Wrong again wise one. They do have a confirm on the pod tests but also need the preliminary free flight test slot. It could be early Oct but no later than late Oct. I suppose you know personally all those at DOD connected with flight testing as well regarding Yuma facilities? Wow how exciting we may see another google from Columbo.
yes and to think you can google, time for applause?
Really show us the reflective proof you were there please oh wise one.. I'm sure you know the space florida group personally. We need a picture with that pronounced shining for some levity today.
And they were previously already scheduled for October which I would assume still holds?
Exactly Mide, Hudson has to report their sales once a week. The 4-6 million I postured was a guestimate but can't be too far off.
Oh you have that mouse in your pocket that owns shares to suggest the "we"? Really only one reason we are at .07-.08 and that is called Hudson Bay... 13 million shares dumping and another 4-5 million to go imo. Slow bleeding but at least restricted in how fast they can execute. All thanks to our ex CEO and prison inmate, Huff.
No you don't get it and obviously have not been very involved in business. Have you ever had a presence in a state doing business yet had no permanent address to receive cerified documents or other papers? Have you heard of using a law office for such purposes? Hmm I have at least a dozen times, and no the lawyers in those offices don't think they are running any part of my businesses and yes I have paid for their costs of using them as registered agents? get it??
Ha agreed Bear!
Leinwand has little to nothing to do with this current company. You have done no due diligence.
You would have to be on another planet to compare Clark & Estrella to past hype machine regimes. I know you see it as all one and the same but I am a firm believer that leadership makes the company. We simply are not on the same page.
Yes and if they get certification? Perhaps you can accuse DOD of perpetrating fraud?
Perhaps a "bald" adventure is in order and you can take a few shots of Globalstar hqrs in Louisiana to make sure they exist? That may be a conspiracy after all?
Hate to say it but I have witnessed some ugly manipulation and very unfavorable reverses in Rodman and Renshaw concerns after they were severely boxed in the stocks. They are heavily involved in small biotech. From my vantage point I do hope we go nowhere near this firm.
Agreed WW, I think a GTC contract before WSGI (Argus 1), makes sense as well. Good Luck All!
Great observations Sami!!!
Well if it gets there, however different our perception and reasoning may be, smart buy imo. Good luck
I thought you were waiting for .07-.075 to reload? The old regime and its fundraisers sure did not refuse any reasonable offer as the placement changed daily. Remember? FINRA rules be damned.
No one wants delays but if we are testing another potential partner's equipment, the benefit out weighs the short wait. The share price with Hudson dumping 13 million shares slowly withers, however at some point they will be done with their sale, or taken out privately. These two did not create the Hudson mess, like so many others this waited for them when they came on board. I'm firmly convinced with all the lawsuits (72 is the rumor number) coupled with the SEC that management previously in place had no idea how to resolve the issues or ever sustain the company going forward. I have no problem giving Clark and Estrella 3-6 more months to prove they can produce real revenues. No one is tickled with the current share price however with the GTC acquisition and upcoming Yuma testing we should have positive news shortly.
I think shareholders have some idea of the mess these two have dealt with, if not they have been out to lunch. The stock will react with revenues, I think we are finally close thankfully. We certainly know the previous years were empty of revenues before they came to management. Right now we have to settle for a double since they came on board. They inherited massive lawsuits and have reduced them by a huge percent. They inherited a SEC court case that they finally settled (with their own funds). They acquired a revenue producing company, set up relationships with L3. They contracted with the Space Coast. They helped construct and engineer a new Argus ship with Eastcor. What did management the previous several years produce? Maybe you would prefer the old days when there were no shareholder's meetings?
Happy Independence Day Holiday weekend everyone! May our company prosper and succeed and may our airships and electronics help bring peace and stability here and on the world stage.
Regardless of perceptions of how best to move forward I realize all shareholders want positive results and success going forward!
Best to all of you...
ok pal, what word did they break with you?
Thanks BDAY, I have said nothing inflamatory towards Warp, I just disagree. I do believe that Helmut who is entangled in a legal brawl with the company regarding shares he believes he is entitled to has a real bias. I also believe that Clark and Estrella with the messes they inherited and what they have learned about manners business was conducted have their own.
I never thought Helmut should have been posting "inside" or heavily informed information on a private message board anyway and never joined Warp's group.
I have nothing against Warp or his goals and active shareholder participation other than thinking he is wrong to register such an attack on current company management when he is getting his information from one that is actively in dispute with the company.
I have enjoyed Warp's supportive posts and due diligence very much. We just disagree on this matter entirely.
