You're missing plenty, their main product, which has a cost of goods sold approaching zero. They have 3 billion units on hand, just waiting to sell them to a clamoring public...their only expenses? Issueing PR's and payroll. Not even rent is neccessary
by the way, did anyone else notice that the "high tech" doggie cancer clinic has a web page made from a template, promoted by a company that offers free web pages if you sign up for a plan as low as $5 a month???(click on the icon at the bottom of the web page) And their address is the same as the Siberian Husky association, also run by that paragon of business acumen Mr. Berthold, or as I like to refer to him, the owner of a pet store who's phone is no longer in service.
all imo, of course.
Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies...

To answer your questions in order:
It seems to defy logic to me if you know these things and can't stand what you perceive.
Why do you not organize shareholders and get answers yourself ?
The time effort and cost is not worth the loss I suffered. Moral outrage alone is not justification for stretching an already tight budget. Besides, the deck is stacked against you, even if I could afford the lawyers required to mount the effort they can always raise the A/S and increase their share count.
Only after they have bought do they come across what we identify as bashers. At that point I also think they rollover and sell of at a loss.
By a consistent 10 to 20 percent bouncing of the stock bashers actually assist in feeding the flippers and or shorters.
Why would you want to have done that ?!?!
BASHERS in general have the correct story. It is everyones greed and hope for a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow that cause them to lose their investment. I cannot predict or time all the actions of the scam artists. They are in the drivers seat as far as the flow of PR's and pumps go. All I can do is try to warn potential investors of the scam, which I have been doing for 8 or 9 months now. It costs me nothing and has provided a great deal of entertainment. oh, and I could write the district attorney of Nevada and file a formal complaint with the SEC and any other government agency that might be interested, these things I have done. In my opinion, by bashing I have in some degree lessened the impact of this scam, but company stalwarts who try and convince peoiple to HOLD TIGHT are easily more to blame in losses suffered by individuals who made a mistake by buying the stock. Face it every person I convinced to sell or stay out of the stock is better off than every person who was convinced to hold "long and strong". As for the flippers, they will always be around, and probably play this game smarter than most.
By the way, I really did admire your chutzpuh in attempting to force answers out of Dan. You didn't roll over and play dead like most, but your continued belief that anything he ever PR'd was factual is beyond belief. So we'll always be on opposite sides here.
nope, just took advantage of the situation. The increase in A/S (soon to be followed by an increase in O/S) was a foregone conclusion. By stirring things up a bit, you may have caused them to react sooner. I was on the point of telling you to hold an immediate proxy vote, because this last selloff probably dropped their percentage of ownership below 50%. But thats out of the question now. I'm sure approximately 2 billion of the A/S will find its way into the accounts of the principles Ryan & company, leaving them 1 billion to dilute with. Then a R/S which will get rid of most shareholders and leave a few with 10% or so of their original shares. Then they will do it all over again. as I've pointed out, ABVG is the third scam that has used this corporate shell, there will be more to follow. This time Ryan was the front man, next time maybe it will be Berthold or Paolucci
all in my opinion, of course
A good reason to have increased AS is to stave off 15 %
investors demanding 12 months bank statements.
That possibility does exist, which may explain why I gave you the idea in the first place :)
I was SHOCKED, shocked I tell you, except that um...I said this would happen yesterday on another board, and I've said it in the past...so maybe it was predictable?
Did I call it or what, your "investment" is wiped out
WHOOPSIE...It just happened yesterday, A/S increased to
3 BILLION SHARES
https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=TH1NrCVuL4dWwIypFOgqrw%253d%253d&CorpName=ABV+GOLD%2c+INC.
The dilution machine will be in full force. I would say the risks just went up considerably. What company really needs 3 billion shares of stock?

Sure there is, I lost two hundred before I got out :)
What's your loss?
Besides I'm rational, I'm not at all certain how to describe you, but living in an alternate universe does come to mind.
Have a nice night
LISTEN CLOSELY
The new CEO WILL HAVE to dilute. There may be a run before this is obvious. You are down an incredible amount, start looking to cut your losses. I have consistantly said that Dan will not dilute, but the next CEO will. My track record on the PPS since Nov. is far superior to yours (not saying that to attack...really) This thing is in a death spiral to a R/S, will it get back up to .02? I don't know, but I really doubt it. They have brought in another member of the Amyot/Papa/Ryan scam team as a director. NOTHING has changed. There will be empty promises and silly pump PR's that may move the PPS up, but in the end, there will be dilution and a total loss of all "investments"
MYTH!! Long time no see, do you have a sick puppy???
