FDMF 2009....
Still wanting on financials...that should drop their "CAVEAT EMPTOR" status to yields sign....
Most pinksheets company don't seem to get it...They need to be reporting w/quarterly financials report to keep the share price above a penny.......
FDMF.......News coming soon
"""we treated down hole with our proprietary technology KC-9000. After which, the company was hired to treat two 3,000 foot wells in the Lindsborg, Kansas area that were experiencing a high degree of paraffin problems. It will be a few weeks before the results of the treatment are known, but I am confident the technology will work as it has in the past. Paraffin is like melted butter to the technology."""
Kistler continued, "As mentioned in the last press release we conducted a field test in Deerfield, Missouri that showed an increase of over 360% in oil production of the wells we treated down hole with our proprietary technology KC-9000. After which, the company was hired to treat two 3,000 foot wells in the Lindsborg, Kansas area that were experiencing a high degree of paraffin problems. It will be a few weeks before the results of the treatment are known, but I am confident the technology will work as it has in the past. Paraffin is like melted butter to the technology.
"In addition, the company responded just last week to an emergency request to treat two tank batteries with over 200 barrels of oil that had become contaminated with base sediments and water (BS&W) due to an accidental spill over from the gun barrel making the oil unable to be sold.
"I am happy to report that Freedom responded and on Monday morning the oil tanker pulled up and the oil was sold. This was done in extremely cold weather where the oil temperature in the tank was about 30 degrees. Not only did the KC-9000 clean up the BS&W, but it was done without the benefit of heat.
"We continue to make alliances in the industry and each day brings new and exciting developments. It is nice to get the phone calls inquiring about the technology. Amazingly, we have received inquiry from several companies throughout the United States as well as the Middle East. These truly are exciting times for our company and shareholders," concluded Kistler.
No news yet on NWTT acquisitions for MCHU.PK.......
Been a lon time since a post...MCHU is being upgraded by NWTT with two acqusitions....
Need news....update
Thats too bad the deal didn't go through...Every business runs different...
I'm assuming MODC new subsidiary avatrontechnology.com financials are going to show up in 4th quarter report.... Says potential earnings of 10% of gross.
I'm leaning more towards their hydrogen fuel technology which should eat up some market share.....plus it retrofits to any engine...
Last ENCS (subsiduary of MODC) looks like they have potential in the cogeneration power supply market....
Financial report is coming.....MDOC new shareholder here. September 2008 report shows 28m in revenue w/no cost and a eps of $.25 cents.
That incredible.......
The good thing about this upward movement is.........there was no news. With sales or financing news coming in this should fly...
Bid .08 Ask .20, discount .75/.20 equals 375%. I'm targeting a multiple of at least 10...I'll never...few days later...BIG NEWS!
LLEG looking good......2009
May be they post some financials now.......

Through the Pr's Quantum made note of backing CWRN in mining projects, not just the Phillipine mines. CWRN still have others projects in Mexico, Indonesia, and Africa. Their Rio Fox project has material which could be processed to yield 60% Fe with the right equipment.
With 2008 iron spot price peaking at $196, seems Quantum wanted the big margin....
FDMF IBOX IS UP AND RUNNING......SUGGESTIONS PLEASE... ADD ONS FOR NEW MATERIAL, RESOURCE, NEWS, ETC...!!!
The only bad thing I see when public stocks delay news for over a year is:
- major shareholder selling
- shareholders capital being place into other stocks or financial product
NWGN made a long term agreement w/Appco Company owned by TTGL.
The ten year is to supply biofeuls to Appco. Currently we are all sitting the sidelines hoping NWGN is upgrading their biofuel terminals and gearing up their one of a kind gas ststions w/combo fast foods.....I'm going to sit this one out for the longest....
It would be nice to see management betting positively on their company success....That would be a good strategy....
Waiting on news from retail pharmacy chain in china deal and news on the acqusition of Microholding US, which they are trying to acuire businesses for this holding company.
Big plans which need lots of financing
Major shareholder update is hopefully coming...
This board needs a moderator bad.... No one is researching heavy oil products here...
Test results is coming soon before end of first quarter
March 27 is coming....
March 16th financial report are due....lookout
CWRN bid .02 and ask .04
My last post was given to let you know IHGP has a technical consultant background as far as managing supervisory system and networks...
From their recent news, the company is trying to present broadband services to residential market through an acquisition of an ISP. LETS KEEP OUR FINGERS CROSSED THAT THE DEAL GOES THROUGH.
New MODC shareholder here...bought some shares today at a good ask price
IHGP cancelled their contracts with their subsiduary UTSI International Corporation ("UTSI"). Now they core operator is Diverse Networks, Inc: http://www.diversenet.com
They really did't give shareholder a revised business plan except that company was thinking off acquiring a Wireless Water
System operator. Since then nothing been heard off. Also IHGP had a master contract deal with utility.net.
The utility.net Network Operations Center (NOC) is to be located in IHGR's highly secure
complex in Houston, Texas. This facility will be the primary operations hub for utility.net's
networks in the U.S. and the preferred provider worldwide.
utility.net is an information services integrator/operator and wholesale bandwidth provider to
investor-owned utilities. utility.net's overall end to end service is provided using a core
IP-based BPL distribution network. The BPL portion of the network is built as an overlay on
existing electrical distribution infrastructures. The company is in the midlevel stage of
deployment to provide broadband access to thousands of rural and suburban users using the
distribution networks of several of the nation's largest investor owned utilities (IOUs)
and has just recently announced the deployment of a commercial BPL network in cooperation
with Consumers Energy in central Michigan.
IHGR is a primary participant and a management service provider in the new and emerging
Infrastructure & Industrial Technology market and intends to provide the utility.net services
from one of the hardened Network Operations Centers (NOC) at its facility in Houston, Texas.
These facilities were originally built to manage and operate networks for Palm.net and OmniSky
and have more recently been used to provide services for other wireless and wire line network
providers.
"This new contract is merely the next phase in the development of the highly reliable network
service we have committed to our partners and customers," stated Daniel Crespo-Dubie, VP of
Network and Technology Operations for utility.net. He continued, "The vast experience of the
utility.net management team in developing and providing high reliability access service
offerings has taught us that the development of the proper systems and tools to effectively
manage the network is essential to high network reliability."
"We are excited to be able to provide our facilities and expertise to support utility.net in
their goal to be a leader in the broadband over power line market," stated Jim Nelson,
President of Interact Holdings Group. "The primary focus of our efforts is to provide the
services and expertise that will enable utility.net to offer the highest service levels in
the industry for this network."
Shareholders need an update on utility.net contract. This would had been the money ticket for IHGP....
