It looks like Seeking Alpha is trying to hand us another opportunity to load up on the cheap again.
I'm beginning to wonder if they are truly short or if they are just trying to buy cheap themselves.
Cemtrex Pays its First Ever Cash Dividend on Common Stock
Like you said, Jack, you misunderstood.
How could anyone think that a 3.25 stock was going pay a one dollar dividend? Anyone who thought that must be easily mislead. Who can name any othe 3.25 stock that's paying any dividend? I dont see any red flags here. I only see green lights. Shorts beware. You're about to get something squeezed.
I'm happy with my holdings here.
Illuminating article, Ash!
The lack of transparency, the dilution, the trading, and the quality of discourse about RJDG has begun to make me feel uncomfortable.
.02 a share dividend! Pretty smart of management to reward shareholders in yet another manner. Good day for CETX!
In an alternate world, a company declaring a dividend is proof the company is a scam, but not here on Earth. CETX continues doing all the right things.
Right, 236, Vanguard' position is quite the validation. Glad to see you on board. I agree, we have a winner here.
Vanguard buying has got to be a goood thing. Go CETX!
We don't want to see Seoul destroyed. As Donald Trump said, who knew things could be so complicated.
It's back.
Someone had 25k shares for sale @.52, but it looks like they thought better of it and pulled the offer.
Seeking Alpha desperately trying to deflect attention from their own guilt in pumping stocks and also bashing stocks of admitted shorts, as in Ricardo Pearson's short attack on CETX.
$SINO broken 50 dma
SINO 3.04 +.27
You seem to have found CETX guilty based on biasedly worded charges when there are a couple of different court cases established to determine the actual facts. I'll await the courts' and the market's opinion on these matters.

(shareholder)
I have a very different opinion. I believe that CETX will be in a far rosier condition than Mr. Pearson and other shorts will be in when the dust finally settles.
Thanks for posting. Here's the very real lawsuit Cemtrex has filed against Ricardo Pearson.
Libel lawsuit CETX has filed against writer at the shady Seeking Alpha
Seeking Alpha, btw, is currently under great scrutiny by the SEC.
$HEB CEO just bought 200k shares @.50.
HEB insider purchase
What's the chart say?
HEB trading 4x daily avg volume
HEB pulling away.
CETX on sale this morning.
Oh, nowhere near. I sold all those shares in that crazy spike--when was it, late 2012 or early 2013 as I recall. Began a new position after it settled down. Now own about 50k with an avg in the low teens. (I've settled down too.) I'm nowhere close to selling, I'm planning on riding this through.
CETX absent from that list.
CETX up .18 today so far, almost 6%.
A lot of buyers in the high 3.20's, a lot of sellers in the low 3.30's. Looks like we'll be here for a while, but the news has only been out for a couple of hours.
But I like that 20k share bid at .47!
EDIT: It went away without being filled.
There's a pretty solid wall at .48. It will take a powerful catalyst to break .50.
I added this morning.
So maybe it will be General Dynamics who integrates MKRS into all of its mission systems.
Opened bigly. .45!
Calm down. Not over Syria. Russia gave Trump permission to do this to bolster his polls. It's in their best interest.
as the stock price of CETX drops to the below $1.00 level . .
.
Mark Twain once said that the truth is still putting its shoes on when a lie has already gone half way around the world, that's how the seeking alpha lies caused so much damage to cetx.
The SA article wasn't "nasty," it was libelous, and libel is against the law.
How could some schlub who writes for Seeking Alpha come up with anywhere near that type of dough? Just busting him's going have to be enough. CETX will just have to go on making money doing its business.
Actually, I doubt Ricardo Pearson has $170 mil, or anything near that, so CETX will have to satisfy itself knowing that his temporary manipulation of the price of the stock will bankrupt him.
Great buying opp, or maybe a good time to for shorts to cover before it moves higher. Conversely, it's just a 1% fluctuation. A normal move after its uptick last week.
I'll bet shorts are getting pretty worried.
The future of CETX is looking great.