Try a little lemon grass, garlic and assorted herbs...at least thats what I hear the asians do...
Might not cure him, but One of you will be happy :) probably very similar to the "cure" used by the proposed clinics ROTFL
Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies...
Fleetwood Mac
WHERE'S THE GOLD??? ROTFLMAO
Kinda makes you want to get into a pet oriented business now doesn't it ?
ABVG is getting into one next week.
WHEN will you admit you were SCAMMED? there is no gold mine, now you're pinning your hopes on a failed pet store owner running a doggie cancer clinic Do you not see the absurdity of your own conviction? YOU bought a gold mine, it's disappeared in front of your eyes...now everything is ok because they will take care of sick doggies???
also note, the webpage is a free template costing about $5 per month, and their address is for the Siberian Husky association. Obviously he knows how to get something screwed.
and by the way, I've been to Lonoke, I'm not sure the entire town is worth $2 million
Whoops... It seems Mr. Berthold's pet store is no longer in business. I found the number here
http://www.pethobbyist.com/locator/kw_search.php?x=y&f_state=North+Carolina&country=United+States&sort=company
So now we have a Failed Pet Store Owner and dog breeder leading this "high tech" multi million dollar cancer clinic for doggies I wonder if they'll still use herbs?
Did Dan just pick this guys name out of a phone book? Or did he buy a dog and the name stuck with him? sort of how he picked the name of enzo V. I guessed he bought a cell phone from him back in Toronto.
all in my opinion, of course
but this is getting seriously funny.
That's interesting, yesterday the president of Avitech Life Sciences was on the board
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=30910578
Today she's gone and
Dino Paolucci, Jr., V.P - D Mecatronics
has been added. perhaps they didn't like me talking about herbal cures LOL
oh well, they certainly added an experienced pinkie (scam)artist
all in my opinion, of course
Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies...
Fleetwood Mac
they also own a pet store in North Carolina. While people will certainly spend large amounts of money on their pets, you have to ask yourself, would you spend large amounts of money on your pet for an herbal cancer "cure".
With no current operations, they have a built in excuse to print shares and dilute the stock in order to "finance the construction" of the first two clinics.
if you had put $13,000 into a pinkie and watched it turn into $3,000 or less, you might be a bit unhinged as well :)
but you got this part right
"Wow you are hilarious."
and this one
"that's repeated stupidity and a general lack of ability to learn from one's mistakes"
Any one who "invests" in a gold mine and ends up with a doggie clinic and still defends the company deserves what they get...the shaft
Excellent question...PSST I'll tell you a secret...there is no gold and there never was.
And by the way, IMO the new company is NOT a veterinary operation. It is a propsed cancer clinic to treat animals with herbal "cures". I doubt that a licensed vet would be invoved.
This is the 3rd pump and dump that has used this corporate shell, the doggie cancer clinic may be the 4th. It's hard to believe that con artists are selling to an honest outfit. or maybe they're still in control? Who knows, other than a small inside group. I think ALL pink sheet companies promoted on ihub and other boards are scams, you make up your own mind and act accordingly. When I first started looking at these pinks, I was told "never fall in love with a stock" in other words they're all scams, some stories are better than others. But always be willing to cut your losses.
all of the above in my opinion, of course.
not a bad call. Thar's gold in them thar doggies, well certainly more than ABVG currently has.
I know it's amazing how "faith" can blind people. But this new pump is just silly, no current operations, herbal cancer cures for dogs, etc.
I can see the future posts now "of course they have to sell stock to fund putting up the first two clinics" LOL
That will be a great explanation of the dilution that is sure to come.
at least now, AURC can say ABVG has nothing to do with their mine, even danny boy has admitted it.
Perhaps it was really spelled Parrot? after all your new CEO is a pet store owner. p.s. WHERE'S THE GOLD???? Funny how it wasn't mentioned at all in today's press release. No gold, No forest, nothing Dan said in his past PR's. Just a herbal cure for cancer, for DOGS.
What Technology?? They are partnered with Avitech Life Sciences From the web page
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
-Gary S. Berthold, President PharmaCom BioVet Cancer Centers
-Steve A York, V.P. Operations PhamaCom BioVet Cancer Centers
-Heidi Youtsey, President Avitech Life Sciences Inc.
