Note #3 was also on the last quarter statement, it's not a good thing but I think it will be worked out.
Do what you must, but in pennyland a revenue stream is a big deal. The burn rate went down as well and the coverable debt has been reduced as well. It seems like $19K isn't a lot of cash but it's going to pay the bills. I also expect Amazon sales to continue at the current rate. Checkout CameCamelCamel which tracks the vendor sales rate position in Amazon and VitaStem has maintained a position in the top 40,000.
Revenues! $19,000 is a great start.
Thanks' for posting.
Actually one thing the doc has said has come true; the doc said he was going to bring the product to market and this he did. Another thing which he claimed has come true was the Elixr Cannabis deal came true.
It seems to me that there is way to much over dramatization going on here, a whole lot of noise with little substance.
Do you have a phone? Step up to the plate and give them a call and let us know what they say.
They look good, but they maybe growing too fast to handle the client load therefore they are prioritizing their clients as they work through the backlog. If this is truly the issue, then Otiko is correct in hiring a new accountant.
Personally, I still have faith in this product and a little less in the doc's ability to manage the company to the next level. When the fins are finally published we/I will have to reevaluate investing in VDRM. If they are good, I'm staying in and riding it out.
Investing in OTC stocks can have a great return but most fail; therefore it is important buy on the dips and sell into the rallies to make a profit.
In my opinion, VDRM is not dead yet. I project that the company will be successful once they workout the creditability issues and land just one of these deals they boast about.
Good luck!

What's your point, most people stay with a job for more then a year.
There's an old saying I suggest you yield too... “It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.”
This is the accountant's information listed in the last earning report. Apparently they receive shares for their services. https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/194329/content

Dr. Otiko is not the only person working at Viaderma...
ViaDerma hired Ivan Klarich as a marketing professional and he maybe the person replying to the emails. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VDRM/news/ViaDerma-Inc-Hires-Product-Rollout-Expert-to-Manage-Quality-Control-Labeling-Marketing-and-Distribution-of-its-Go-to-Mar?id=152932
Garrett Adams is listed as manager of Viaderma Distributing Inc.
Shaowen Zhang is listed as the current Manager of Production at ViaDerma, Inc.https://relationshipscience.com/connections/shaowen-zhang-37908700
I'd say Picasso bought 20K shares at the close to paint the tape.
Where's the BEEF Doc?
The natives are getting restless.
If they are holding up the fins for a couple of deals to come though, they must be extremely confident that the “Deals” are a game changer.
They have already put their reputation on the line along with a lot of share value including what they themselves hold. I don’t think Otiko draws a salary from Viaderma, just shares and he also has a 20% stake in BiogenX.
Think about that, that’s a lot of value at risk.

Spoke to IR. They said the Quarterly should be filed by end of the week.
The Bears are hibernating with their bellies full of VDRM shares while we all wait for the financials and possible VitaStem distribution deals.
No news yet, just chatter.
J&J would benefit the most with VitaStem applied to their bandages.
PPS going to explode any minute now!
So...what's your point?
Amazon sells through a third party which is BiogenX the distributor for ViaDerma. BiogenX was the reason for the delay last quarter as well.
Although I'm maintaining a long position in VDRM, missing the deadline to file financials after an extended date is not very professional to say the least. It's not like it just snuck up on management. With that said, this sort of thing is common for pink companies.
Disappointed but hopeful the management comes through.
I picked up another 300k shares at the close, does that answer your question?
The short answer is Yes.
With the earnings coming out tomorrow I believe we will see for the first time if VitaStem is a viable product. I also believe that the new advertising Champaign is beginning to get the word out to the masses, so yes, I am excited to see what's in store for VDRM.
Also, there is a good chance CEO Otiko will update us on all of the recent news, Nigeria, Elexr-Cannabis, South American distributor agreement, Japan distribution agreements and so much more.
I think that if just one, maybe two of these items gets signed, the price per share is going to move fast and the flippers won't be able to hold her down, they'll be like sandbags dropping from a hot air balloon.
Good luck, Go ViaDerma!
$.0045's Get-em while they last!
Anyone out there know the unit price on the TS-4530A Mode 5 test sets?
I have high confidence the revenues will reflect the increase of VitaStem sales through Amazon.
...and thanks for the 500k shares @ $.004, I never expected the share price would dip so low. Always a dip before the rise.
Now to take-out the clown with 2.4M shares @ .0045
This is not the direction the PPS should be going with earnings out on Monday.
Just look at the progress of this company, and the future is looking very promising.
The CEO states on July 16, 2018 "The Company projects that revenues and profitability will start to improve starting in the second half of this fiscal year with much stronger growth expected starting next calendar year as we get closer to the January 1, 2020 deadline for Mode 5 implementation. We expect the international Mode 5 business to remain strong for a number of years.”
TIK is not a "Flip" trade, defiantly a "Buy and hold" investment.
I hear what you're saying, but I think there's something going on here under the radar and we just happened to stumble on it.

MSTG last recorded CEO before the company went dark is Robert Faber as of January 2014. Mr. Faber was also working as the CEO of LODE , a mining company. This leads me to believe LODE is operating MSTG.
Honduras mining...Strong Rise in Mineral Exports

Between January and April of 2018, the Honduran mining sector generated $88 million in sales abroad, 60% more than was reported in the first four months of last year.
The Central Bank of Honduras (BCH) reported that between the first four months of 2017 and the same period in 2018, sales in the mining sector abroad grew from $55 million to $88 million.

I’m sure everything that needs to be said will come out on Monday the 20th along with the financials.
From a "Technical Trading" point of view... All this action on the stock will draw a lot of attention overnight. Should see an early morning bounce from the gamblers.
Who knows, maybe the company's management will PR overnight what the heck is going on here.
Does anyone have any information on this company? Nothing new popping up on the search.
The waiting game sucks!
