We know news is coming, it's just that right now would be a great time to release it. You can only string people along so long.

Who knows, maybe at the last minute an i wasn't dotted or a t wasn't crossed. Better to get it exactly right than to discover later something wrong or missing.

I agree, but don't you think Mark knows when you promise news and don't deliver people will, either rightly, or wrongly, "read between the lines?" It's just human nature. You're right, news needs to be released, but if we do dip some more, I plan on picking up more shares.

Yeah, it will be interesting to read the posts from some of the others when they see the news.

It would make no sense whatsoever to put out any kind of news about Conseco, or any other place he knew he could never use. That would bum out all shareholders if they thought he was trying to jerk everyone around like that. There must be something to it, imo.

This could be the one we've been "holding our breath" for.

I think the thesalmonshop is correct. The tweet came out about "big news later in the week", and then the PR came out the NEXT day. This included about the Literary Option Agreement being signed. That WAS the big news. The next tweet (the next day), just said "...will be announcing very shortly..."

I do think they'll be news next week for sure, probably Tuesday.

The tweet that came later said:

$MIKP option signed, sealed & delivered! Payment overnighted to manager today- will be announcing very shortly....hold your breath :)

Well, shoot! Been gone all morning; thought for sure news would have been out for now.

I've wondered too if the financing for the movies may be coming from private investors.

In regards to that: I guess news before a long weekend could be beneficial, unless people are off doing holiday activities and don't see the news.
