Good volume day 50,000. Just the beginning. HMPQ has a lot of coals on the fire. Expect major news coming here with Hemp energy drink and edibles, as well as new partnership deals.
No news is bad news
Yeah, you would think others would be happy for us. They have nothing at stake. I think the latest news is GREAT! Maybe it's just the times we live in.
http://house.ethersense.com/~smoky/
Of course we noticed it's not trading now. Who would want to be on the grey sheets, when there are better alternatives? If it's dead money to you, than there's nothing to be concerned about. But for shareholders that know better, they can contact the company from their website-click on "shareholders" and go from there. There won't be much more to say, and it will take a little time. But till then, I'll pop by your board periodically to remind SMKY shareholders, to visit the website. Thanks for your assistance. Hopefully we got the word out to a few people, so they know.
http://house.ethersense.com/~smoky/
Not at all. The stock isn't trading on the grey sheets, and you won't ever see it there. Otherwise I would buy all there is available from the money I made trading it already. But If you like, you can post the price quotes from the grey sheets if it makes you happy. I guess it's easy to understand why the company would want shareholders to contact them, using the company website, and keeping the information privileged. Too many false rumors, and innuendoes I believe, from poor traders, could be their reasoning. But that's just my opinion.
http://house.ethersense.com/~smoky/
SMKY is not being promoted by anybody. Show some proof if it is. I'm just letting shareholders know that they should go to the company website, and click on "SHAREHOLDERS", and follow the prompts. There is no charge, nor additional investment asked or required. This message is strictly a free public service announcement on my behalf to bring this awareness to other shareholders, and investors. That this is necessary, I gather, is because the company investors wish to keep the current information, and new developments private, and free from false innuendoes, and rumors. I'm guessing they believe they have enemies, and competitors, that will stoop to anything to try and hinder the company. Can't say I blame them too much either from experience.
There are very good reasons for all shareholders to contact the company, the main one being because the company would like them to be informed about the present, and because they are invested. Right now it's not anything non-shareholders need to concern themselves with, since the stock is currently delisted. However I can assure you that if there was an opportunity, I would not sell my stock at the last closing price. HA!
http://house.ethersense.com/~smoky/
You bet my friend. Just make sure you keep this new info privileged for shareholders only, as it's intended. See you soon!
http://house.ethersense.com/~smoky/
Call it what you like. But if you own shares, go to the website, click on shareholders and you can be an insider too.
http://house.ethersense.com/~smoky/
It only matters for those whom have ownership in the company. They can go to the Smoky Market website, and click on shareholders. We won't share the news with you anyhow..LOL

I'm not interested to be any go-between. If you think you have good ideas, then carry them out yourself.
Since the stock is no longer trading, my only interest at this time is to offer free advocacy.
If you owned shares in SMKY, when it was delisted, then you may go to the company's website, and click on "shareholders". Follow the prompts, and go from there. Have a nice day.

SMKY was required to file. Other OTCs don't have to file. So there is actually a lower tier of OTC stocks.
Just in case you own shares in SMKY cyberbullymouse, go to the company website; click on shareholders, and follow the prompts. No additional investment required, nothing to lose, and everything to gain.

Nope. Not a scam, and never was. There is no additional investment. This is strictly to keep shareholders of SMKY informed of developments, while the company is private; and to register your stock for when the company becomes public again.
Everybody will maintain their same position of equity ownership in the company. This has been a free public service announcement on behalf of one shareholder to all others that read this board. Click on "shareholders" and follow the prompts
http://house.ethersense.com/~smoky/
Not at all. If you are a shareholder in SMKY you are still invested in the company; then all you have to do is go to the company website, I've provided on the bottom and register the amount of stock you own in the company. Once it has been verified, you'll find out the rest. Nothing to lose at this point. Everything to gain. This has been another free public service announcement on behalf of one shareholder to the others.
Like I've always said, the company did not wish to dilute from the 200 million shares, or they could have raised money to stay current.

