You are absolutely right and I feel that ALL the patents that MMRF has worldwide is the most important tool besides the MMR-PRO/PHR items (not the videos) worthwhile for BL to parley with in getting his money back with the RHL group. Guess we will see..later..Sid
Your scenario of 1-25 reverse split assumes possible pps of .25 cents but after the reverse and with no revenues and the high burn rate then this is not going to happen I feel. Just conjecture on all of us but I do agree with Bernie as BL knows the books simply will not show a holding up of the pps after a reverse of .25 cents! He will sell as soon as he has a buyer I think. JMO and everybody has one .. right or wrong..Tiffer

Based on the rep's personality, communication style and intelligence, people will come to certain conclusions about the company. The representative should be someone who can make people say or think, "I know why this company's CEO chose this person. I would've done the same."................... Kira Lorsch has much to be proud of when you go to the name Kira Lorsch and see the great things she is doing in her current life today and anybody would be proud to be associated with her! The name Kira Reed on the other hand brings up past activitys that do not bode well for any companys interested in doing business with MMRF and of course any possible PHR buyer who may be interested in buying a PHR. It is really a very simple process to edit her videos and get the name Reed out of them which would preclude the curious from finding themselves on porn sites! I think perhaps she would be happier having folks look at the wonderful things she is doing today such as the animals, her columns, charitable events attending with her husband and so on then junk sites from her past life!...Time will tell I guess on what her conscience tells her!...I hope she says to herself ... I think it is great having 100,000 patients being processed thru MMR-PRO and now I ask myself if there is anything standing in the way preventing these doctors from signing up these patients with the PHR for the very real win win scenario for doctor and patient. It should be asked of Bob Lorsch "Why are some of the 100,000 patients not being signed up by the doctors which would show an increase in PHR sales instead of an actual decline of users currently?"..No answer I suspect will be forthcoming!... Enlightening to think if all were signed up then a 3 month quarterly would show a 3 million dollar influx of revenues! Even 10% signed up would bring in 300,000 dollars for a quarter which would beat the heck out of the dismal past revenue report. I will leave it to others in the future to ponder and figure out why no sales! I have my own opinion why and others can figure out their own gut feeling why no sales!..JMO..Tif