-Sharon Berthold, Exec. V.P. PharmaCom BioVet Cancer
Avitech (symbol avlf) web page
http://avi-essence.com/home.php
makes homeopathic products I.E. HERBS, they currently have exactly ONE product that is supposed to cure avian flu...right
The stock hasn't traded since jan. 2008 and currently has no bid or ask (according to my scottrade)
Their business PLAN says they will be profitable in the first year, I write business plans for a living, I can make them say anything I want. What you have is Gary S. Berthold, a pet store owner and dog breeder saying he is going to make millions selling herbal cancer cures to dogs.
But I am certain he loves dogs.
all imo of course
So how much was paid for a company with no current operations?
from their web page
"Immediate growth plans project at least 2 such centers open in 2008,"
It appears that ABVG bought...A WEBPAGE
Where is the money going to come from to build centers? If they ever do?
gee, news is out, who would have guessed?
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/080723/0418574.html
Where's the gold?? LOL
So were you the buyer today? but who was the seller???
4 or 5 trades for the entire volume, looks like danny boy selling to himself again. Did ANYONE sell today?
by the way, whats your best deal on cell phone service?
After Danny boy laughed, or was it sneered? at you and this board yesterday you still think there is something there???
It was a rather arrogant display I thought, two or three con artists bragging on the (un named)scams they had pulled off.
I'm sure Enzo can get you a deal on cell phones, I think that's his primary qualification for being on the board. He must have gotten danny a heck of a family plan.
It's from the state of Nevada
https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=TH1NrCVuL4dWwIypFOgqrw%253d%253d
ABVG has been in default since Nov. 1 2007, so no changes could be made to the corporation. Now that it's active again anything is possible, we'll just have to watch it and see what happens.
Well something seems to be about to happen, Dan filed his annual list yesterday (9 months late) so now he can change the share structure, or other things. Maybe he's planning a new push and you'll make out ok, or maybe he's increasing the A/S who knows?
It is amazing how many wrong and silly statements you can pack into one post.
Many mines are found at infomine, but not Parin. But still you think Parin is real? All those mines can be found in an internet search, but not Parin...doesn't that make you think even a little bit?
you said "Just like your rational that Parin is listed on the same page as other properties makes it somehow the same as those properties. The page that links Parin and Toiyabe is ABVG'S WEB PAGE Which dear Dan has had control of for over a year. Parin is listed as a current project along with Toiyabe and Dun Glen. OF COURSE negative information about one throws doubt on the others.
you said "And you should learn a little more about Box schemes.
The purpose of it is to take a shell and make it lucrative and take it private using others money. THATS COMPLETELY WRONG the purpose of a box scheme is to sell cheaply obtained shares at inflated prices. And I don't need you trying to educate me, remember you're the one who posted that all Dan had to do to get the price up was to raise the Par Value of the stock ROFLMAO
I was telling people to sell when the price was at .014, you were telling them to buy. I think my advice was much better given todays price. Who have you helped by telling them to buy into a scam?
Close.. but wrong on the details once again
At that time UR was an assistant Mod. on the IHUB board
Disent was not allowed due to his activities and others. I have since apologized to UR for accusing him of being in the "inside group" that was pumping ABVG both privately and (sort of) publically. I was threatened with banning or jail for one or two of my posts directed at him, but being a "civil" poster you wouldn't know anything about such matters.
But you FAIL TO ANSWER my questions, where is the mention of Parin or Toiyabe on the internet??
You said "Your audience is going to be alot larger than Ihub in a short time. That's if I don't have to ban you .
Over there I'm looking for opinion along with evidence."
I'll not participate in you little soiree because you will ban any valid questions. It's an old trick all 5 year olds know, "I'll go play in my sandbox and you can't come." And you audience is MUCH smaller than IHUB"S according to your own statistics
Pray tell... What possible positive activities??
Perhaps mining at Dun Glen...OOOPs not happening
Perhaps a 132 million share retirement? OOOPS Didn't happen
Perhaps the 70 million onhand at the attorneys office retired???
OOOPS didn't happen
Perhaps buying a Uranium mine in september OOPS didn't happen
and on and on and on and on...
Bottom line ABSOLUTELY NOTHING PR'd by this copmpany is verifiable or even likely.
