CTA751, I would like to help on the IBOX some and do some updates. I am a long investor here. Would like to help with the board. Let me know TIA. Jean
Looks like I was right back when I was here a few months ago, I knew something smelled when a friend of mine (FOX AFFILIATE) in Miami wanted to do an interview, Orlando was very nasty and abusive to the producer, Said it was a scam back then. I hate it for all those that wanted to fly on this Boat stuff but the only Boats Orlando ever built IMO were submarines! They took a dive to the bottom. GLTYA Jean
All these shares IMO are just creating a stronger vacuum at the bottom to pull this into the trips and could bring it all the way to .0001 pretty quick. Those who have called the TA will know that the share count and the trades show that the bottom free fall is due any day now! I state again that this is only a play for short time holds and there is nothing here for any LONG TERM "Investor". There are those that claim to be long and strong but as you seen today the weak strong was bailing, I will jump in at .0003 hope everyone trades wisely on this. It is an ASSET EMPTY SHELL. I would welcome anyone who can show any revenue or assets to prove this company has any real value. Have a great evening! Jean
I hit the floor reading your post! That word "PRINCIPALS" done me in! The Beebers only knows what the "PRINCIPAL" is when he went to school and was in the office for causing trouble. Speaking of which, I have never seen anything that showed the Beebrs background in education! I would be really interested to see that one! Anywho.... Scam Flam and Bam! Thats the way I call it!
SAD NEWS! Looks like even the poor ole DJ in Opp could not bail the Beebers out! I was having Breakfast in Opp this morning heard that the "DEAL" fell through he was putting together. Oh well the City of Opp will still be waiting for the 100 JOBS The Beebers promised this community. Watching that interview of the Mayor of Opp this week on the local TV station, The Mayor does not look happy or friendly about this Bio-Plant. I would have loved to have been there when they done that interview so I could hear what was NOT put on the AIR. The Beebers and his Wife have FLEECED the community of OPP Alabama, Hope she enjoys riding in the "BLOOD" Money Mercedes she has now! The Karma in that car would scare me to death alone! I would never ride around in something that was bought with such "NEGITIVE" energy! Beebers has hurt innocent folks for along time now, it’s about the time for all this KARMA to be coming back to him! Swallow deep Beebers its your own venom your swallowing! PRGL is a ship that has sunk with the dreams of thousands IMO!
Could this be the GREAT Moaning Buy Back? Umm No, Just look and see who is selling and who is buying, Nice play thoough IMO. Just still to risky at this price, No company NEWS and No Company ASSETS. Just to risky for me, When we hit the TRIPS thats when to play for me. This kinda reminds me of the old cartoon where they are riding in an old car and the tire starts to go flat and the guy pulls out a hand pump and starts to inflate the tire as they drive down the road
As this pattern seems to be going TRIPS are just around the corner! I am holding the cash when we hit .0003 I will grab several million for my play. I will make a proud long happy!
NO REVENUE! BLDV has nothing in operation. The only operation IMO is selling stocks. And I am honestly thinking that the "Company" is doing very little in that area. Again I re-state that the only people making money are the MoMo moves on this. It will bleed to trips since the company has NO PLANS on any News anytime soon IMO. I like the low risk so I will as I stated in the past pull the trigger at .0003 which looks like that will be pretty soon IMO! The "Company Scam" has long weined out and now its a play, EMPTY SHELL. Now if anyone can "PROVE" any Revenue or show any ASSETS I will stand corrected, However there are NONE! AIMNSHO
I will have to admit, BLDV and its followers have been very entertaining to watch. Anyone who pumps up an EMPTY SHELL with no assets and no information out has only one reason to do so IMO, The BLDV MoMo Train. BLDV has done nothing wrong and NOTHING period. It is what it is an EMPTY SHELL! Watch the bleeding down to the trips, and thats where one needs to play it IMO. No Assets and just a shell, means its a playground not a business. So until the company decides to do something its an open field IMO. Interesting to see the willingness to "JUMP" the PPS but with no backing it will bleed like a car tire that ran over the spike strip!
WE ARE ALL RICH!
We have a Gold mine that is worth $700,000,000.00 In todays market so says our CEO, A very respected person in the Gold Market says GOLD will triple in the next few years! WOW!
That makes it worth 2.1 billion! OMG ...............
Oh wait, our CEO is the Beebers, Guess I use the word RESPECTED in the same sentence and that just discredited the entire statement ....Sorry guys I was excited for a few nano seconds, Heres the information anyhow, maybe someone will have a REAL Gold mine and we can cheer for them!
