What we really need is facts not fiction - the rest would follow
my friend I have never thought you had free shares. It is clear to see from your posts that you are in big. I wish you well but if you are hoping that Molen is the answer you are going to be very disappointed as are we all.
I once had a friendly wager with Iblong that some news he was expecting back in early march would not arrive - it still hasn't. happy to have the same bottle of scotch with you that the Georgia plant is not going to happen this side of 2010 or Thailand.
At least if we end up bust we can at least drown our sorrows together :)
You have to ask yourself why with all this "amazing" news that his been repeated over and over again in the past couple of days and all these new interested parties why the stock has dived - again.
My friend take a serious look at what is being said and what substance is behind it and you/we should be able to work it out.
Molen is no fool - well - if this was going to fly he would have investors queuing up to get on board now - especially at this new low. Fact is we have seen and heard it all before.
"manufactures and markets" suggests past and present tense - where and when -anybody know?
Must admit I got all excited today when i read the post about the change of CEO then remembered that it wasn't Molen who was CEO. Anybody know anything about the knew guy who has the same 30 years experience as Jacobsen? Is Manji still on the scene?
I think all the new boardmarks are great but there seem to some crazy statements being made about potential.
Isn't that what the "P" in VGPR is for?
Must be a very slow boat :)
And Thailand? Is there any word of when this is to take off?
Pretty damn incompetent IMO but consistent.
One question - quite often there are posters on here who say "tomorrow I'm filling up on this one first thing" or similar and nothing happens. Do posts like that get monitored?
Can you really say you are suprised?
you said how much I was down and i asked how would you know.
If "seeking reality" is what you call negativity then yes I have nothing better to do. I appreciate that many of my questions may come across as negative but all I ask is for the truth. You started this board and altough no longer the moderator you will have watched the "progess" of this stock over the past 30 months. Can you at any point honestly say that there has been anything substansive about the company to support its PR that would attract an investor? We have asked for proof that there is trade - after all they "claim" 90 years experience and are trading - but no one has ever come up with anything positive. What happened to the alledged operation in Montana - nothing in any trade directory to suggest there has ever been a company called NFI "trading" there. The deal in Thailand is between NFI and an affiliate - not much there to go on and there is no evidence that such a company exists in Thailand although there is $1.6million of equipment floating about in the SE Asian waters. Now this - a PR about a yet another company that no one can find one piece of information about.
Didn't you post recently that more PR of the quality that we have become accustomed to and we are bankrupt? Was that negativity?
If you are happy to continue turning a blind eye to the fact that there is nothing to substantiate one shred of evidence that this is a thriving business that is your perogative - after all isn't that what debate and opinion is about? I would prefer not to and will continue to ask questions even if only to frustrate those that are making money simply because they have put nothing in from the outset.
Tennessee Power Co Inc has only one mention when googled - suprise suprise - the VGPR PR of today's date.
Don't worry though a PO Box will be open for business tomorrow!
What is different?? The original VGPR (or VGPM as it started) was a series of PR's about poker and online gaming but nothing else. The new VGPR is a series of PR's about biofuels. At present there is no operation in Georgia with 200 jobs - just an article in Forbes that has been latched onto.
How long are we going to continue to believe all of this before something substansive comes out?
Can anybody provide just one shred of evidence that there is something real about this company other than PR - and I don't mean Molen and Jacobsen? If you could then I would agree this is not a 0.01 stock - until then just continue to watch this move up and down 10-20% at a time while the freeloaders continue to milk.
Rumour has it something big coming next week - hmmmm familiar?
I think you misinterpret my position with this company. Many people have been supporting this for some time, on here and with hard cash. As yet it has been totally one way and not once has the company or its officers come forward with any statement that can be deemed to have some substance about it. Had they just once shown that NFI had some track record then I'm certain this would fly but they don't and while there is so much doubt supported by past performance, we are all in the crap.
Don't forget they started a boatload of PR about the LAPT when it was already known that another company was on the case and better prepared. Now this and again you could be forgiven for thinking that they wake up in the morning and think "now what can we come up with today?" see an article in Forbes and say "that will do!"
