It be interesting to see if Rosen directly addresses why the underwriters need a class 19 claim.
thing is many here are skeptical as to whether we can trust Rosen after all that has transpired over the past decade..
most of the time he has given the impression he's anti equity..
Yea someone on the board communicated with Rosen and April 12th is the date that Rosen will supposedly respond to Alice's submission.
22th is the court date where we all hope some dirty laundry will be aired out..
exactly. and if they are BK / WMILT remote.. who's managing them?
hopefully they weren't handed off to hedgies who have been reaping the benefits behind the shroud..
yea if WMILT doesn't control them.. who does? and where's a tally of the money?
yea.. originally it was suppose to be the end of 2018 (with EC claims et. al wrapping up).. now some say end 2020?.. we're not even 1/2 way through 2019..
yea i'm sure bonderman doesn't want to wait much longer.. who knows what can happen at that age..
sure hope so .. hopefully in the next few months.. all the adversarial claims are done and court's been quiet.. time to wrap this up!
Exactly, we need some answers soon. Considering how much people like Jay Bray are getting paid.
i concur.. where (if they exist) are all the monies from the ABS-Certs from the last decade?..
So I guess we should expect to see something tomorrow morning!?
If so hopefully everything concludes next quarter..
Yea let's see if anything happens by Monday...
After today's 10k, seems a bit of a stretch that any payment will be coming soon
So another month from now. Continue to wait we shall then..
AZ.
Are you still expecting a distribution in the next couple of days? Thanks.
how long does MARTA have to refile?
OK. Well let's see if this first distribution materializes first and hopefully the process will unfold there on afterwards..
That's what I was just thinking.. if there are amounts coming back , everything should have been sorted and tallied over the past decade. Especially considering the whole process appears to have been rigged..
Az seems pretty sure this time.. fingers crossed.. but yea time will tell! soon hopefully!
Are the Original WMI associated ABS-Cert generated income returns the big style money that most of us legacy escrow holders have been waiting for all these years? If so, would this be just an one time pay out?
Yup.. and on and on..
When will this end!?
yup.. if indeed it is just the 1%. it shouldn't be a big deal to get any distributions moving..
i mean they've only had 7+ years to plan this out!
exactly.
or at least COOP should have to pay us (legacy wamu holders) for these assets
That would be hugely disappointing..
Although we got some wmih now turned coop, those shares have been so massively diluted due to conversion and reverse splits that coop would need to be a 4 figure stock for any fair and reasonable recovery to legacy holders..
Maybe bops objection is the boat rock needed..
Yup hopefully pushes Rosen et al to show hand..
Maybe not tomorrow... But some kind of tid bit of distribution in April would be nice..
Hopefully not a year and just a month or two.. or summer at the latest.. with all the adversarial cases closed.. there shouldn't be much in the way unless bopfans objection blows up into something big.
Can walrath make them do something?
They keep dragging things out. Almost a month since piers were paid without any real update on the remaining classes..
I see.. not the end of the world of that's the 'harm'
Just hope this doesn't give Rosen et al more excuses to drag things out longer and longer..
I'm sure this has been mentioned already, but in simple terms how are the potential recoveries for class 19 (specifically for us retail) if bopfan gets the underwriters getting out vs the status quo?
Maybe they can pay us..And deal with bops objection iN parallel?
But yea, hope this doesn't cost us another few months..
Yup. We need to see the endgame soon.. all the numbers proposed are great and all but kind of pointless to us legacy retail holders without a visible path forward.
yup. i concur. 7 years since releases were signed..assuming there are no more court issues.. it's time to pony up and pay our fair and reasonable.
Was it ever clear why the pages were redacted?
Almost 7 years since releases were signed and we were promised F&R...
Yep. No more court dates either. So what's going on now??
Wmilt could at least provide a brief update on the website ... I.e. what's up with the remaining classes and how the bk will wind down..
Yup ridiculous this is still dragging out. If all has been orchestrated as many have suggested, how they deal with each class should have been figured out already..
that's what i was thinking.. when are they going to close the bk.. when might they pay off the remaining classes..
confidently? F.. because it could be nothing..
reasonably? for fair & reasonable?. C.
i think the more important questions right now.. are if so? and when..
