Thank you for your e-mail.

Scottrade has been notified by DTCC (Depositary Trust and Clearing Corporation) that this particular stock is not eligible for settlement. Scottrade has chosen not to offer any new positions in this security until this ineligibility has been lifted. There is no timeline for this process, nor have we been notified of any particular reason for this restriction. Therefore, you will not be able to purchase this stock on-line, through the touchtone system, or through a broker at this time.

Scottrade cannot allow the firm or our customers to face the risk of any "Fail to Deliver" positions that may be the result of allowing trading in a security that is not eligible for settlement. You are welcome to contact the company's investor relations department for further information.