I'm certain that green energy is the way forward despite recent setbacks and we all know how dire the unemployment situation is in Georgia. We also now that Thailand and the "port" in particular is a growth area. But where is the proof that this bunch have anything at all behind them to take advantage of it.
All we ask is lets see something of substance or we might as well have invested in balloons in the sky - oh some of us did didn't we Mr Molen!
Iblong2
Sorry I didn't realise that this PR had been sanctioned by the state of Georgia - or has it?
There was no quote included in the statement from any state of Georgia recognised officials to support the PR, as ever there is nothing other than some well chosen words and we are all supposed to get excited. What we do know is this article appeared "recently" in Forbes magazine, my question was how recently? If it was over six months ago then it is conceivable that this has been in the business plan for NFI for sometime however if it appeared only in the last couple of weeks haven't they done well to get all this together in such a short space of time; particularly as it seems to take them months to do anything normally.
As for all the Tax breaks, stimulus money, etc. don't the regulating bodies who give these out have to see some form of proof that the company has the ability to deliver or are we still living in DeLorean times?
As yet there has not been one shred of evidence that this company has produced one pellet never mind millions of tonnes and until that happens each PR of similar vein will continue to fail to stimulate the market.
As allwaysright said recently in a post something along the lines of "if Molen keeps producing PRs of this quality we will go bankrupt" - this is another of that ilk IMO
when did this article appear in Forbes - it just says recent in the PR - anybody know?
Molen reads Forbes - wow
The 0.03 day to 0.25 - what was the volume traded? Also this was pre- NFI - yes?
heck i'd be an investor in that for VGPR!
where most people came in and since the move to greener ventures have wanted out.
If you have followed this stock for some time you will know they are capable of spinning out any old BS without anything to back it up.
They do not own the software - never did - all that ever got reported was their letter of intent. I think had the deal been done we would have heard - wouldn't you? Afterall they do make a lot of noise about absolutely nothing!
Yes Barney Franks, or someone else will get this through - it makes sense because Bush in his wisdom having introduced the ban had no way of policing it properly. The ban has been a huge c*ck up from start to finish - pop over to Vegas over the next couple of weeks and see how succesful the ban has been. There will be circa 5000 online qualifiers from the US taking part in the main event with that many again having taken the money and stayed at home.
As for your comments on Molenware - very good - I would be inclined to think rather than etched in stone or set in concrete you might be slightly wide of the mark. The inference was it is out of date, of little use to anyone anymore and totally unreliable.
call me Mr Sceptic but why do I get a feeling there is a PR coming to suggest a reversal back into gaming?
When VGPR were alledgely committed to buying the software, in fact they had their own poker site Butcher Poker, it was at the time the US introduced its shambolic attempt to stop online gaming. Since that time two sites, predominantly supported by American players, one ironically owned by mainly american players, have taken over the market with the exception of one other software provider - who VGPR had or have nothing to do with.
Yes, the US Govt is waking up to the monumental mistake it has made and will eventually do a U-turn, no doubt with the necessary taxes but such has the market and software moved on that even if VGPR had fulfilled its obligation to complete the purchase - now that would be groundbreaking this lot completing anything - the business has moved on light years and the software would be so out of date it would be of little use to any one.
maybe they should call it Molenware?
This really gets more intriguing every day.
The company alledgedly owns machinery but no one can show how they came by it or where it is now. Equally important is where was it before it got shipped to Thailand - which is still on its way I assume. Nobody has come forward in the six months since the takeover with anything to substantiate any of their claims.
As for the original "plan" much like the undertaking with NFI Thailand - that one still makes me pmsl - they undertook to buy certain software developments in online gaming but as the net closed tighter and people began to ask questions they jumped ship on that little ruse and found this new idea to tease everyone for a few more months.
But not to worry because the price is going to go up soon!
Come on guys lets be positive about this. It will soon be Monday and we all know Monday's are the start of a new week and that means it will be next week which means news is on its way that will get this moving!
