PP is going down hard,the principals are going to jail. Again, the sale should move fwd but the funds should be held in an equity account till this mess is sorted. Hell they could end up owing ISC after it all shakes out,eight years is a long time with penalties and interest. Icing on the cake would be the BOD gets no CIC. What did BL say in that one CC? "PP is the only game in town"
