p.s. A new Chairman's blog is overdue.
Picture Gerald and his father along with Dr. Rubinfeld and the rest of the company's management team ringing the opening bell at the NASDAQ some time in October or November.
Interesting months ahead.

Buying at the bottom is always a challenge. Most individuals will miss the opportunity. A few will come close but then regret not having bought more shares as the share price continues to hit new highs.
There isn't another stock that has the tremendous upside potential that $AMBS does especially at the current depressed share price. Napadano says its worth .20 currently and I think he has more credibility than anyone posting on the board. Then again I think his valuation is too low.
I'm looking forward to the next press release, the next Chairman's blog, and to Gerald's presentation on Wednesday at the L.D. Micro Conference being held in Los Angeles. Gerald presents at 11:00 P.S.T.
I still say this is one p.r. away from the share price doubling or tripling in a day.
Interesting days, weeks, and months ahead.
All IMHO

Owning "NUGT" here is a lot like owning a penny stock. Charts don't account for unexpected events.
Let the Chinese sink one or two Vietnamese ships and you'll see what I mean.
One event could bounce gold to $1,400 at any time. Paper trading is keeping it depressed in spite of the U.S. continuing to print more paper currency with no real backing behind it.
Eventually the piper will have to be paid.
I think the company announces a development partnership for MANF for diabetes before one for Retinitis Pigmentosa. Closer than we know.
99% of what is posted here is "white noise" as to what is actually going to happen. It's fun to speculate and it doesn't cost anything especially if you're a "free member".
The only thing I know for certain is that I haven't found another stock trading under a dime that has the tremendous potential that $AMBS offers. Not one.
I've watched a number of penny stocks run up on news. I think $AMBS moves closer to it happening every day. Not if but when.
.50 before September 1 on LymPro partnership news and reasonable media exposure plus other catalysts.

Add a few shares at the open tomorrow. I expect it to be the last day that $AMBS trades under a dime.
Twitter: @AmarantusBio .... 9,977 followers.
I'm expecting the LymPro partnership and subsequent media exposure surrounding LymPro as the first blood test to detect early stage Alzheimer's will "blow the roof" off the share price.
Let's refer to the event(s) as the first stage price booster.
Subsequent news events related to MANF and Eltoprazine will act as 2nd and 3rd stage boosters. Grant funding is still lurking ahead.
Too many realistic catalysts to discuss all the possible scenarios here. Best to wait and watch how things unfolds over the next three months as the share price continues higher towards the up-listing to the NASDAQ.
Twitter: @AmarantusBio .... 9,977 followers.
p.s. On the sidelines is not the place to be here.
Considering the recent strong accumulation and the anticipated catalysts that the share price $AMBS should breakout very soon (this week?) to the .15 to .18 range.
Jason Napadano at Zacks currently has a buy rating and a .20 valuation on $AMBS. I think there's a very good possibility that with a LymPro partnership announcement and a strong media recognition of LymPro that a move above .50 is realistic.
It also seems to me that Gerald has been avoiding any reference or discussion of MANF as it relates to the field of diabetes. There has been speculation by others that Gerald is under an N.D.A. and can't comment about it. I wouldn't be surprised to see a development partnership for MANF in in the field of diabetes very soon. Novartis? Novo Nordisk?
In case you missed it here is a link to Gerald's presentation at the Marcum MicroCap Conference:

Interesting weeks, months, and years ahead for the shareholders. Not so much for the shorts and the naysayers. Check out the five year chart for Jazz Pharmaceuticals (JAZZ) to see what the five year chart of $AMBS could look like in 2019.

"The Demon The Gold Bears Are Mistakenly Overlooking"

Don't discount the possibility of an "armed conflict" breaking out between Vietnam and China over oil rights in the South China Sea.
Gold traders are looking for any excuse to take gold back above $1,400.
Don't be on the sidelines when it happens.
"NUGT" could be back above $40.00 in a day.
IMHO.
Does the medical community and "big pharma" want a cure for diabetes? Diabetes is a trillion dollar industry.
Remember years ago the rumors that the auto industry could build a car that could achieve 150 m.p.g. but that the oil companies had conspired to keep it off the market.
Would "big pharma" acquire MANF with the same intentions? It may be more financially rewarding to delay MANF's ability to treat or cure numerous diseases.
How much might they pay to acquire MANF today?
How much for LymPro?
I don't think Gerald would sell the company for less than $400M currently.
Just a few thoughts on a Saturday morning.

Napadano says it's worth .20 currently. I think he'll revise that number substantially higher within six weeks.

This may give some idea as to what $AMBS could command in a partnership deal for LymPro or for one of the orphan indications for MANF.