Wow! Fox News: Gold to US$3,000/oz. Highly regarded Louise Yamada, who was leading institutional investor at Smith Barney for 25 years, predicts easy tripling of gold price. Yamada is a voice that big money listens to.

NO PRODUCTION of any product for Bio even ethenol! Again this is a SHELL NO ASSETS Read Below even sugar has been cut back,
NO SUPPORT FOR BIO PLANT!
http://countrystudies.us/belize/52.htm
AGRICULTURE
As the 1990s began, sugar was still the Belizean economy's single largest export earner. Sugar production involved a unique hybrid of agricultural and industrial activity. Sugarcane cultivation, on one hand, and the mechanicalchemical transformation of cane into sugar, on the other hand, made for this peculiarity. Both processes needed to be coordinated because of the perishability of the crop. In Belize small farms in the north produce the bulk of the sugarcane. In the early 1990s, the coordination of the agricultural aspects of sugar production and the organization of cane delivery were the responsibilities of the Cane Farmers' Association. The industrial segment of the sugar-production process was controlled by Belize Sugar Industries Limited (BSIL). Overall coordination of the industry was exercised by the Belize Sugar Board. Until 1985 Belize had two sugar mills: the Libertad factory in the Corozal District, opened in 1937, and the factory at Tower Hill near Orange Walk Town, opened in 1967. In July 1985, the Libertad factory was closed. By early 1989, Libertad had been reopened and leased to the Jamaican petroleum company Petrojam. Petrojam was to use Libertad for the production of molasses, which was then to be refined in Jamaica into ethanol. Ethanol had duty-free access to the United States market under the CBI arrangement. The Belizean sugar industry, as elsewhere in the Caribbean, experienced large production and export swings. In 1981 an estimated 30 percent of farmland, formerly used for growing sugarcane, had been abandoned. Yet, at the end of the 1980s, the United States increased its quota for Belize at the expense of Guyana, which was not reaching its allotment, and in early 1990, BSIL reported its largest-ever bulk shipment (17,300 tons of raw sugar) to Canada.
Here is more
http://countrystudies.us/belize/55.htm
Crops other than sugar, citrus, and bananas played a very minor role in the Belizean economy in the early 1990s. Cultivation of nontraditional export crops were encouraged by the CBI as a way of lessening dependence on sugar and banana exports. Trade incentives were offered for nontraditional products, such as tropical fruits or winter fruits and vegetables. This strategy was only moderately successful, however.
Examples of failed attempts at agricultural diversification included AID's sponsorship of the Belize Agri-Business Company, whose purpose was to decrease the dependency of northern farmers on sugarcane by replacing it with cucumbers, okra, and bell peppers for winter export to the United States. The effort failed because of the farmers' reluctance to change and because of poor marketing. In 1987 the failure of Caribe Farm Industries, the most prominent nontraditional agricultural exporter in the country producing a variety of vegetables, added to the growing frustration with the diversification efforts. Difficulties were also experienced with tropical fruits. The Danish-owned Tropical Produce Company (TPC) had a 570-hectare mango farm in the Monkey River area of the Toledo District. Its produce was grown for the United States market, as well as for European importers, with whom TPC held a ten-year contract. But shipments were erratic because of Mediterranean fruit fly quarantines. For instance, from 1987 to 1990, there were no mango exports from the TPC farm to the United States.
Most production of import-substitution crops resulted from the efforts of two groups, the Maya and the Mennonites. Small farmers, primarily of Mayan descent, grew corn and beans in sparsely populated areas for their own consumption. The immigrant Mennonite community bought 40,000 hectares of forested land along the Hondo River in 1959, constructed a road to Orange Walk, and soon created a thriving business based on dairy products, vegetables, beans, and poultry. Yet, overall production swung widely over the years, closely following price subsidies. The Belize Marketing Board, which supervised production of import-substitution crops, was scheduled to function exclusively as a price stabilization agency by the end of 1992.
That is NEWS! The same News that has been put here many times! No action or contact from the company, No follow thru! The University said the samething! Have a letter but have not heard from the company. Thank you for confirming once again for everyone to see there is NOTHING from the company. Lots of post about NEWS COMING any day however they are not company representitives. So until the company release anything of importance we still have an EMPTY Shell! Thank you for taking the time to gather information! Good Job! Spot On! Best post in days! Thank You!
