ACST Hi Ned - I have had it for a while now, actually forgot my original reason for getting it. Ah it was the 6/30 Ph2, just reviewed it.
It seems to be rattling the saber with some nice volume. If the volume goes to 1M traded for the day it should take off nicely.
Delta I saw the planned acquisition news, but no mention of the reverse at the time, someone has to be very happy with it.
NAVB Interesting info. thanks Delta
SYN None that I see but imo something maybe well be leaking.

Important: Only select OTCBB are allowed on my board. They are biotech as this is a biotech board predominantly. Many are selected because they have been chosen by the readers here via private messages with my additional thoughts. These IMO are the ones with greatest apprecation & best for my thread. They also have strong management & institutional interest. Other than these few stocks this is a BIG BOARD & BIOTECH STOCK THREAD These are biotech stocks with pending catalysts or PDUFA dates near-term: those stocks for 2014 are:
IGXT (PFUDA date), LJPC (1st in class products; pending Ph 2 near-term data), ONCS (Oncology therapy & pending catalysts), TTNP (good product with potential for appreciation).
Disclaimer: If folks, particularly newbies, don't like this rule I respect that and appreciate that this might not be the board for you to post on. That is ok..Just don't post here and disrespect the other readers who have been here for yrs. who understand the process here. Not trying to reinvent the wheel here or show anyone disrespect. Understand that I have had this board for the past 7 yrs and have had this rule in place for the past 3 yrs. This is the only board I post on on IHUB as it is my stock home and the stock home of many readers. If you don't respect the rules then please post on the many other stock boards that IHUB has to offer as there are thousands of them. Thx & continued success!
NAVB Kei just reminded me we have another PDUFA also in addition to the June one, there is one now listed for 10/16, (as Mathew posted on 3/5) that should spell a nice run and hold especially if the first one comes out positive.
The Oct 16th is is an sNDA PDUFA see below.

Kei thanks much for that wonder why it is not listed by biocatalyst? I remembered that post after you showing it to me. Good one to save since I can't now seem to find it very much.
Thanks again Kei
Sheff - your GTXI short of float position agrees with Finviz very closely anyway, but yahoo is widely different. I assume it is due to yahoo using a larger float number than Finviz or your source, since the short shares are the same and reported twice monthly.
I guess then it begs the question of why the float numbers are almost 2x as high on yahoo as on the other sources? See below

Any idea why that rather large discrepancy? TIA for the help
GTXI <Annotated early bird chart> note the 3/13 positive divergence noted - it rallied the price up .15 and now the obv and the A/D are sideways, so keep an eye on it. OBV and AD need to trend up, side ways indicates a current status quo. This can change in a session or two, especially the OBV the A/D takes longer, and since my note on 3/13 it actually has rolled north compared to where it was (pointing south back then). It has been said that the vast majority of gaps close due to no areas of resistance, however they may take as long as 3+ years to do it, or it may close in a day. Note the OPEN GAP on this one, it gives this SP potential and the open area is a very dangerous one for shorts to hold on without covering.
GTXI This one is starting to make noise, I have an absolute ton of it and have since before its fall from grace. I have averaged down a few times and now finally our chief ihub local bio expert is pushing it.
It is an “ASCO” play, near the bottom as we head into April. The stock formed its real bottom 1.60-1.80 over months. The stock is close to its technical bottom price. 52wk low is $1.31 (it held that for a few days then started climbing to the 1.45-1.60 area then ratched up there to 1.60-1.80 where it has been range bound for a long time other than a short term spike here or there, and 52wk high is $7.24. GTXI won’t release data at ASCO but the CEO stated it would be in the ASCO time frame.
End of Phase II meeting for Enobosarm in Breast Cancer shortly after in June. The company on March 6th closed a private placement done by their chairman. http://yhoo.it/1gCx7Tk The offering was done at price $1.77. http://yhoo.it/1izmcdS .
Short position is 28.3% of the float so if it moves it could move well. This should move higher as shorts cover, combined w/ the positive catalysts.
Volume will be key 700k -1M+ a day- green is necessary Accumulation line on the Graph, though longer term will be critical, OBV shorter term must point north and trend north, if so this is moving and when the covering occurs it may shoot up. jmho
SmurfVA best of luck on it my friend - I think it should be a nice swing trade, but as always the entry and exit will determine that. lol

KEI what are you looking at there is no Sept PDUFA I see? Just the June 16 is listed on my biocat sheets. TIA Got a link?

Didn't take too long for that to happen. It broke the intraday base line from *underneath and that is a VG sign for trading up, if volume climbs more, for now we are 1/4 of the 20MA for volume, so it needs some giddy up.
BS bird in the hand take it, ya never lose money by taking a profit. lol

CUR Bob thanks much - actually looked at it last Saturday but when I did it was obviously after the market close, so I ended up getting some in premarket today, then selling it off late today on a one day flip for 12%. I made 12%. Having said that *I think it will go higher I only took profit on it to mitigate a loss I realized on another stock I sold today.
I may well reenter at some future point, but for now I will watch. Good luck to all holders, be sure to watch the volume and the CFM $ flow on the chart I posted, you must have $$$ flowing inshort term or keeping above the base to have average volume be green, when all is said and done.
I prefer to sell when the $BTK and the Dow are Green rather than red.

