why they never got alt lending. My hope is that since there is a dire need to get the ETD devices out in the space that will factor in to a quicker resolution- might not be in our favor but it what's to lose at .10
"In December 2015, Messrs. Huberfeld and Nordlicht discussed fleeing the U.S. for Israel, according to the indictment.
“Don’t forget books,” Mr. Huberfeld wrote to his partner in an email, the indictment says. “Assume we are not coming back to ny…Take passport.”
Where there's smoke.. Should not be hard for a judge to not only allow us to addl time to unearth this unfolding mess, but also freeze any interest. Can't stop the meter on the attys, but i'd be willing to wait for a higher return and these scumbags are all complicit. Turmelle can shove it up his..
Doubt it would lead to much. More concerned with PP being in violation as that might translate in to more for us. It's the last bullet in our pistol unfortunately.
His purpose has long since been served here. What are the odds it was someone who's been or getting deposed?
Silly me
Good thing is the finish line is in sight, for better or worse
Hiding behind the fifth(which should be re named the Bill McGann clause) is an admission of guilt, let's hope the judge sees these cowards for what they are and it influences his decision.
Of course it was, only hope is PP gets pinched and judge orders debt reduction. I'd give up a million a month to get several more on a court order. All these scumbags are complicit.
One, your a gambler or you wouldn't be here in the first place. Ya never know..unlikely things do happen just look at the election. I am confident if i sell here it will double shortly thereafter.
Would love to be that fly on the wall during his depo.
Let's hope any charges are limited to PP, as that is our only hope for a payout higher than these levels. That being said these two cowards should get as little cash as possible. Seven years tomorrow for me in this bad LSD trip, quite the lesson learned.
Makes you why none of them every sold any of their shares..prolly got blindsided by PP's indictment.
I'm not quite with Buff on the jail em all deal as i'd rather have some coin back than satisfaction, but there is certain pleasure in seeing Liscouski get nothing out of at least that part. Good thing for him is he's always got his Jim Rockford edition guttenberg press for more biz cards on his next shell play.
Try L3,they are getting a 100m + discount if it closes quickly
Now you know why that puke went on Cable news as a terrorism expert sans Implant title- he didn't want to tarnish his street cred down the road! That was max free ROI from an advertising perspective, made zero sense then but sure does now. In charge of branding, what a joke.
What was that quote from McGann when asked by a SH on his first CC as to why GB got sacked? Something like " the BOD felt it needed a CEO that had more experience for a company that was going on to the next level"
Sure sounded good at the time..
Thought it was more like 350k,i'm not even concerned about that smoke screen right now.
No Question. PP sucked in sheep in classic Madoff fashion for years with eye popping returns, and finally got pinched. And yes, i am confident that quite a few folks read these forums- from PP to ISC to possibly govt officials. I find it equally curious that Percy's sticky vanished over the weekend after months up there. I'm certainly not qualified to determine the outcome here, but if PP duped investors of their fund, i can't see how their respective losses has anything to do with illegal action with ISC lending. Any and all monies determined to paid to PP in illegal fashion should be re embursed directly to ISC, whether or not that happens will remain to be seen. Rude's post is sobering and accurate unfortunately, just look at how little ISC has been bitch slapped around buy the bullies to date.
It's hard to imagine at this point there is any effort on here to manipulate sentiment, although i do feel you on this one. Maybe PP'
s lawyers are advising them to comply without reservation to any demands as their ass is in a sling?
Thought it kinda fit, given this con game.
This Zapata deal is clearly a diversion, Liscouski has printed up more biz cards for vapor companies than Jim Rockford.
This has always been my thought.
