Yea, I think BJ is doing the one legged dog crap shake and he just can't rid of the dog. I believe Greedy is going in on that 6.5 million dollar program with BEHL.
Three bullish indicators today, one was a close above the 20 day moving average. The MACD is currently indicating a weak bullish signal. Although the MACD is trending above the signal line, the indicator is still below 0, which suggests that the underlying moving averages are bearish. The Stochastic is registering a strong bullish signalng and as a bonus the 20 day moving could cross above the 50 day tomorrow.
Yea that's the kind that been drunk from a drunk, Actually greedy I would buy you a real beer but I'm not going
That I imagine will be announce at the meeting in Las Vegas and I imagine some of the big money behind it will be there. 10 each 10 acre comes up to $9,000,000 but 6.5 million will get it started and people coming to the table. I believe this is a scenario where if you build it they will come.
I agree, but what is spurring all of the big block buying. Most of the flippers already bought back at less.
I think they might wait till the shareholder meeting to release any ground breaking mind blowing information. My personal opinion is that DF has put together the 150 acre deal.
DITTO bud, this could have something to do with 150 acre 10 parcel PBR just speculation on my end.

Thanks tea bagger, I bow to your superior knowledge and appreciate your clarity.
Danno, a CEOs job is to put a team of people together to get a job done, it would appear Dennis Fish has done that. Let's see what your buddy bj can do now that he is the task master of his own company.
Let me add that rarely do people who leave one company like a thief in the night succeed in their future endeavours.
Private placement (or non-public offering) is a funding round of securities which are sold without a initial public offering, usually to a small number of chosen private investors
I would like to see the 150 acre thing get put together in addition to RWE and Lonestar college. We could have real value by the end of the year.
I've always assumed BEHL would be bought out by a much bigger fish.
Looking back a year it has seen below .10 and I would believe that is their bottom and .50 is the resistance at the top. So I'd have to wait and see how the RWE shakes the stock.

