Keep, Could you expound on that if you have a moment? CMF is not an indicator I'm used to watching, and I don't follow your conclusions when the cmf is more positive at a lower price. I'd like to learn about it..
TIA

jskibla, ice may never get a reply to his emails if they are harassing...but I have sent emails to find out info on some of these same points (changes of PR's, patent numbers, business relation to fed govt) and I have written in a perfectly cordial, business like manner.
And no response. Wouldn't you at least expect a email back saying "we prefer not to answer these questions at this time?" I can't understand it.
Brent, that's funny, but I don't think heenster has a direct line to JP. Neither do I. But you seem to. Could you please ask him some of the questions that IR won't respond to? 1) why the PR's on their website are different than the versions publicly released. 2) What are the patent numbers? (cyberkey's patents can not be found in a patent search). 3)Who is the third party cyberkey is doing business with the fed govt through? (since cyberkey doesn't show up in the govt purchasing databases).
Thank you Brent!

How about YOU email IR and see if you get an answer, because I haven't gotten one. And my emails are very nice and cordial believe me. I'm stunned at the lack of response. Ask them how and through whom they are doing business with the federal govt. Or why those PR's were changed. These are the questions they are refusing to answer.
No response to my two emails to investor@cyberkeysolutions.com either. Many have speculated that the wording change was simply because the DHS objected for one reason or another. But if that's the case, why not just reply to an investor's email question and say so? Or at least reply and say you're not going to answer the question.
Danno, did you ever get an answer from the company to the topic in your post #34770? thx
madmax, did you ever get a response to the email you sent concerning the PR wording changes(DHS to 'large govt agency')?
tdameritrade shows .023 x .025 but pinksheets has SBSH and NITE on the bid at .024 x .025?
in edit: now they all agree
uhh, BIG, all your posts to the ckys board are gone. LOL, and all you were doing was trying to get the T/A info back on the header. You basher you <grin>.
what issue?
Iceman, re: ckys, Glad I found your board because I now consider the main ckys board tragically mismanaged. A board that only allows positive spin is worse than no board at all. I think another item for your board header is why the PR's on the website have been altered compared to what was sent out originally. I have read numerous posts on the ckys board where people have claimed to have emailed the company about this as far back as two weeks ago and no responses have been posted yet. I have not received a reply from Jim Plant yet, and one of my own posts about this last night on the ckys board was removed by the mods. I know jking1999, Danno123 and Madmax have all posted that they also wrote the company and have not received replies. I find this odd for a company that invites inquiries, and I'm wondering if it's the tip of an iceberg that they would rather not discuss.

Heenster, I read your excellent post concerning the Cage number about cyberkey and I responded last night. Now your post and several of mine and a bunch of other posts have been deleted. None of them were bashing, simply raising a couple of interesting questions. But the moderators won't have anything they perceive as remotely negative appear on the ckys board. I have heard others complaining of this but I didn't realize how bad it was until my own innocuous messages were removed.
Does anyone have confirmation why this PR was changed?

It's not going down. Look at the 1 year chart. It's clearly going up and just had some consolidation in the last 30 days.
He dodged my tough question. Post #18478 on Nov 20.
And shareholder update tomorrow without fail.
Greenspirit, pls see the board header for the answer to your question 3. No, it's not 200 million shares.
anyone check out the corporate office with google earth yet? try it, lol.
Seabiscuit, the Dec4 PR says they are launching sites in other languages. That's what the registrations are for IMO.

Here's the original post:

which was 1 pm friday afternoon. I could imagine people at the company not knowing about this friday afternoon, as J. Plant was out of town. Later today I will call and see what they say.
Listen, I haven't sold a share and some guy talking smack who signs his posts like a dog isn't going to get me to sell. But your assertion that nothing changed in the last week except for the price is factually incorrect -- On Nov 8 they put out a PR inviting shareholders to send in questions (which I did) for the "Reach Out Program" to be made available on the corporate website, as well as other media sources by the first week of December 2006. It's now Dec 10 and like I said before, IR and the front desk in St George have no answers. It's a sloppy way to do business.
I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt also, although one more day would be more like it. Even if this post below is correct, at the very least they could let IR know the reason for the delay or let the front desk secretary know or put a quick note on the website. Anything else is inept.

Thanks. I just called BA, they were absolutely no help other than to say JP was still out of town but getting back today. So then I called the company, absolutely no help either. Extremely poor response IMO. If it was me, I would make a quick call to someone back at the office and get them to stick a one-line sentence in the website's IR section saying the shareholder update is slightly delayed but will be posted shortly.
Has anyone called the CO last night or this morning? I'm wondering what reason they are giving out for no shareholder update per the PR. TIA
agreed, I read this post by that guy
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=15372906
promptly put him on ignore too. He's an ideologue and an idiot.
LOL, that's not hearsay, that's just faulty reasoning.
if you need to sell them fast you're F.. anyway (ave daily vol = 20 M). we all are. Be interesting to order the certs to, say, 10 M and see if it had an effect on the pps
30 M shares...Have you considered asking for the certificates?
wow, I grew up going to the Gananoque river near Lost Bay. Landsdowne, Lyndhurst, seeley's bay. I take the kids back for 2 weeks every august..

And you just earned an ignore.
I agree, pathetic PR. For all the good stuff happening and smarts associated with J Plant, he apparently thinks puff PR's are better than no PR. Not true.
in edit: fully loaded for the long term.
here's why this poor stock is getting diluted down the drain:

Nice entry point on ckys. I will look into hmgp, but at the moment all my irons are in the fire so to speak..
what do you mean by 'second stage'?
Even with that PR this morning, SQUM languished today. Shows how pitiful their revenues are in comparison to the debt and market cap. ckys is much stronger financially (no debt and more than 10x the sales) even though the market caps are similar.
I saw that. If you go to the third or 4th one down on the patent/trademark site you will see that the trademarks are registered for different markets. Videx has rights to the use of 'cyberkey' in the lock business. Cyberkey solutions has the rights in the USB memory market.

Kelly, did you see my message #20635? I would pm you, but I know you can't do pm's with a free membership.
Thanks

hmm, I was going to argue that point but now I think you may be correct. At least the $10 million in sales resulting from the $2.5M PO may be in the ballpark, if they negotiated a very good deal with squm. Afterall this is not a low margin commodity product, but rather a cool cutting edge device that is likely to see high demand.