Aweful quiet here tonight! Guess the ups went down a little today, I hope the play at the top was profitable for thoses who sold, Surely it was not a buy back now was it? Naw... Anywho..... Still looking at the bounce in the trips as an entry point at .0003, I honestly do not see any NEWS OUT anytime soon, No Land Deal in Belize, No Property for the Goat Farm, .... just plain no assets, Someone said that Moaning was hiding the assets for a big release, IMO the only thing that he is doing is playing a stright up SHELL game, like the old barker on the street corner with 3 shells and you put your money next to the shell that has the PEA under it, Yup No pea, an empty shell you lose your money. I hope everyone finds a place to flip at! Enjoy the rush but I would NEVER "Invest" In this Shell Game, Trade Yes! Invest NEVER! Have a wonderful night!
Whoever it is playing the trade they need to go ahead and hit it! Dang No trading in weeks, Need to push this around some so the Beebers can make change for his lunch/supper @ the Santa Rosa Country Club! He has no clue but we sat across from him there awhile back. From the old corp pictures I have it looks like he was there with some of his "Officers"? One thing I have learned about him, He loves to make his presence known, I lost count of how many times the waitress had to go back and forth to the table! If she got a TIP (Not and IOU) she earned it! Beebers your a sorry sick person IMO. Lie Steel and hurt to gain your wealth. AIMNSHO
More than I am willing to buy at! I am not playing this until it hits the trips, So When we hit .0003 I will pull the trigger. As for when that will be, IMO pretty soon, Like someones profile says " Buy them large and sell them to the bag holders" Now to me that makes total sense! I will play bag holder at .0003. But thats just my thoughts. I am sure there are much more credable and experianced people out there. Me I just hang around the walls and watch and learn. GLTYA!
Looks like we are setting up for the dive now! Oh just an opinion here but I seen where folks are saying others want their shares, It is not a problem with the supply as I see it, It is the demand that seems to be lacking. The supply will always be there, Moaning will see to that. I have never asked for anyones shares because if and when I buy there will be plenty. Still looking to enter at .0003 think we might get close this week. I do not expect any news out anyone can look back over the past 2 years and see that "NEWS OUT" is just some wanting to sell. Hope evreyone is preparing for the Big Picture on a national level soon! GLTYA! Jean
No I am not a Shorter. I am a Taller!
Lordy Lordy looks like the Beebers has pissed off the Mayor of Opp! I watched that interview again tonight and if I quote him correctly he said he had bought 3k shares and right now they aint worth the paper there written on! I guess Beebers saying the city screwed him and failed to follow up on their end of the agreement might have gotten to him. According to what I seen and have read Beebers is far shorter on his end, The City is as tall as the Sears tower compared to the Beebers building. Beebers you’re an idiot! 100 employees and 20 million produced of bio fuel, what a crock of pooo! You time is coming JHB!

Get ready for the hard drop, this surely has created a large vacuum and the drain is fixin to go flush! I will begin buying @ .0003 and play the bounce between .0001 and .0005. AIMNSHO
GLTYA
Agreed however the major companies that are in the credit biz are also heavy into the market, so it has a double edge effect on the economy. This has really put a hurting on the none foundation upper class people. They had nothing but paper to hold as their wealth. AIMNSHO
Valid point IMO, I think the Middle Class America has all but disappeared until now, The Credit market made everyone virtual "Millionaires" I stress the word "Virtual" The United States has always been a minimum 3 class structured country, Now you have the "Have and the Have Nots" This will only lead to further problems IMO. I do feel that all of this will bring down further Government controls and more Big Brother into the Homes in America.
Stop IT! I just spit out a mouthful of sweet tea! Heck the sweet tea was worth 50X's a single share of this scam!
OPP A Long! OMG!
Now that the Bail Out(edit)appears that it has failed any thoughts on the overall effect on the state of the country? Gas lines and now forclosers? Hold onto your seats folks! I hope I posted this in the correct place.

The Demand
This company needs to get the goat farms going, BLDV is missing out on the demand for Goat Meat! Where are our Goat Farms? Why are they not in operation now? Heres some positive information about the Goat Meat Market! Mr. Moaning, Where are the Goat Farms?
http://www.boergoatshome.com/why_meat_goats.php
The demand for `chevon', or `cabrito', or `goat meat' in the United States is so high that producers can't keep up. Because of this vacuum, much of the goat meat sold in the United States is imported from New Zealand or Australia. About 1.5 million pounds of goat meat is imported every week. And demand just keeps growing.
On a positive note
The Govenment of Belize and the USA are working to improve the import and exports of Belize. Sadly no mention of Bio-Fuels or Goats.

