Not at all. If you are a shareholder in SMKY you are still invested in the company; then all you have to do is go to the company website, I've provided on the bottom and register the amount of stock you own in the company. Once it has been verified, you'll find out the rest. Nothing to lose at this point. Everything to gain. This has been another free public service announcement on behalf of one shareholder to the others.
Like I've always said, the company did not wish to dilute from the 200 million shares, or they could have raised money to stay current.