I know a number of billionaires. Unfortunately they don't know me.
I think the share price hits the .12-.13 range next week.
Have a great weekend!!!
Twitter: @AmarantusBio .... 9,975 followers.
I suggest you come back in ten weeks. It should be in the .25-.30 range by then. Possibly as high as .50 if the news media releases several articles about LymPro and its ability to detect early stage Alzheimer's.
A spike to .50 or higher is possible. One never knows what can happen with a "penny stock" that has tremendous upside once momentum hits the share price.

It's difficult not to be excited about LymPro and the potential that it offers. Imagine the revenue that LymPro could generate on a world wide basis to fund Amarantus' other pipeline products.
The "next Amgen in its infancy" may be more appropriate than we can ever imagine.

ChinaBio Global Partnering Forum

Gerald tweeted that the company had sent its "business development" team to China Bio. It's interesting to note the major drug company's that were there. It's also interesting that Gerald hasn't made any reference to the conference other than the one "tweet".
Was the future partner for LymPro for the Chinese market at the show?
Interesting weeks and months ahead.
With LymPro as the "Gold Standard" for diagnosing early stage Alzheimer's it could become a part of every individual's healthcare regimen just as having a colonoscopy is currently.
At $1,250/test it's easy to project a revenue stream over the next five years and one can only imagine the revenue that could be generated on a world wide basis.
Interesting weeks and months ahead.

I listened to the presentation a second time and actually think it was a good presentation especially for someone new to the company.
Also there were a few comments that provided a bit of new information for the "old timers" to speculate about.
I think every conference brings new shareholders to the company and pulls shares out of the float as most of the new buyers are looking at AMBS as a long term hold.
.25 on August 1 seems reasonable.
Twitter: @AmarantusBio .... 9,973 followers.
p.s. Is anyone going to try to meet with Gerald next week in Los Angeles?
Today's comment regarding launching LymPro in 2H/2014:
"Identified reimbursement strategy with Boston Healthcare...."
http://bostonhealthcare.com/our-expertise/
p.s. I would expect that the LymPro revenue projections will come from Boston Healthcare. That's one of their areas of expertise.
It seemed to me that Gerald was somewhat going through the motions of making the presentation today. It was as though what he was stating was somewhat irrelevant to the "big picture" or what is already "in the works".
Reminded me of myself on the last hour of the last day of a three day trade show when I've already locked up three major new accounts and all I want to do is go home but I still have to make the same sales pitch to the last visitor to the booth.
I think even Gerald is getting a bit impatient with getting things moving.
Just an observation.

p.s. I still haven't found one stock trading for less than a dime that has the tremendous potential that Amarantus offers. Not one.
In regards to your comment, "I continue to recommend buying only at the 200 day MA or below", when will you realize that the 200 day MA or the 50 day MA is irrelevant with AMBS. The share price will be event driven over the next ninety days.
Please show me where the chart reflects an announcement of a LymPro partnership or a development partnership for MANF or substantial non-dilutive grant funding.
I enjoy reading your negative posts. They remind me of the old bucket brigades where buckets of water are passed from hand to hand with the last individual tossing a bucket of water on the equivalent of a six alarm blaze with no impact at all. The analogy is obvious.

Who sells a stock with momentum that's headed above .25 for .10?
Haven't you noticed the inability of the sellers to take the share price lower in the last five trading session?
The trend is your friend.
Imagine Gerald talking about LymPro & MANF on CNN, 60 Minutes, Squawk Box, and ringing the opening bell at the NASDAQ in November.
Optimistic but reasonable scenarios.

Last week below a dime.
If you don't think that the share price could hit .50 with a LymPro partnership and two or three well placed news items then you haven't followed many penny stocks. 99% of them didn't have anything close to the "legitimate" potential that Amarantus offers both short and long term.
Stay on the sidelines waiting for a pullback and you'll miss the opportunity to "buy at the bottom". 99% of the individuals that will own AMBS shares in two years still haven't heard of LymPro or MANF.
Interesting weeks ahead.
Twitter: @AmarantusBio .... 9,970 followers
At this point in time what is posted here has little impact on the share price.
I don't think the shorts or the flipper can depend on buying any substantial number of shares below .08 as there are numerous current "longs" waiting to add shares should it go below .08. Lots of competition there.
Obviously the next "expected" catalyst will be the LymPro data and a subsequent partnership announcement. It is often said in marketing to "sell the sizzle and not the steak". I'm expecting the share price to move to the .20-.25 range with a partnership in place however I think with the right media campaign to promote LymPro that the "hype" could take the share price much higher on a temporary basis. Anyone who has followed "penny stocks" knows that having a "hot item" to promote such as blood test to detect Alzheimer's could generate substantial attention to the stock and the share price could hit the .50 range. In any event the next six weeks will be very interesting as will the months to follow.
