I, on the other hand,was disappointed by BL's continued lack of info on number of PHR users on board! I feel if there was an increase then it would surly have been heard by all of us loud and clear because BL would have been very verbal on that score you can be sure! Sadly, there was no message on users which shows where revenues are going!..I no longer hold my breath for large retail outlets based on my DD and fact finding on what companys do before permitting business with any company!...Tiffer