GTXI As most here know I have had this, seems like forever, since it fell from grace and now is being given a potential new lease on life with its PH2 for Enobosarm for Metastic Breast Cancer. Due 2nd Q of 2014
The stock has built a very solid base for months now 1.6 -1.8 range and is very ready imo whenever things start.
Watch volumes and price chart carefully to try and catch it at close to this level if possible.
Jmho T2M
CUR Flew 14%+ since this morning when I did the chart. Man this one is really moving. Watch the close and hopefully it still hugs the upper bolli.
Also watch later day volumes. Trading well thus far.

BobS if anyone thinks that dilution in micros and penny stocks is not nearly 100% likely; I would say they must be delusional, not dilutional lol
The O/S at 274M, 9.5% less than the approx posted recently here today, is large, that is for sure. However for dinky, micro companies such as this and other very small penny stocks it is at the low end not the high end where the O/S is many times in billions. So imho it is a lot less than some micro companies and %wise a lot more than a few others.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=BCCI&id=113231
The good news is they are NOT authorized more than 300M o/s at the moments so they should have to ask stockholders permission to raise the A/S, which they may do soon, who knows. Sure sign if they do.
So did they use creative accounting? Hmmm if I had to guess I would say sure, you are correct. Then one asks was it a good deal for the company? Doesn't seem so yet anyway, but who knows in the future. Hindsight being what it is I can always predict with certainty the score of a football game the day after it is played.
Many tiny micros and penny stocks are merely stock ATMs for their 1-2 person management, this does not appear quite like that.
The Utube video, if accurate, depicts an image which personally is a bit over the top, having said that it is serving coffee and Hooters sold beer and burgers. Longs can only hope it does as well.

BCCI introducing an ice cream line Calip Dairies out of NY
http://baristastv.com/content/baristas-coffee-company-signs-distribution-agreement-major-new-york-city-based-ice-cream-dis
Calip is a $10-20M company from what I noted on their web site

BCCI <link back for the article on National Francise Mkt Kickoff> few things strike me as I read this:
1. Baristas Kicks Off National Franchise Marketing Including Forbes, USA Today, NY Times, CNBC, Bus. News Journal, Entrepreneur,... *Rather legit publications/TV etc
2. The article itself states that they have registered/filed withn over 50% of the country.
3, Had 1.7M a loted as of EOY for marketing efforts as of the end of Dec 2013. That is a major campaign for a tiny fledgling company
4. If you look at when they filed in NY state it was Apl 13 2013 so nearly 1 year ago the filing was made. Junk stocks seldom plan that well in advance it usually is not 9 or 10Months of prior planing. jmho
5.This is the reference to that filing NOTE the date. Here is the article for NY Filing Apl 2 2013
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/baristas-files-york-franchise-documents-133700694.html
So this is either very well orchestrate, with good longer term d prior planning, or it is legit. It has 6 locations now in 4 states I believe WA, AZ, TX, Montana, FLA, it will be interesting to see if that # doubles in 6mos, if so the visibility will be huge and the SP will not be .10 jmho
This traded huge volume and went from my entry of .037 to .20 and then on that day fell back to rest at 10-12 3-4 times what it had been the week before. So flippers took profits and reentered to some degree while some flippers are on the sidelines waiting but watching.
Now Technically a good Fib retrace from .20 to current levels we shall see what tomorrow brings.
BOL to all
In Sales you *NEVER ( Bad choice of word, SB seldom or infrequently) sue a customer you wish to have ongoing orders with. There are for sure certain sets of circumstances ie BK chapt 11, maybe not getting paid etc and if you are lucky you are one of the very few available sources and there is an economic benefit to the customer or whatever. Imho this just seems very possibly contrary to AMRN's future prospects with the FDA. Who knows but on first glance it looks that way to me.
ICBU This is just an earlybird watch -If this gets to low .10s (.10-.1020 imo its then on its way, and then time for entry, for now however the volume does not support the move like I mentioned. Watch for 20MA VOL of 2.5+ either on a close or prorated if the stock starts to trade fast. If you do go in *don't ask slap with a spread, just bid sit and the rallies will be more real. FWIW
Good for the watch list for now that is my best guess.
T2M
IBCU Strictly technical - starting to move on average volume, keep an eye on this OTC's VOL since technically it may start to move, Watch for volume to exceed 2.5M traded per day (you can prorate intraday if it has momo).
AMRN Sheff suing maybe the correct path legally, but the prudent one business wise? They used to say never fight the newspaper since they have the barrels of ink, this smells of suing the hand that feeds you in AMRN's case.
Ref suing the FDA - man I wonder if that is going to work at all in their favor on future decisions are they perhaps winning a battle and losing a war? I no about "it's supposed to be an impartial partial body", however it is comprised of humans. In Sales you NEVER sue a customer, at least not one from whom you immediately wish to get orders from. Imho this just seems contrary to AMRN's future prospects.
I would think it would make investors a tad leery. If AMRN wins or loses it will still have to confront some of the same folks who AMRN sued indirectly in the future for approvals (I assume anyway).
Imho a verrrrrrrrrry tough call, unless AMRN replaces some of its top management in the very near future as kind of a gesture of "oh gee don't take it out on us please we have corrected that situation and it will not happen again" and makes it very clear to the FDA they have done it.
Maybe I am way off base, just my cursory opinion. Sheff any thoughts?
A Insiders tale of a stock promotion plan ie P&D if you have either of these two it is good to know and explains the recent SP action a little.