2008 Speeches
Made in the USA Exhibition Opening Remarks (August 15, 2008)
Radisson Fort George Hotel and Marina
Belize City, Belize
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I want to welcome you to the seventh annual “Made in the USA” Exhibition. Over the past seven years, it has been the privilege of the U.S. Embassy to organize this event and we are indeed happy that you are able to join us today – new as well as previous participants. As you will note from your programs, we have a great lineup of exhibitors and as Sue noted, the program speakers who will make presentations this afternoon have lots to offer. The Exhibition has grown each year and we anticipate that this year’s will be even bigger and better.
The Made in the USA Exhibition is an opportunity to bring together American businesses and Belizean and American entrepreneurs to promote private enterprise and commercial exchange. This event showcases American products, services, and investments in Belize. It also offers an opportunity for Belizean consumers to sample American-made products and provides a forum for making contacts and establishing potential business partnerships. Additionally, as Sue mentioned earlier, there is the opportunity to learn more about intellectual property rights and tourism investment opportunities in Belize from industry experts. I strongly encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to listen to these speakers later today.
Democratic political freedom and economic liberalism are the principles that define the world today. Since WWII, we have seen democracy prevail as the favored form of government because it delivers the most benefits to citizens. Likewise, free market economies have triumphed as the preferred mechanism for commerce and the best means for the creation of wealth. For that reason, the United States actively supports the liberalization of trade and promotes economic development.
Free trade is one of President Bush’s top priorities. His administration will have negotiated worldwide 10 Free Trade Agreements in 8 years – some of which encompass about 2/3 of the GDP of the western hemisphere and a large portion of the $555 billion annual Latin American-US trade.
Free trade agreements are an important part of U.S. trade policy because elimination of protective tariffs and quotas facilitate easy access to markets and market information, and create strong economic partnerships. Free trade allows imports and exports to flow from country to country, guided not by tariffs and regulations but by the laws of supply and demand. Moreover, open access to the market ensures that companies compete on an equal playing field, ultimately resulting in increased competition – that leads to more choices, better and more affordable products, and better services for local consumers – all benefits of globalization and freer trade.
I am often surprised, however, by the negative characterization of globalization. Globalization is the process that brings tourists to Belize – an industry that has grown dramatically and now accounts one in four jobs here. And the growing oil industry that contributes much to the local economy in new jobs sells its product and derives its revenue from a global market. Consider in another context, the late Andy Palacio. His success is an excellent example of how Belize benefits by participation in the phenomenon of globalization. Through dedication, talent and hard-work, Andy Palacio found a niche in the music world – but without a global market, his music may have been enjoyed only in Belize, perhaps even only in the south. Through expansion of markets and opportunities, globalization allowed the world to appreciate his talent and hear his music.
This also illustrates another point – that to take full advantage of the positives of globalization, Belize should continue to strengthen its institutional capabilities and competitiveness. This includes respecting international laws that come with participating in a globalized economy such as enforcing intellectual property rights. After all, what would Belizeans think if they stepped off a plane in LA, for example, and saw pirated copies of Andy’s album Watina selling for a dollar or two - seeing this great musician’s work illegally copied and distributed without any royalties going to his family?
Recent business surveys have reflected the positive side of the stable political environment and free market atmosphere in Belize by giving Belize high marks in terms of business and labor freedom. However, in previous years the perception of corruption has reduced the nation’s performance indicators. This is something that must change if Belize is to move forward with its own economic development in a serious way. Promoting transparency and accountability in global business and foreign investments is a key mission of U.S. embassies across the globe. As responsible and sound investors evaluate and compare potential opportunities globally, they seek business environments that are predictable, fair and straight-forward – and we encourage local governments to support standards and regulations that lead to the fair treatment of investors. And better aligning Belize’s educational system to the needs of the commercial sector will allow Belize to more fully take advantage of the opportunities of a global economy.
The United States strives to maintain positive ties and promote free exchange of goods, commodities, and ideas with Belize. As a result, the United States remains Belize’s number one trading partner. In 2007, the U.S. accounted for 33.5% of Belizean imports and 27.2% of exports - these included mainly agricultural products and tourism services. Over the past five years the U.S., on average, has accounted for almost 46.0% of total exports and 38.6% of total imports. And as further evidence of the strong ties between our nations, U.S. citizens account for over 90% of tourist arrivals.
