Same thing with another link. The more they talk about PPHM the better

Nice step for whatever is worth...
<< in the previous three months. Investor-Edge has initiated coverage on the following equities: PDL BioPharma Inc. PDLI -0.36% , Cytokinetics Inc. CYTK -0.89% , Vical Inc. VICL -3.45% and Peregrine Pharmaceuticals Inc. PPHM +2.29% .>>
BIO, interesting observation... Too many things going on backstage that we are not aware of.
so that makes it a $1.83 - 1.9 range more or less right?
CP, first of all thx for your contributions... I think that a huge damage to PPHM is the fact that the 1mg dose is now out of the picture and Phase III (and therefore possible approval) can only be done with the 3mg dose. That means more BAVI (unecessarily?)which also means $$$.
Possible partnerships may have been hurt or at least delayed
AIMO
As a European citizen I agree with your thoughts. Though every single country should have to give their own approval, the fact that it has already been approved in one is almost a green light for the rest of them.
I have seen this to happen for other drugs. For instance, Vitaros (a non oncology drug - APRI) first approved in the Netherlands and a few months later the rest of the countries followed one by one. I guess the EU has a common set of rules to be fulfilled that once a country has made sure they are, there should be no reason another country finds they are not.
A different story is with Switzerland that does not belong to the EU and that is very particular with their own procedures. Nevertheless population wise it would not make much of a difference
Thx Year for your reply. Sorry to reply a bit late. Cheers
DG, are you sure post #14970 is the one you meant?
CP, you mean they are saying it is completed? If so, I dont agree on that one. Look at the Liver Trial would you say is completed too?
thx year.. I also live abroad (Spain) and had some issues in the past with customs Actually the shipment was not allowed... they said Abloc is not approved in Europe yet... Do you have any comment on that? TIA
I am gonna be travelling those days... No chance for the webinar for me, but I would certainly love to listen to Dr. B's presentation... I have listened several times to the one given by Dr. Thorpe's last year... It was fantastic. Best info to help you in your own DD
I would really appreciate whichever info you can provide
TIA
Well said Bidrite EOM
I wonder if we will be get to listen Dr. Brecken's speech in the same way we could last time Dr. Thorpe spoke there, at the NYAS. For me it was a very enlightening opportunity. I wouldnt like to miss it this time.
Last time I took a look at the NYAS website there was a webinar registration. I just dont know if later on general public will be able to listen to his address.
I am trying to listen to the CC... I got the link
http://www.investorcalendar.com/conferences/event.asp?ID=172464
but I cant get it to work. I have tried Google Chrome and I. Explorer
Can someone help?
TIA
Entertaining?... I dont know about that. Attending those conferences will be some of those companies he mercilessly tears them apart...
I wonder how happy they will be about his presence.
Will he have a body guard? LOL
Golfho. thx for postimg.EOM
Sorry, I don get it... Does it REALLY matter which color it is?
LOL... I enjoyed your post... a very good research work... though life is always full of coincidences... but this time? I doubt it
Nice PR... <<Peregrine, presented data from studies conducted by Duke University and Peregrine researchers that further characterizes the mechanism by which the PS-binding antibody PGN632 inhibits the HIV infection of cells. >>
Sorry for the crane guy... but as far as our (including his) investment is concerned what matters is that BAVI works with patients, mice... for M-1, for M-2... Everybody here needs patience and Board needs to focus on bussiness partnerships etc
Thx m-man.... your opinion is greatly appreciated EOM
I remember in a past C.C. Garnick was not either in the office or so it seemed. Actually they also had some kind of trouble with the telephone connection. My guess is he works as a sort of free lance. He may not need to go to the office on a daily basis. Maybe
I forgot the "cherry picking data" to the list... LOL ... amazing some people still have the guts to say anything on this board
It may be because they have another PR before CC And they wanted to give some relevance (space) to each one?
EBS, this is not his/the first & only plaisanterie from that group of funny people (PPHM "admirers"). I remember a few ones:
- PPHM is a hoax
- BAVI is a placebo
- 2nd NLCS will never get statiscal significance
- 2nd NLCS will never be approved
- PIII will never recruit 600 patients...
what is next? Make your bets please...
IMO the main problem with the 1st NLCS was that the control arm they were working with was not as good as DOXETASOL and therefore why would you spend your limited resources in a COMBO that is not the optimal one...
NYAS. It was a great address by Dr. Thorpe’s last time he visited the NYAS. For me it was fascinating to hear the outstanding preclinical results from a promising drug (BAVI) fighting cancer.
I was surprised there was not a greater reaction from both the Market nor the Bio Cos. from his intervention… Anyway I am not expecting anything different this time but I am certainly looking forward to listening to Dr. Brekken.

Weird move: Nokia shifts to Android...
WTF!
http://www.standardmedia.co.ke/business/article/2000105529/nokia-shifts-to-android-for-its-smartphones
Good one DG !!! LOL Interesting how some people make an effort to only focus on negativity!!
No sorry, I didnt mean this time. I was referring to an older but recent presentation
CP, thx for your post and reasoning! What I dont understand is your statement "King was exhausted". I listened to him and all I can say is that SK sounds like SK... Monotone and boring .... yes! Maybe the environment did not demand any cheer leading
Anyway if he delivers where it matters I dont mind he is not the best speaker in the world.
BTW, I missed his chuckle when in the past he was asked about partners
THX for your post Golfho. Nice to see a well written post, based on data and not just gut feelings.
How is life with you DG? Hope doing great. I just read / watched a video about LibiGel, I found it very interesting.

In reality it is about M&A in general, but a lot of what is said can be applied to APRI and it gives you an idea of what FEMPROX might have to go through.
I actually have the feeling that they might have contacted APRI's management
The only new aspect I see is announcing the time of the event. Why do you think that is a positive significant point?
TIA
Actually is that German time? (CET)

Love your post. Well said! EOM
Who said that PPHM did something wrong? But there was certainly a fiasco... And the Quality Responsible of the Company is supposed to have a role to play in that sort of activities,... by supervising, by quality controlling, etc.
Or not?
At least, this is the way most of the companies I have worked for operate...
I do however agree with you on
Peregrine did a miracle salvaging the results.
Cheers!
He might not be the direct responsible of the Fargo fiasco... But, sabotage or not, the Quality process should have been supervised by him (his Department). Again, he might be innocent, but once Fargo happened his days in the Co. were numbered. If he had left the Co. back then it would have looked as if it was PPHM's fault, so maybe a compromise was reached to delay his departure.
IMHO
I guess everyone should be skeptical of any journalist as well... Can I remind you of AF, PC etc.? The good thing about people posting on this board is that over the years you get to have an idea of what posters are like... And it is rather easy to spot who is BSng by pumping or bashing. True colors tend to show
Is Enbrel good enough for placebos?
