If the company were selling shares because of "bad news" coming, that would constitute insider trading. So we can just rule that one out. Wo
How does it work? To meet the deadline they have until end of trading day, business day, beginning of day, East coast midnight...
When the first deadline came there were all kinds of answers around the same point.
If they were the bid would be gone
Flipper? Who flips at 1?
Someone had to buy those. Maybe it was COWI.
This ain't the exciting things is it?
If we did 98% of the posts the past 4 weeks wouldn't have happened
Maybe, but the point of consultants is that the client doesn't have to pay insurance/workman's comp on them. It's often cheaper to hire consultants because of this.
BUUTTT... If the knowledge held by those consultants makes them too valuable to loose, then a buyout becomes worth it. It's not about the skills, but the held knowledge. (2 different things. I'm a consultant. I deal with it every day.)
The comments!!
"I work at Microsoft representing HoloLens."
"It's great meeting people from NBC Universal"
We're still high on the boards
False. I posted a link last week showing directors. Some are gone. You said "they're all gone".
Its people that bought 3s. Obviously not all that bought 3s but a sizeable percentage.
I think those are shorts. Some posters say there is no short interest here. I have seen reports that say the otherwise. Lots of shorts.
Why would volume effect that? At all?
Here's a link with all of the CoroWare officers/directors
https://www.corporationwiki.com/p/2j1sp7/charles-house
Whoever's got some time should check them out and see what cool info you can find for the group.
Nobody was buying this stock for a while. That's insufficient to pay rent. But thanks for playing. I admire your enthusiasm.
Dream come true situation? What does that mean?
They went to Mars if that helps
As a bonus maybe. Stock don't pay the electric bill...
Does that post say CoroWare employees were demoing the Mars tour program at the BUILD conference for Microsoft? Did they program any of it too? I wonder if they worked with NASA?
Not really. I was caught in one that was simply announced in PR and done.
What is that?
I wonder why they had time to reply to your email about being about to reply to your other emails soon. Any idea what that suggests?
Yes, eventually we will chew through all those 3s.
Watch the buying patterns. Most are only a few bucks. Many people here with small positions not wanting to wait 3-10 months to turn a $500-2000 profit I feel are holding this back. They're hoping for the quick money. Small positions get impatient and backing out.
Most long have large positions in the 10s of millions-100s of millions. Each tick for longs is $1,000s. That's worth the wait.
I can't confirm this but this I believe is a big reason this is being held back.
BUILD 2016 has given us so many confirmations of Coroware's direct involvement in Microsoft HoloLens!!
Does that say "spent a week in San Francisco PRESENTING this"...?
Yes it is
Nope. I found that on the BBB website for their city. 76 employees if I remember right.
STILL TOP 10 most read
What's IVR
I'm still here. Haven't sold 1.
They have until 4/14 to post the 10K. With all the "guidance" docs COWI put out, I doubt they'll just leave everyone hanging for weeks for financials. In retrospect that must have been their PC way of saying expect us to be late.
Has anyone been keeping track on volume at pps = or >0002?
Can someone help me out. The Notice to file late says they will be submitted within 15 calendar days or less from due date (which was 3/30). Did I read that right?
Is there another way to interpret that that would push the date back further?
Does that statement mean we will get financials no later than 4/14?
He was at 5 last I remember
What's your point? CoroWare (Lloyd Spenser) has been consulting with Microsoft for years. He was an EMPLOYEE of Microsoft's years ago for 2 years.

All apps built for Microsoft HoloLens run on the Universal Windows Platform (UWP). That also means that all UWP apps built for phone and desktop can work on HoloLens too. We call these 2D apps since on HoloLens they are rendered and projected on 2D surfaces. In this talk we’ll cover everything you need...
Ya it would be interesting.
Some people are blogging/posting notes of the other events too. Not just the Keynote stuff. Kinda tricky to find seeing as how it just started this morning. People should check around the internet after the scheduled HoloLens presentations. Maybe someone can find some good stuff. I am gonna try...
I went to the Build website. They have the entire event schedule. The streaming broadcast only shows "Keynote" events. I guess that means speakers in the main auditorium. There are multiple simultaneous speakers going at a time. They've got HoloLens stuff all through the event.