The exportation of oil to Central American countries has skewed the recent export numbers, but in terms of agricultural products, the U.S. is still Belize’s most important market. Three exports -- citrus, papayas, and marine products alone account for an average of 31.0% of total Belizean exports -- greater than the combined total exports to other destinations such as the UK and Mexico.
These examples indicate how international commerce can continue to provide a route to prosperity and growth for both of our nations. Expanding businesses and investments across borders translates into increased job opportunities, more prospects for economic development and choices for consumers, and greater contact with larger markets – all results that are positive for Belize. These results also explain our annual efforts hosting the Made in the USA Exhibition – to promote American business in this country in a way that is also beneficial to Belize.
Increased and expanded trade has something valuable to offer the people of Belize. When our two countries work together in trade and commerce, we are taking steps toward the economic development of this country and towards the creation of a brighter, more prosperous future for its people. The Made in the USA Exhibition stands as a testament to our goal to strengthen trade relations between our nations. Thank you for attending today and for supporting American investment in Belize. I’d like to acknowledge the hard work of Sue Kuester and Darlene Gentle from the Embassy’s economic section and Denise Nisbet our public affairs assistant.
Reading this gives me a heart warming feeling "Sarcastic" not a heart warming for any person losing here, just saddens me.
Interesting how article after article talks about the unrest and how unstable the Country is. Are we sure the land deal is still in the works? Read Below, Your guess is as good as mine.
The Organization of American States (OAS) has demanded an early and peaceful resolution to the unrest in Belize. In an April 26 statement, OAS Acting Secretary-General Luigi Einaudi said he had been following events in Belize closely and hoped that the "current difficulties" could be resolved within the framework of Belize's constitution and in the "interest of political and economic stability and the welfare of the people of Belize."
News reports said teachers in Belize walked off the job April 26 in support of telephone workers who are engaged in a dispute with the government. Protesters sabotaged telephone lines and disrupted electricity service in large areas of the country. However, the government of Belize issued a statement on April 26 saying that primary and secondary schools in the nation were open, adding that while student attendance was limited that day in some parts of the country, the majority of teachers reported for classes, and that student and teacher attendance in rural schools across the country was excellent.
Acting Secretary General Einaudi, referring to the recent interruption of electricity and telephone services in Belize, warned that "acts of economic sabotage, objectionable under any circumstances, have particularly negative consequences in developing countries which must maximize the resources and infrastructure available to them for the benefit of all their citizens."
Einaudi called on all parties in Belize to respect the rule of law, to abide by the country's constitution, and to engage in dialogue to resolve any outstanding issues of national interest in "accordance with the democratic tradition of the people of Belize and with the principles of the OAS Inter-American Democratic Charter."
The aim of the Charter, which was adopted September 11, 2001 by the OAS member states, is to strengthen the organization’s capacity to promote and defend democracy in the Western Hemisphere.
The U.S. Embassy in Belize issued a statement on its Web site saying labor/management disputes in the country's telecommunications sector have disrupted services and have led to large public demonstrations. The embassy further said that a protest April 20 led to looting and vandalism in the country's capital of Belize City.
The embassy said there is no indication that the protests have specifically targeted U.S. citizens or interests in Belize.
On another note, an earlier article written over a week ago describing the largely unreported rioting, looting and political disturbances in Belize caused a lot of concern. This is because Belize is one of the few remaining no-tax and residential havens for foreigners. In that article, a well known financial advisor and offshore expert warned for investors to "… stay away from anything in Belize until the situation settles; that includes real estate, residency, banking and asset protection plans."
Calm is slowly returning to Belize, but there are still disruptions in power and water supplies. Therefore, it is still advisable for investors or those planning to move their assets offshore to wait. However, for those having assets in this country, there is no reason to panic. For the time being, there is no need to remove your assets, sell property, etc.
If you would like more information regarding asset protection, trusts, family limited partnerships or the subject of this article please call or email our office.
After reading this I can see why BLDV might have just used the country of Belize as a watering hole, please read the following, Very interesting facts about the country and Banking system we have access to with our company BLDV in the Great Country of Belize!