I can't find any info on dati. I went to sec and made inquiries, am I missing something?
Gummy, you obviously did not know the steps either. Most people do not, that is why eventually after receiveing a citation they hire someone to get them thru the process. Ignorance of these steps are common to most businesses and should not be considered a crime. Dennis I believe has a site contractor in Santa Anna, I imagine he can navigate the hurdles required by Santa Anna to get this project moving forward. But to scream Completely Unacceptable!! No Permits! Non Conforming Land Use! is unacceptable!
Huntington Beach, California planning and approval committee and Permit office are two seperate entities. For instance here I go before the Metropolitan Planning Commission "MPC" for approval of a site utilization plan. Once I get the MPC approval then I start the permit process which in some cases I have to submit first to the state which has to be approved before the city will even look at or start a permit process.
RWE came in with technoloy on pumps and valves and the like as well as the Siemens Control devices that they decided to jemp to 3rd generation because it was so far advanced. Should they have went ahead and built the 2nd generation, good question and I don't have the answer.
I'm sorry if crap is all you have to feed on! To think that the issues facing BEHL today are problematic enough cause credibility problems is frightening. I would think not having a 3rd Generation PBR or no forward looking hope would be the issues that made lack of credibility an issue. You see Greasy, forward looking is what the stock market is essentially based on, if not we would just be hedging bets on what the company is worth now, not tomorrow, next week, or next year. The permit problem to me is just that, an obstacle that BEHL has to deal with, is it the only problem Dennis is dealing with today, I don’t think so. Is the invitations not being sent out the only other problem this 1 year old company has to deal with is it the only other issue today or Friday or any other day, no. You see Greasy that is called growing pains of a startup company that is dealing with leading edge technology. Those two problems are probably so far down on the priority list of problems Dennis has to deal with it would scare you.
I don't have a high horse when it comes to BEHL!!!! Maybe to someone that does not deal with issues like permits everyday like I do this permit thing is an issue. My last permit issue involed an owner of a company that had DEQ sitting on a $27,000 a day fine for 45 days while I corrected his mistakes. By the way no fines were ever issued.
Have I got issues with BEHL, yes sometimes, but I don't crap in the same bowl I expect to eat out of either. I try to keep in mind what goes on everyday, I can assure you a lot more postive things go on than things that adversly affect us. Do I think gummy affects the share price, no, I don't believe the majority of the shareholders even know about ihub or for that matter care.
It seems to me everyone wants to point out things that are going wrong when there are a lot more things going right with BEHL. So theres a permit snafoo from the cities point of view we have not heard BEHLs side, so everyone did not get an email even thou there might have been an ernest attempt to do so. How many things went right last week that could have been discussed?
We don't get nor should we get a PR for everything that happens, good or bad... We should expect PRs on milestones or major setbacks. To most, and I am speaking from a point of view of experience, being cited for a permit issue is just a walk in the park. It is something you have to overcome and most times there is never any monetary fines paid, just get in compliance and all is good.
Maybe there is no agenda, maybe Dennis wants to screw that up too, "Sorry Dennis", maybe the agenda is still in the works and you will be handed one at the meeting. Think about something, this company is how old and already holding a shareholders meeting. I think that is pretty good in and of itself.
This whole weekend the board has been busy debating one sided dd and not getting an invitation.
"Gotcha Dennis Fish"
Greasy, do you know about the shareholders meeting? Do you know if even one of your brokers have given BEHL your mailing address or any information? Do you know if Gummy even bothered to call DF to get the companies prepective on the permit issue? Do you know how many of the same shareholders are pounding BEHL to get a PBR up and running?
My brokerage emails me with news such as shareholder meetings because I have that on my alerts
Monte thanks for your rational conclusion, it does not matter that everyone here has received notification some will only be satisfied with a personal invitation. "GOTCHA Dennis Fish".
I think that is a good idea Greasy, it is actually something gummy should have done before posting Friday. What everyone is praising as good DD seems to be more of a GOTCHA Dennis Fish mentality of folks who have never been involved in growing a business. Good Luck to you all.
Gummy, why don't you perform both sides of your dd before you post something an ordinary reader might consider fact. Yes I did, I got a little smarter but I did want you to get my message and you did thats all that matters.
I was wondering who out there would find that one. Thanks
Your right gummy, your the best. Thank you!!!
We hardly ever grade on grammer. I would not be here if that was the case.
Growing Pains!
Can't agree with you more, thanks for your input matter of fact I believe you echoed my post from earlier and I do not even live on the Left Coast. I say the best thing Dennis could have done to move this company forward is move all assets to TEXAS. Texas is business friendly, Dennis would have had the permits within a few weeks.
Sometimes people with the best intentions screw the pooch without even knowing. People wrap themselves in whatever they are doing not knowing what they are doing is causing more problems. We don't know if BEHL or their contractor has or has not started the the permit process. This would not be the first project started without permits being issued, like I said earlier, it can be a lengthy process.
Allow me to jump in as well if you don't mind. When a customer of mine is trying to renovate, make changes to property more often than not they or their contractor have to submit drawings. These drawings have to be made by a draftsperson or architect of some kind. this process can take weeks just to get drawings. Then they have to be reviewed, in Louisiana you have to send drawings to the state fire marshal for review of code and ADA concerns, again another month has passed. Now once you have a stamped drawing from the State Fire Marshal 6-8 weeks have passed now you can apply for a permit with the city or whatever permitting authority is required, which could take another couple weeks. In the mean time people call Santa Anna inquiring about permits, these calls are more or less treated as a complaint and investigated by the authorities inspector who then writes up a violation. Now all that most likely be required of BEHL is that they get in compliance and if they have not followed the procedures I outlined above they will then have to do so.
So here is the dilemma that Dennis Fish is facing, after all this is California and nothing gets done there without some regulatory agencies involvement. I think by 2020 you will have to apply for a burn permit to light your grill at night. Ok back to Dennis Fish’s dilemma, you have 7000 shareholders expecting to see a PBR up and running yesterday, damn the permits, and you have other share holders calling the permitting authority making inquiries to the city launching an investigation on BEHL,
I appreciate your DD thank you, now go have a coke and smile and lets wait till July to get the PBR up. If I was Dennis Fish I would not release another PR till I had everything perfect to order and give no one any forward looking statements.
Hey Gummy fuzzy Navel Dennis mentioned something about a 150 acre park divided into 10 equal 10 acre parcels, I am posting a contact for the California Dept of environmental protection below so you can start making phone calls Monday Morning. One of the numbers below should work for you.

My very last post of the day, wine time, goodnite everybody.
Banyon, this is something we can agree on, no posting negative!!! No that's not it, California vs Texas business climate. California is the worst state to do business in when having to comply with environmental issues, my comany ended up turning down several million dollars worth of landfill business out there because of the cost of a demonstration project with a high risk of failure.
Gummy you can urinate in a ditch and violate the Water board regs
