Thanks Dave for keeping us up on L2's, especially for cheap people like myself. ;)
Anyone know what the L2's are at now that we have closed...I see the next bid sitting at .0041...
NICE! Thank you.
Then what are the Level 2's Dave?
Pay the piper than and poney up because nobody is going to be selling them for less than .0037c today or this week for that matter...
About time this takes off...
I don't think it was a very fair assessment to say all the COOL games are lame. There are some nice titles, they have consistent product in the channel and have built a good reputation. I don't want this to be another COOL war vs. SDVI...
It would be my hope that someday SDVI would be trading at COOL's price, heck...I would settle for 1/10th of their price (i.e. .13-16c) per share.
Do not have OUS???
What does OUS mean? Please explain what you mean by the "numbers are not rught"...
Basically click on each title in that prior link and on the right hand side it will give you a break down by week how many SELLS there were.
CORE seems like it is picking up in sales and it stays out there...but I sure hope some of the other titles can hit that 50k+ plus mark.

There is no reason that if SDVI posts gross revenue of 1/10th that of COOL (see finance.yahoo.com/q/cf?s=COOL&annual) and they uplist there is no reason that after the 1st quarter or 2010 that they cannot be at .10-.15c a share.
IMO.

So if I buy today with Scottrade, yet the split doesn't happen until Friday close so I not get the free shares because of the 3-day settlement date with most brokerage firms?
I assume the day I buy is the day I own, and the settlement stuff is all just background fluff that doesn't impact me from qualifying for the 3:2 F/S.
Thoughts...
Also in that document, why does it list only 402 people as recipients towards the bottom??? -

How do these numbers compare to a company like Majesco (COOL) just for curiosities sake? I am curious how many share holders there are and the number of outstanding shares...just to get an idea of where SDVI may be in relation to a more established gaming company like COOL.

You mean the market makers from Knight Trading Group Inc. (NITE)??? Is this what/who NITE is???
Who or what is this thing/person called "NITE"? Thanks.
I have Scottrade also and have the same issue.
I am really interested in a brief description of how you arrive at this conclusion. Do you have any other supporting evidence from other 'penny' stocks that have had this happen in the past where trading restrictions have caused the price to "POP"?
Do tell...
Please elaborate on "sure sign, ready to pop, scottrade has buying restrictions".
I really wanna hear how you come to this conclusion...
For 2009, the Company estimates a gross profit between $1,244,145 - $3,028,155 with an EBITDA between $764,145 - $2,548,155. In estimating the revenues for 2009, the SDVI management gave a range with the low end being the very conservative estimates and the high end being an average sales of similar games.

Looks nice, based on post #3683, up to August 8th sales and pre-order SDVI has already brought in $1.25mil in sales -
Black Sigil: Blade of the Exiled up to week 9: 36928
C.O.R.E. pre launch order (unit sell up to Aug 8th ): 3448
Air Conflicts: Aces of World War II up to week 21: 11610
Canadian sell #s are yet to come.
I think it's been close to 2+ years for me now. I bought in around January 2008 around .06-.07c a share and have averaged down since then. I do, however, feel confident we will get back up to that point eventually and go beyond, perhaps...even by later this year.
I do not, however, buy the hype about hitting a $1.00+/share by end of year, especially, when a company like MWY (Midway) that has alot of history behind it and MANY title hits is sitting today in bankruptcy from a historical high of around $25.00/share on 11/1999 and has had MANY quality titles beyond what SDVI has.
My Sentiment : Buy

Ahhhhh, picked up another couple hundred thousand... :)
If both Black Sigil and CORE sell really well, we could be back to .05c-.10c levels after quarterly results/earnings are out. That would be fantastic, and then an uplist would help out that much more.
A couple of games like the above could make a dramatic difference.
GLTA.
Thanks jralkema626 I appreciate the comments.
My comments were in regards to 2 different things.
My question was this: Q: Is it not true that the only way to improve shareholder value and allow the share price to move more easily is for the OS to go down considerably?
My next comment/question was somewhat related to the first, and more of a "what if". Q: If the stock doesn't move in price much from where it is at in order for it to be competitive again price wise...would a RS not be out of the question in order to reign in more shares and to allow the stock to move more easily?
My final thought was that if a RS did happen it would hurt the stock considerably. I sincerely hope that doesn't happen, because it will cripple my investment as it would many others who have been in this for alot longer than others.
Those were my thoughts, comments, my apologies for not being more clear.
No, I am concerned about the OS being at 750,000,000 if that's the true number. Aren't you?
I bought in around .07c and have averaged down since then, so I have been in this for quite a while thank you very litte. I am just concerned when I see the OS that high. I rarely post and have followed this and the google threads pretty close and don't say much.
I am a quiet observer and investor for the most part and have the right to post an opinion or observation without people like racerdave saying I am bashing.
If this is not a RS candidate, than how in the heck is the OS going to go down from almost 1 Billion??? In an effort to improve shareholder value, SDVI is going to have to retire a BOATLOAD of shares again. Remember when they retired 270 million common shares in August of 2008??? was it, leaving around 60 million.
The only way to improve shareholder value and allow the share price to move more easily is for the OS to go down considerably also.
If a RS does happen it will cripple the stock.
I am just looking for opinions, I am not bashing...just another person who has money invested in SDVI.
OS of 750,000,000 is TOO much for a company of this size. There has been too much dilution IMO, I would not be surprised if there was a reverse split to get the OS back down again...or Ken would have to do a major buyback.
That is my biggest fear with this company right now, and the amount just seems completely out of line along with all the people thinking they may get rich off this stock.
It just smells like a reverse split in the shadows waiting...IMO
Any other thoughts from you guys????
Yes, profit is good. I was just expecting MORE in the outlook. Of course things could change so my concerns may be premature.
This is good news? I missed something because the expectation I believe was that 2009 was going to be a breakout sort of year.
Could they even qualify or afford to uplist with those estimates?
Correction...
The last I heard on the GOOGLE message boards was that Graffiti Entertainment was NOT going to be a distributor of Capoeira. Graffiti has it listed on their website still, BUT if you look on twelvegames.com they no longer have Graffiti listed under their PARTNERS -> PUBLISHERS & PARTNERS.
So what is the DEAL???