Of course that might not happen - it might be the week after.
let's face it as alwayright said "another PR from Molen and we will be bankrupt" - truest words seen on here in months and the reason we are not hearing a word - there is nothing left to say.
mmmmm??? think I might have answered that one before.
Sadly people are finally waking up to the total BS this whole thing has been from start to finish.
Dan - you mention the .25 price regularly - how long was it up there and how much was traded? Not long and not much I seem to recall.
As for Molen looking after his original shareholders - sorry but that is the funnier than anything that has been posted on here for months!
Ok great PR.
Please explain. They are committing to purchase 20% of an affiliate company who despite research cannot be found to be trading at all in Thailand never mind "owning a facility in".
Not a million miles away from the situ we had in Calgary where eventually a post box in a corner store proved to be the home of the multi million $ "established" concern.
I must say I appreciate the irony - Molen is definately getting a laugh out of this one - they are going to produce alternative green energy and fuels in a port that is coming under government and local scrutiny for its high levels of pollution greatly affecting the local population
Can anyone recall when this stock moved from the much heralded "fully compliant" level on pink sheets -as per press release 26 March - to the more appropriate "limited information" rating?
Ty was meant to be thank you for PM and advice. We already have MM email address and the dialogue ended there sometime ago when he BS'd just once too often. He is very good at delaying and offering "good news tomorrow" etc but as per this company he has nothing of any substance. Surely you saw his tv interview some time back that was posted on here - the man is a clown but very good at persuading others of trust to risk their credibility by introducing friends into his shonky schemes.
No doubt some are making out of this and to have bought in at such low value and watched 20-30% daily swings is a good result. They cannot be investing in the interest of the company or any proper DD because this company just does not trade - never has and on present form never will.
My people just want to get out but while he doesn't supply the certificates needed to do so they can't and you can understand why he delays in doing so. Hopefully he little game will be up soon.
Ty but there is a trail of emails between members of this group and MM that go back over two years and he not resolved anything.
Long story my friend and Molen is taking advantage of a situation not for a public forum. He knows that as soon as he does the for sale sign will be up and the market price will fall. One thing for certain is not one these investors will put one more cent into this empty shoe box that they have been trying to sell from.
Taking a profit is a bit difficult when you have no certificates because Molen won't release them according to my sources. They are still restricted and were bought at many times the current price - the only ones making a profit are the "friends" who recieved millions of shares for nothing at the expense of others.
There it is guys - just what we have all been waiting so long for!
Another load of BS from the PO Box in bongo bongo land - at least they are recycling one thing for sure - the same old BS - Molen must be laughing his ass off reading the support he still seems to be getting - or dare we suggest encouraging/paying for - on here!
Please do enlighten us mere mortals as to how this undervalued? Do people really still buy into unsubstantiated BS?
Do you know why this company has any value whatsoever or what right they have to promote themselves as a viable concern? Can you tell us where when and how they intend to become a business of substance?
If you can - well done - one thing for certain the people at the top can't!
Its called irony my friend. This lot have been promising great things and news every week for the past two years. Every moderator without fail has come on here and with their contacts have assured something great is happening next week.
Stick around or even read back over the past few hundred posts - you will soon get an idea!
We have a new member of the "Gonna happen big next week" club - welcome!
Some of us are lifelong members - or at least it seems that way :)
Wow - logged on after a couple of days away and see all this activity and pumping of fists and thought "at last something has happened"
No, still waiting for PR - next week is the current favourite - it always is.
Boat still not arrived in Thailand
Someone keeps dumping
Groudhog day/month/year???
Somebody who got them for nothing by any chance?
what will keep the price bouyant is Molen and cronies holding onto share certificates of original investors in UK who are wanting to dump and run and he knows that. They hold between them a few million shares and have wanted out for months but he has delayed and delayed getting the restrictions removed and even now, according to my source who is one in for thousands of $$s, he still wont return them.
When/if he does get ready to run - for cover
woohooo its Monday again which means big things are going to happen this week.
Hmmmm - seem to have been writing that for a few weeks, months now so must be getting close!
Anybody know if the slow boat to Thailand arrived with all that massive stock of equipment on board or is it still floating around in Molens head?
