ha, Yes but I am more than happy with my own due diligence.....
Exciting times ahead......
They have produced their own unit. Invented and patented by the CEO.
NFC does not compare to the security features the Card has. NFC also requires you to be connected to a network which can be hacked. The SMME card does not.
I suggest you read up a little more....
SmartMetric Inc. filed suit against both Visa and MasterCard for patent infringement a few years ago and the case has been an ongoing case before the Federal District Court in California, she said. The company President, Ms. Hendrick, further said that the company has had two Markman hearings on its "464" patent as well as a successful appeal it won in the United States Federal Appeals Court in Washington DC. She further said that both Visa and MasterCard have previously moved for dismissal of the case and failed.
Looks like a valid case to me..... Can't wait for next weeks developments to unfold.
Did anyone else notice the last few lines of the Seeking Alpha article? Even the commentator is looking to purchasing SMME shares following a 72 hour grace period..
DD done! Good times ahead.
Three weeks to Summary Judgement! MC n Visa must be getting nervous. No more delaying tactics by the defense possible......bring it on!
More false and misleading information.
I am very happy with my investment and position of the company. Good times head.
Excellent, thank you for the updates. Exciting times ahead.
Last trading session as just an RnD company. Exciting times ahead!
I hope we hear early on how sales go next week.
I have learnt that the Summary Appeal was postponed a month due to defence counsel being unavailable. Hardly a negative for SMME's case.
Excellent, good work OBP.
What will be interesting is that neither MasterCard or Visa have disclosed the lawsuit to their shareholders. There could be a big backlash now that its getting airtime....
Very interesting times.
Solid lawsuit
Product launch within a week away.
Radio advertisements broadcasting the technology.
Biometric security card to follow!
Share price up 20%
Volume surges
Court case proceeding well
Product less than a week a way from being released!
Its been a long journey but Great times ahead.
I said recently, that we had seen the low....
Good to see all this information coming out as we lead into the first product launch in just over a weeks time.
I'm positive they could sell a million of these units in a year as forecasted. I reckon i Could sell a million myself....
The week of the 26th will be huge! You wouldn't want to be sitting on naked shorts at that time so expect some buying as they square up.
Exciting times ahead!
I'm getting the feeling that we have seen the bottom. All those naked shorts must be getting a little nervous.......
News release. Impressive technology and a little more sophisticated than a thumb drive lol.
The World's Smallest Stand Alone Self Powered Fingerprint Reader, Developed by SmartMetric, Inc.
SmartMetric, Inc. (OTCQB: SMME) -- Speaking today from New York, SmartMetricâ„¢ Inc. President & CEO Chaya Hendrick said the company's MedicalKeyring is a ground breaking product that uses the world's first smallest miniature fingerprint scanner that has been engineered and developed by SmartMetric, Inc. This enables a person to carry with them their complete medical files and all the files are protected by the file owner's biometric fingerprint. The device has a built-in rechargeable battery allowing the device to be used in clinical situations without the need of being "plugged" into a computer. It also has a built in powerful ARM processor in order to conduct the fingerprint verification in less than a second. Without this innovation the device would be rendered useless in places such as a Hospital ER, she said. A person could be lying in the bed in the ER and simply swipe their finger over the devices fingerprint sensor and the fingerprinting scanner inside the device will then perform a fingerprint match with the persons pre-stored fingerprint in the internal memory of the MedicalKeyringâ„¢ and if the person is the owner of the medical records it will then activate records access. The physician can than walk over to a hospital PC and view the complete medical records on the device. Without the World's smallest fingerprint scanner this simply would not be possible.

Smart move, welcome to the club!
Medical key ring is now 15% more expensive for Aussies though.... You can pre-order from the website I hear.
The kid is very lucky and will be able to buy his Dad a house shortly. Good story!
Visa, last year increased litigation provision by 4.1 billion.....
Visa swings back to profit. Visa (V) swung to a profit of $1.23B in FQ3 from a loss of $1.84B a year earlier, when the credit-card company took a $4.1B litigation provision. EPS of $1.88 beat by $0.07, while revenue rose 16% and also topped forecasts. Visa has been benefiting from the improving economy, with payment volumes rising 13% to $1.1T and transaction volume
Once it starts to move it will fly. I imagine there are a lot of investors sitting on their hands waiting to see if Chaya can deliver something.