Those Seeking Alpha hit job pieces were all garbage. Not an ounce of truth in them. The only thing they were correct about was the share price, because they knew Windstream needed a lot of cash to implement their business plan. Seeking Alpha only cares to pad their own pocket. They know they have the ability to make a stock lose momentum by doing hit pieces on them. Then after they buy cheap, or cover, they get another writer to sing praises on the same company. Windstream is still a very viable company. But they did need to raise a lot of money. Price of oil must have something to do with it, in regards to domestic business. But not overseas. Opening the factory in India is a major milestone, for the business plan. Convertible debt is the curse of the industry. Things will turn around here eventually, I believe. Feel free to email me.
Regarding the recent filing on executive compensation. Those figures were based on stock options at .15/share and all executive compensation is deferred. Dan Bates has deferred all of his salary, and compensation since the creation of Windstream Technolgies. Anybody may email me at write2fight@gmail.com
Same float 11 million. Good buying ops before October financials.
If they stopped diluting, and started announcing good revenues, and all kinds of neat stuff, then these .01 stocks would be such a grand bargain. We're just broken down players here, that's all.
Someone had to pay the huge bonuses, and salaries.
Pho To Go ..wonder how this concept would play in Poughkeepsie?
1 million shares purchased takes out the 6s. I'd pay more than a penny for this buyer's thoughts.
I thought certainly WE should get some kind of reprieve by now, but it hasn't happened. What's to be when all of the 240 million O/S find ownership is the next $64k question for me. I'm so sorry for the rough time people here, and all shareholders have experienced. As usual the true investors, the folks that have the most faith, and stake, and whom care about a company get hurt the worst. The players may find the short term deviation to their advantage. I wish I could see that this is where we should buy more, and then see the stock double, but the company seems hesitant or unable, to produce value to the market now.
I wish for you personally, some better breaks ahead to help overcome this travesty. take care.
doesn't baffle me. But the lack of volume does.
What's this great news Jeffrey has in store for the shareholders?
He says even at .04 this stock is way undervalued, so it would be nice to see even 10% of that.
I had just moved from West Rogers Park to Southern Illinois when WSTI collapsed. Put a bit of a hole in the budget. But I'm still a Chicagoan at heart. Bring some Italian beefs, and Lou Malnatti's deep dish on the way down for me, and I'll keep plenty of RollAids on hand to serve with your Windstream factory report.
Every day trading WSTI is Black Monday. Or terrible Tuesday, weeping Wednesday, thrashing Thursday, or frightful Friday.
This company was put together with no personal risk to it's management based on performance, nor to it's key investors. It's operations only run based on the company receiving millions$$ in guaranteed loans and State and national subsidies which are now depleting, without being replaced with growing revenues.. They cannot grow organically, because this whole operation has been dependent on the use of smoke and mirrors to fuel outside investment, which has been increasing used solely to attempt to cover the accelerated increasing fixed costs.
The company is doing what it can to negate this effect by pulling out of it's commitments, and closing the US plant, in an attempt to switch to more international funding, however what you witness now is it's initial corporate investors using opt outs in their long term deals, to recompensate themselves for the lack of return they see on their corporate paper-and they are racing against the clock with Bates to see whom can extract the most revenue for themselves from the remaining pool of dollars still being thrown into this vaccuumous sieve, before the inevitable BK, or SEC shutdown.
I posted this or added it to the IBOX. If Morningstar printed that , it was something they directly lifted from IHUB that I had posted after the news you released informing us about current executive compensation.
I am me and you are you and we are we and we all live together. See how they run like pigs in the sun, see how they run. I'm crying.

That was then, this is now. Since then there are $$$ millions of new reasons, and phony shareholder letters to boot, that deflect Bate's true purpose the company was raising money directly and defrauding investors as the purpose why. The plant in Indiana is idle most of the time, except when investors come to visit.
You've only seen the tip of the iceberg.
Time to call the police. Dan Bates has been using investors as a personal ATM machine, and is dumping stock to go directly into his bank account! He's also defrauded the US and Indiana taxpayer in his grand scheme. Won't be long before the plant in Indiana closes, as he tries to off-shore all his personal ill-gotten gains sold under the most auspicious of circumstances!
How much more proof do you guys need? By the time anyone acts, he'll be long gone...sipping Mai Tais on a slow boat to China.
I wonder if a whistleblower would be eligible to recoup some of their own embezzled losses, if they get this crook sent to the hoosegow where he belongs?
Mike Porter was hired for diversion purposes no doubt..well you're out of hope. Any future pump you know is just another short term scam.
Now that the market is aware that Bates embezzled millions $$$ from Windstream investors, it's pretty obvious that the company's costs are far greater than the revenue it's taking in, and that the dilution was strictly used for padding Bates & his fellow perps pockets. I'm surprised nobody has contacted a security atty. yet, because there is no chance for recovery. Now you know why Bates was stringing you along, and not releasing sales figures after the company manipulated the market in April with an incomplete revenue story. They will always want you to believe they have a coal in the fire, because they want you to cling on to hope rather than call the POLICE and have them BUSTED!!!
C'mon---1.8 million in revenues yet $3.5 million in bonuses!!!
That smug little crook has been playing everybody like a fiddle. The Justice Dept. and States ATTY. should be contacted immediately because there is tax monies also involved and Dan Bates has obviously defrauded and embezzled the public!!!
And the Mayor of North Vernon and his son obviously have dirty hands in this as well. Make' em do the PERP walk!
dream on. it will be fine.
Bates & Campbell's compensation, and executive payroll increased by over 1200% this year to over $4.6 million !!
Stock price decreases 15,000 %
This despite the company telling investors they needed to raise cash, just to stay afloat, and fulfill existing purchase orders.
Obvious misuse of the public trust, and possible major embezzlement! Dan Bates should be sued by shareholders.