I agree completely BEARSLAYRE,
Warp's total attack on corporate governance was way over the top!
Today he wants to oust everyone that stands in the way of Helmut.
Helmut should just get on with litigation and arbitration if he really thinks he deserves massive shares. Let a court decide!
This end run at this late hour is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe some choose not to remember how control was usurped before by a gang of three grabbing Preferred share control to prevent real voting in a shareholders meeting? All so they never had to spend money sending out proxy's. Or how funding offers changed by the day and discounts offered after placement documents were sent out some three years ago? I'm not saying the Helmut has not contributed to keeping this company alive, nor do I have any real beef with Warp other than to think in this case he is dead wrong. We are entitled to opinions, I just don't trust the outlying motives and goals and think for once this company is doing business by the book and others with no motive other than for power and greed are trying to run interference.
Thanks Mide great post! I agree completely!
We would not even be having a shareholder meeting without Clark and Estrella. Get your head out of the sand. When was the last one? Do you really think this company would even exist now without SEC resolution? Do you think Helmut was so loved and respected by the SEC that they caved? Come on think about it.
Yes a rather sick and distorted agenda propagated by a disgruntled ex consultant and moved forward by one of his few stalwarts. Half baked truths and innuendo is right.
As long as a disgruntled ex "consultant" has nothing to do with running this company, advising or being a member of the BOD I am satisfied. He is currently in an adversarial position with the company making share demands that the company contends he has no rightful claim. Yes and that is the way it is, and I am sure you know only a handful of reasons that Estrella and Clark want him far outside and looking in regarding corporate governance and direction. This is not about FEMA imo.
Yes its standard behaviour and sadly missing from the company prior to these two being at the helm. I for one find it refreshing that true corporate diligence is being adhered to regarding NDA's and their usage. I am certain the SEC would agree.
Hi is the 2nd or third largest shareholder after Phipps and with Clark a close third I think.
Included in Raymer's totals you mean?
I don't believe Raymer has dumped shares.
I generally know Raymer's position but have no clue what Helmut owns.
Good idea on NDA's, by the book!
We all know Raymer owns shares how many does Helmut own?
Why in the world would you think we were close to a deal with FEMA? What airship were we demonstrating and where at the time? Who is making you guys think a deal with FEMA was in the cards? Estrella perhaps should not have been the one and only to be on a conf call but what makes anyone think that a deal could have been nailed?
Someone is suggesting that we had a massive fish on the line and only needed a couple of able nets to bring it home? How?
wow does HW have a ploy in mind?
Lots of assumptions made regarding Estrella with little but an anecdote to back them up. Much has been festered by one party who thinks he knows best how to move forward. I wonder how many shares that party really had/has and how noble he has been in holding those shares while he tried to get all of us to partake in funding? I have been more than happy to see the curtain fall on the HW/Leinwand show. Not to say that in the darkest hours they did not "try" to preserve the company but am much more satisfied with direction today as well as corporate compliance.
Yes why not ask Erdberg? Believe me I have heard your version of the FEMA story too but from the HW pipeline. Was FEMA really ready to fund a company with 0 airships available? Did they have a budget allocated for this purpose? Anyway best of luck to you in what you decide. Reasonable people can differ about potential and management. It is easier to play "what if" than deal with what is. I hate dilution but when I assess the messes I don't see any other choice. I do like that Clark has cash on the horse race and is the jockey to boot. Now only if the horse tests to race do we make it.
Your version of the FEMA story is one HW's anecdote. Really Warp you need to chat with Clark to get the facts.. I remember HW telling me how Clark would move the share price too however I also knew the limitations of years of mismanagement and the burdens conceivably brought to bare. HW wants a lot of shares for his efforts in "consulting" I'm sure and likely will have to sue to prevail. These are matters sometimes for courts to decide as both parties likely have some credibility in the matters of fact. Regardless Clark is implementing a plan and it is our only chance imo of success. HW is not going to ride in on a white winged horse to carry us forward even though I'm sure he thinks he is the answer. Sometimes the factoids we carry with one ego's opinion are merely that. I appreciate your candor and sincerity and hope that your questions can be answered. I have spoken with both men and have placed my vote with the one I think is most credible, forthcoming, and realistic. I'm not disparaging HW just being honest as to my opinion.
Agree wholeheartedly! Perceived entitlements and greed at the trough are the reasons so many messes have had to be cleaned up and still persist today. If these guys really think they are entitled let them sue and arbitrate. Let Clark and team move forward. A proxy battle with members of the old regime screaming for compensation is one that should never be swallowed by long suffering shareholders. I've already voted my shares with the company and its current management.