All we need is a catalyst to spark the interest. A positive ruling on the law suit, release of the MKR or a contract announcement for the card will do the trick.
The punters will chase and and when they do it will be very hard to buy any stock under $2.
Be patient.
The company was founded in Australia. The company secretary is based here and he was responsible for most of the capital raising over the years.
Apart from that, Aussies know a good thing when they see it.....
I think you all have got off the point here. The medical key ring is an insurance policy on getting the healthcare that you require without mistakes or the need to explain all your medical conditions, allergies and medications.
How often do you hear about someone receiving the wrong medication? What price do you place on your life?
I know loads of people that have expressed interest in this product. $89 is a low cost insurance policy on your healthcare.
Anyone with health issues would be crazy not to purchase one. I spend more on vitamins each month.
Lastly, central databases are always at risk of being hacked and best avoided.
Hate on LNM as much as you want but he has achieved obtaining more information from the CEO than anybody else.
She has committed to a product release in August! How bloody exciting for us whether its been three years, ten years or a week!
We have an opportunity with a mega lawsuit in the near future that could set the share price to the heavens.
More products to be released later in the year including the world's first bio metric security card.
Risk reward on this stock is very favourable to a long position.
As a long term shareholder, the party is definitely at my place.....
Well you heard it. Little doubt now that in August we move out if the RnD stage and become a revenue producing company!
I cannot wait.
Surely, we should hear more about the law suit this week. I would expect a timeline for rulings and the period allowed for the rebuttal to the expert's submission.
A summary ruling in our favour would be nice.....
Mike, where do you see the stock price being this time next year?
Mr Nuts, I'll be throwing a SMME party in Sydney when the time is right and it will be my pleasure to cover you and your wife's costs to visit. LMU can pay her own fares as she has enough.....lol. This is a promise that I will keep.
Well said Mr Bale.
Ha, hope you're right Badbilly.
Thanks Billy.
I think you're right Shiner.
Great info, thank you.
Here is something else to think about.
Over the last 12 months, Visa's market capitalisation grew by 53 bio and MC grew by 30 bio. That is a total of 143 bio and 69 bio respectively.
They could easily pay, say 5 bio, for SMME and own the rights to the technology outright closing out the other party.
Better deal than paying out a damages claim.
I think the date for settlement talks was extended until after the summary ruling. That is what was agreed too.
Don't get caught up on the numbers. It's a theory only at this point. I'll take anywhere between $5 and $8.50 FYI.
I have question for the panel.
Lets say SMME get a 1 billion each from the defendants. Patrick takes his share and chaya keeps a stack for development. What part would be paid to shareholders as a special dividend? Anyone with experience on these matters ?
At 40c a share the market cap is roughly 50 million dollars. There is every chance, with the right ruling that said company could receive a billion plus dollars. Part of that value should be reflective leading into the 24 june decision. That is how speculators influence a market.
What we need to ascertain is what percentage is fair to take the punt on a positive ruling. 30%? 50%? Maybe more.....the market will determine that.
1bio divided by 118 mio shares currently on offer equals $8.50 ps at par value.
We can crunch crazy numbers all day. I'll bet my bottom dollar that we are substantially higher than 40c by June 23!

Awwww getting exciting leading into the June 24 summary decision. Where do you all think it will be come June 23?
Surely, the expectations of SMME receiving a possible billion dollar plus settlement with a favourable decision, should see part of that value reflected in the share price before the decision.
I say $1.50 at least. Laugh if you will, time will tell.
I might add, the battery inside the card that recharges when inserted to an ATM is also state of the art technology and the reason many of the competitors cards have failed.
If all else fails I'm sure that could be sold as an asset.
Financials don't look good? No shit Sherlock they are still in R n D stage. We are waiting to hear about the capital raising and the commencement of production anytime soon. Come late June a ruling that the patent has been breached could send the share price skyward on the basis of a billion dollar plus likely settlement.
Good luck getting them cheaper. If you do, you probably won't want them. If you wait, you will miss it.
I looked over the national security card website and its not even close to the technology SMME have. No one should be making comparisons.