Let us look at some of the laws this disappointing but often used jurisdiction has. But before we get into this more deeply let us point out that the capital, Belize City has one paved street 3 or 4 blocks long. You are in the third world here with numerous internet, power and telephone outages. Hurricanes often hit Belize. The stability of the regime in Belize is questionable since they had a regime change in recent years and the new regime did not honor economic citizenships and passports of the previous regime. Food for thought about how things operate in Belize. Additionally in Belize you are usually dealing with a bank that has an offshore only license not able to conduct business with residents of the country – not too reassuring is it? BLDV is looking more like a SCAM that has run its course and is now sitting there for the Flipper play! The CEO has not made any effort to refute or defend his company in months. Just a handful of Flippers IMO

That’s a question
you need to ask Eddie. I talked briefly to him yesterday after I seen the interview, He said it was a mistake on the play list and it was supposed to start running M-F this week. Eddie had very little to say about the PRGL stuff, seems he just wants to move forward and put this behind. He would not talk much about Beebers or the interview; he said it is what it is. PRGL is a sore subject around here of late. All we have now is a Radio DJ pumping his chest out about "Such a Deal" he brought to Opp and Covington County and an empty TENT.
FOR THOSE WHO REMEMBER THE PAST! THE FUTURE HOLDS...
BLDV has been and will be nothing more and nothing less (For Now) a Flipper. Here are some past post to reflect upon about the share price and the NEWS!
Amazing how the same messages with the same (NEWS OUT) and how GREAT the PPS is, Look at these post and look at the past week or two, Same story different date, LOWER PPS! Yuppers its gonna BUST! Maybe you can answer this JB, Now that this has been revoked what assets would any shareholder have? I might be incorrect in this but is this stock not dead? Whatever Gil does is now done as a PRIVITE company? Yes? Just curious as to why all this continued stuff about books and stuff, This is a Privite Company now? Thanks for your answer.
This was posted on another board, It seems this shoe just might fit here. Again let me say, This is only an opinion. But seems these shells make money only for a few. BLDV is sized for this shoe, Now the shoe...
I do know that most of these "companies" are nothing more than shells being used by a "lender" and "promoter". In most cases some naive small company is sold on the idea of "merging" into one of these shells. The company gets $100,000 in working capital simply by signing a piece of paper, the promoters and lender makes $1,000,000 off the "promotion" and the naive small company gets left with a bloated share structure from matured CD's the promoters/lenders had, a bunch of pissed off shareholders and in most cases the business fails as a result of the negative sentiment left from the "pump and dump". Shareholders blame the company, when in fact it is the people behind the shells they merged into. Those "third party" payments of compensation for promotion, those are the lenders paying to over inflate the price of the stock so they can sell out their holdings in the shell.
It boils down to dirty hedge funds, private lenders and unscrupulous promoters taking advantage of naive entrepreneurs. Hell, all you have to do is go to www.go4funding.com, www.gobignetwork.com etc.. there are dozens of these sites. The pickings are good and with the credit markets seizing up and banks not loaning money I feel a lot more of these shady shell brokers are going to be unloading a bunch of bad companies in the market.

Just watched an interview with the Opp Mayor on local TV WKNI, Ther mayor said the power was turned on and that he had $3000.00 of stock that he purchased that was worth nothing today. Interesting interview. Good Job again to Eddie at WKNI.
i bet you have never heard about silent buying ;)
Why of course thats what it is! Everything from the company has been SILENT so why would I not think the buy back is SILENT as well! This company has been SILENT for a very long time now! The only noise I hear is NEWS COMING Looking back on this thread I seen the same phrase for two years now. So I reckon we will need a hearing aid to hear this "News Coming"
This company has no assets, has not followed thru on any land purchase and is IMO a flip stock at this point headed to trips soon. Now thats NEWS!
The question has been asked who owns the equipment at the Bio Plant. It is an asset of the company, and the company CEO controls the majority of shares so the company can liquidate the assets as long as the money goes back into the company coffers. If it is sold and the money is not accounted for the possibility of fraud and other criminal charges could arise. Those charges would extend to everyone who played a part in the illegal removal of assets. Such as the CEO, The VP and even a radio DJ that has publicly admitted he conducted the transaction. Now comes the question, if there were leans on this property and concealing the assets would also bring the possibility of illegal activity. Kind of like the OJ trial going on.
Now lets say the Beebers and this Radio DJ sold the assets to another party to run the plant where it is, Well I would hope that the buyer beware that the City would most likely have a say in that as well, The question is simple on that, Is the contract transferable by PRGL to another party? I would hope the City was smart and made sure that was covered.
You can rest assured of one thing though, there are eyes watching this recent transaction that would know if it was a legit operation.
The Ceo is buying shares
Has there been a current Press release that the CEO is buying back shares? I must have missed it. If you would please provide me a link to this PR that the CEO is buying back shares! Thank you so very much! I would think that would be a major event and a PR would have been placed for the "Investors" to know. Again this is only my opinion.
