The problem is if the GSA is deemed Fair and Reasonable the releases would be enforced and we would get the shaft and so far without us knowing what SG has or doesn't have it's a crap shoot. And we are all guessing (most of us)lol . BK laws and procedure are not out to protect shareholders ie. K-Mart. But if deals can be proven to be constructed in bad faith or colusion or IT that may change the outcome IMO