You say you "believe" that something is happening behind the scenes. Based on EXACTLY WHAT??? Past performence???
Many people used to believe that the earth was flat, Perhaps you people should buy a globe
OH, and by the way, my agenda is clear, and I have stated it numerous times, ABVG is a total scam, it a type of Box scheme that has been perpetrated by individuals associated with this company in the past. Some were convicted, some got off on a technicality.
All IMO of course.
Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies...
Fleetwood Mac
The "Parin mining properties" appear on the same page as these
http://www.abvgoldinc.com/projects.php
Can you find ANY reference to "parin mining" "Toiyabe Resources LLC" (a nevada corporation) or any evidence of activity at Dun Glen?
It has been posted at your site that there is no ABVG activity at Dun Glen (despite PR's)
There are NO references to "Parin mining" or "Toiyabe Resources" on the internet, except for ABVG PR's.
The PR's that reference both Toiyabe and Parin were put out by
Sylvain Amyot not Dan Ryan. I invite you to google the Amyots, Sylvain and his brother Francois. There is plenty to find on them.
As to Why??? It's simple. It's a variation on a pump and dump. Start with say...132 million shares (bought at say .0007) and put out misleading (but probably not felonious) PR's to cause a spike in the price. Sell the shares you bought cheap and you make a big profit.
Any thought that there is some "good purpose" behind his lies (excuse me, PR's that didn't happen) is silly.
You said "It also gives you and the others the ammunition to bash this stock to the ground.
Now why on earth would anybody do that ?
It doesn't take a whole lot to find out that nothing has resulted or verified since Dan took over.
So what is his purpose ?"
Why would I want to warn people about a SCAM?? How about ethics that you can't get from thumping a bible...or thinking that you've seen THE TRUTH revealed by Dan?
Face it, you've been had. He won't answer your questions in writing, because he can't deny them later. A phone conversation is very deniable, and tapes without consent are not admissable in court.
His motive is simple!!! HE MADE A PROFIT OFF OF YOUR AND OTHERS BELIEF. If you think for one minute that he has lost money on this deal, I'd like to offer you a beachfront property in Arizona.
Have a nice day
All IMO of course
So this company will no longer have to file reports on it's finances, right? Why does this appear to be good news? The volume and bid are up.
Is it just speculation that since the company no longer has to report, that something will be happening soon?
Posting erronious information about my past based on an incomplete knowledge of the events is not a winning strategy. As for being part of the solution, I think I did more to save unwary investors from making a mistake on ABVG than you ever have or will :)
by all means put up your web page, in no way will it compel Dan to respond, the only people who will know it exists are people who are regulars on IHUB, and they already know the story.
at some point you'll have to admit I've been right since November, when I started posting all the criminal associations this company has, and how ABVG is nothing but a scam. All the while you were defending Dan with posts that made him sound at least like Moses, if not the messiah. Now you're finally questioning your faith...It's about time.
Have a nice day
If *I* keep it civil??? LOL No thanks dearie, that's your show feel free to reference my points however, just attribute them.
I think your effort has no chance of success, but I like your attitude better than those who say "oh well I was cheated, guess I'll just bend over and take it."
Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies...
Fleetwood Mac
So how come you're always invited? I'm starting to get a complex LOL
This may interest you:
If you get 15% of the outstanding shares as proxies to you, you could force Dan to show you the books. That might be interesting, you would only need about 49 million shares...

my crystal ball has a short in it, the future is cloudy. But I can tell you that this is at least the third time this shell has been used in some variation of a pump and dump. First the Amyot's with Bach-Hauser, then Tony Papa with FSLT(or was is flst?) and now ABVG.
I had assumed that the announcement of Enzo Vettese taking over meant a new round of PR's and THEN dilution. But, at this point I'm not sure. Maybe this one is just too hot for them to pump right now. ya pays your money and ya takes yer chances.
All imo, of course.
I think he and his buddies bought most of the stock in one large purchase over a year ago, at a ridiculously low price. And every PR since then has been to create a run that they could sell into.
No need to dilute when you start off with 132 million shares that cost you around .0007 to begin with.
All imo, of course.
The only thing worse than a woman scorned is a true believer having a crises of faith. In this case you have both. To think that you could shame DR into admitting the truth is silly. And I have never believed that Dan's account was red. Anything he says to the contrary is self serving.
All in my opinion, of course.
