Nice, more eyeballs. BCCI is building again.
One more who has made money. Keep watching.
Have your buys lined up. Even if its just womens intuition that gives her her record if the chick is buying I am paying attention.
Then get in on the novelty. I have brought my girlfriend and there was a lady in the car across from us. She liked it. The server basically ignored me and the two of them hit it off nicely. I almost felt like a third wheel. Not all men or all women would choose to come to a Baristas or a hooters but plenty of both do. And the biggest segment of coffee drinkers are men. You are obviously very conservative which is fine and serves you for you. Not everyone else is however.
Refurbed high end machines are between 2,500 and 5,000 max. These are machines that sell new for between 15k and 20k and they are all over due to an obvious supply of used equipment like all other restaurant and other stuff. Coffee cost 12 dollars a pound for adequate coffee if you come off of the street. Baristas has a very special relationship with its roaster and gets it at about cost and sells it to the franchisees for 7.25 per pound plus shipping. Cups cost .17 per cup including lids on average at the local Cash and Carry. Baristas again buys in bulk and sells to franchisees for about .09 per. I assume they are making a little on both. Rents run from 500 per month to 2,500. Power averages 300. Trash averages 275. Internet is about 75. Insurance about 125. wages run from about 1,500 per month to 4,500 per month per stand depending on the wage requirements of the state you are in. Cost of syrups, milk and other additives are about .15 a cup (according to a local supplier) Of course there are the normal taxes and such as with any other business.
There will not be any need to ride along as I suspect there will be quite the ride right here.
I like it! But who in deed could run such a novel idea? I am hearing back channel rumblings that this is about to start up again. No one I am hearing it from knows anything but I am encouraged.
I figure that if you are out of pocket 35k to 50k to open (not that you couldn't spend more if you wanted to)and if it took even two months to get cash flow positive then you would still have reserves if you had 75k. Then you could fund out of operations.
You are correct that you should have more than 25k but I have been looking into this. None of the Baristas to date have cost more than 50k to open and get profitable. I have determined that 75k is an adequate number that one should have or be able and willing to get if needed.
RLTR was never a scam. All of the CEOs with the exception of JG wanted to and tried to build the business. All with different aproaches and various levels of success but they all tried. As much as I critisize some of the CEOs for decisions they made they were not made for the purpose of scamming.
Great sign. If the activity keeps up then I will be a buyer. If an announcement comes out then I will go nuts.
Why did he leave? I do not see any announcement that he has left. Are we just going off of his social networking status? The Company would disclose a significant event such as the leaving or removal of its CEO. Did I just miss it?
YEs very good inteeview. I think we trend up once more.
Very good interview. The guy is definitely a pro.
Yes it is looking pretty real.
Probably so.
Yes that is an upgrade to the risk statements prior where it said that the company had not generated profits or positive cash flow sufficient to sustain operations. This is a definite upgrade. It is a risk statement to protect their but.
All indicators show that with a surge of buying it will break out big.
Ill do my part. This is fun.
That is what I suspected. I am pretty sure he did not put out false press. I think we will know more soon.
Fair statement. I hope he is.
Looking very strong.
Calips quote says it all.
It changed my whole life. Best investment I ever made.
BCCI did not pay for the reality series. it was paid for by producers. Calip specializes in Ice Cream so I assume it was probably because it was easiest for them to start with Ice Cream. Still distribution is everything. NY distribution opens all of the doors. Yes he has a track record of attracting top tier partners. That is a fact. Now lets hope they can build on this.
This is truly awesome! BCCI is the best investment I ever made and now it is even better.
Must have more employees than that to drive 150 trucks.
Seriuosly they are quiet, tnen start opening stores, then this! Seriously how the hell do these guys do it. This is so big I am going nuts.
Gee Ya think? NY would normally be a market one would get into only after proving the rest of the country. They are starting in NY! I suspect we will see other markets get announced as well. This is just the start. Just think of how incredibly huge this is. This is a game changer on its own but when you consider that impact it will have on launching other products under the Baristas brand it is mind boggling.
OMG this is huge and came out of nowhere. BCCI is getting their own Ice Cream and it is STARTING in NY and Manhattan? 4 flavors to start? Honestly this is unbelievable.
Hell Yes. BCCI is hot!
Yeah this one got fun real fast.
What happened over here?
Agreed this has been one that I have supported the structure in.
Very very nice.
Not likely as those guys are at the top of the food chain and would not need it.
I knew it we have a deal with the government for the fusion technology.
I think you are correct.
Yes this may just be the one. I will make sure i do well if it is and do all I can to keep doing well in the meantime.