Your faith is laudable but retail giants will not do business with MMRF! Of course just my opinion and bought forth by my own DD and pursuit of knowledge of what companys do before they enter into any business arrangement! Good luck on your opinion but I will stick with mine as this company is dealing with an entirely different subject matter then those you protray representing other companys and products! Very personal is this PHR business and should be squeaky clean videos for the users! Imagine the doctor just loves his new MMR-PRO machine and looks at the videos that the MMRF company want him to look at and sell PHR's to his patients and out of curiousity he hits Kira Reed name! I feel if there was an increase then it would surly have been heard by all of us loud and clear because BL would have been very verbal on that score you can be sure! I submit my ignorance on buying shares at higher prices but the number today I keep to myself and my friends and fortunately I can well sustain the loss of my entire investment without making 1 iota of difference in my life and I and my wifes lifestyle!.. I have found that reality instead of the self delusion which I have participated in is far more satisfying to my core beliefs. The trust I have put in this bogus CEO has been disappointing to say the least! I earned 3 journeyman apprenticeships thru my life as Diesel Mechanic, Machinist, Millwright which culminiated as a Maintenance Superintendent at Toyota assembly plant in
Fremont, Calif. (NUMMI). I had a lot of energy besides my regular job and enjoyed working 2nd part time jobs in the evenings and weekends selling vacuumn cleaners and Family photo record plans door to door (hard selling). I know very well the experience of the door to door salespersons life and while I never did it full time I sure enjoyed the experience of meeting all those wonderful people out there! I have absolutely no doubt that if any of my or others marketing plans were put to use then this company would really take off but we have a very spoiled "perhaps" still rich CEO with a trophy wife who does not have a clue of what the image of a company should be and just keeps putting out stupid PR's, which tell you nothing, because quite frankly the seedy image is there and change needs to be initiated to make this a classy company! I wish all of MMRF's videos on selling MMRF's products were gotten rid of and replaced with men or women doctors doing the videos and that would surly guarantee MMRF's products passing the smell test by ALL the large lucrative retail chains and those grandparents wanting to buy PHR's for their loved ones and on and on, whereas porn star kira reeds never will as I and others well know! Of course this will never happen as sicko Bob and his airhead wife are actually proud of showing her bare anatomy! Another great PR today from Lorsch showing about 30 pages per patient fed into one of the about 40 MMR-Pro machines out there and working, but has anybody noticed that no figures from the very lucrative profit sharing for doctors on signing up PHR users was not given by Lorsch? All this fluff about internet advertisements and no PHR user number signups is suggestive of his usual ploy of "pot of gold" rhetoric with no meat on anything he puts out! Until this wanabee CEO puts out an honest PHR user ramp up, and which shows up on the quarterlys, then I will put no credence in anything he says as it is just the usual hype! Training center for sales persons in Oklahoma with the big carrot of how they can make a million dollars selling MMRF products; 3. Lorsch stating very very short time on money tv, as in 1 year for Celgene 13 million being fully paid; 4. Lorsch statements on translations in many languages 2 years ago on MMRF products when not even the PHR for China was translated as revealed in HIMSS conference by Unis official; 5. Lorsch forecast on 43 million dollar anticipated revenue last year when nothing concrete on those revenues was official, hence minimal revenues; 6. Recent attacks on so called bashers when realistic questions are bought to the fore on his business ethics involving unrealistic statements; END; Bob Lorsch has learned nothing about his mistakes as he has done nothing to even generate mistakes! Advertising is his field .. not sales! He continues to meet with outside investers trying to get out and I hope he succeeds! Question #1; Mr. Lorsch, why is it you suggest others to walk the talk as some of the investers have with face to face sales of the PHR while you yourself do not walk the talk by establishing a sales force here in Los Angeles and selling the very lucrative money making PHR program to all the medical entitys, lawyers, veterinarians, and so on? Question #2; Mr. Lorsch, why do you keep putting out agreements with various affiliations around the world and do not provide any information on any sales force within these agreements to give investers hope that sales would occur? Question #3; Why do you think investers should continue to support you when your salary, expense account, and corporate credit cards have shown very poor usage of what little money comes into the treasury? END; He cannot and will not admit also that his primary goal is to find a buyer for his 70 million shares and get out of this business which I believe would be the best thing that could happen. We will never see the prepaid PHR card hanging at Walmart, Costco,or any large retail/pharmacy chains ever! The reason is these large companys research who they allow in their business and then make their decisions! If the CEO's wife had used her married name of Lorsch instead of Reed then that might have slipped by but his airhead wife who is supposed to know things about image blew it completely as did her airhead husband who even lets you know to go watch her on the playboy channel for petes sake! Next time you talk to Lorsch 3 flight you might want to ask him why Chartis salespersons have not been given a free PHR for training and knowledge purposes and why these same salespersons have not been given say 20 dollars for each user on board which would be a cumulative (just like a doctors revenue stream)source of income for them? If this was in effect last year I have no doubt that the PPS would be in the dollars by now! Can Bob Lorsch spark this stock by giving out the numbers of salespersons within any of these "affiliations" who are going to be selling any of MMRF's products? How about some sales direction from the CEO's of these "affiliations" that MMRF keeps fluffing about? All I see from Bob Lorsch is more blarney, and not even the good sense to have a MMRF sales force in Los Angeles for petes sake. It was particularly distasteful to me as I had tried to get MMRF many months ago to approach AARP with a viable money making business plan and all I got was silence and not even any constructive response! So Bernie while I drank koolaid with you for months I can no longer condone what I feel is mis-leading direction to old and new investers when I know full well that we have a very lazy CEO who lets "his fingers do the walking" and that will do nothing but follow his advertising plan. I have had thoughts as many on this board have about a past porn star doing MMRF's videos and what that may entail for future business. I got together with a district manager of AVON a couple weeks back and showed her everything on the PHR and she thought that the product looked saleable and if the money split was good then AVON may well take it on. Then I showed her what happens when Kira Reed name is clicked on and of course she could not understand a company using such a person and stated emphatically that AVON, after their internal investigation dept. results, would never have anything to do with such a company. Now that ring is verified as MMRF asset then of course Kira's salary at RHL group could now be paid via ring instead of more worthless stock or cash! Perhaps better yet is Bob Lorsch's salary being utilized in same scenario for "gift" to his ever loving. I can very well picture that scene as BL gives her ring and saying how much more he is taking care of her with the life ins. policy, her position of President of RHL group, and as his eyes water up and perhaps a tear or two drips down and the wave of empathy washes over him that projects from Kira then he will say to himself. I would invite those teamster officials down to the MMRG office and show them the very lucrative marketing plan I outlined on my earlier post and "Katy Bar The Door" as MMRG would be off and running!...No "exclusive agreement" either as MMRG can then go after ALL the trade unions. Listed above is one of the keys to making MMRG's PHR a resounding success and this contact is in close proximity to MMRG offices! Having been involved with union negotiations within places where I have worked, I can tell you that MMRG's PHR would be a slam dunk as outlined in a previous post where I described the win win for all partys concerned, business owners, employees and their familys, and of course the local union itself. The marketing plan I suggested can be used nationwide and of course worldwide! I have absolutely no doubt that if MMRG contacted and presented this very lucrative plan to union business agents then just the LA and surrounding areas would alone take this companys revenue on an upward path. I will forward this to MMRG but of course it will continue to fall, as other folks have found out, on the deft ears of a do nothing CEO...We are talking about a FREE PHR for employees folks..unbeatable!!..JMO...Tif

Successful CEO's have and need the ability to reverse direction and do what is good for their company and stockholders who have shown their faith in the company CEO and products by buying the stock. This particular CEO does not have that ability because of his own image of himself and his attitude of "MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY" and even though he knows he is on the wrong path will let his ego and perhaps lack of education in the salesmanship field take this company down hill and all the investers who believed in him! In closing all I can say is hopefully an outside entity buys this misguided CEO out and start selling a product that would surly be successful with a proper sales force. I suppose I should address the question all may be concerned about and that is; How does a salesperson initiate any contact? The answer is very simple. You call and ask if it would be all right if you could send to their FAX machine a very lucrative money making program for their business and of course they will say yes and perhaps inject a bit of humor by saying; If you do not like it then you can always put it in your circular file and forget about it! Calling and asking protects salesperson on existing laws on discriminate faxing to any company!..JMO..Tif
