Oh, now I see how it works, but by the time I digest it fully, we will have changed directions once again...thank heaven we have already been through the Pet Rock and Shrunken Head fads.
G/M, EZ - In spite of my current reasoning, I am still holding
and will continue to do so however, if I were a Vulcan logic would dictate otherwise. But if Tampa Bay can take 2 out of 3 from my Yankees, anything is possible! GO HRCT !!!
WHAT MUSIC??????
EZ - I do not " totally disagree, " but I do believe you are not attributing enough significance to HRCT's failed promises as a major causative factor in the low pps. If one goes back ( as I have )and reads the company's PRs for the past few years and then views it's follow through, you will see a pattern of unfulfilled objectives. Most intelligent investors will do this
before buying equities...it's called DD. Although I admit the
OTC-BB is having a more difficult time, a company's pattern of being unable to fulfill objectives would result in it being viewed as a " poor " risk by most investors in ANY MARKET! The trick in re-assessing a company one owns is to be as objective
as possible...Although this is nothing new, most are not willing to do it.
Although some LONGS wish to believe that those of us who have started to question things and verbalize our doubts ( after 3 years of holding )are doing so to lower the pps for personal gain, this is simply not true. The reality is, HRCT's history of setting it's shareholders up, whether intentional or not, for repeated disappointment has been the most significant factor in it's basement share price.
DC100 - HRCT's days of running on news are over. They know it.
Very few LONGS have the confidence to continue buying, even with the release of news, because of the lack of materialization of most, if not all, past ' deals.' So, unless they truly have an ace up their sleeve, we are not likely to see any more meaningless PRs. IMO
Modern day " Wind Talkers!" eom
EZ - I realize that these 200 share trades on HRCT and ETLK are not ' legitimate, ' but I do not necessarily accept that they " signal " anything of significance. I guess time will tell.
Yes, I can...NO VOLUME !! eom
OT: Something to do while we await the next " HRCT Revelation. "

MBR - Am I seeing correctly? Are you really responding to a message from Christmas Eve, 2001? Man, I wish I had access to your file system! LOL
OT: Well, I guess that there really aren't any certainties in the world...except for apple pie, parenthood, and baseball.
OT: wwwilly, for many, including myself, an essential component of friendship is trust. Unfortunately, in my years as a HRCT shareholder, I have discovered that there are a number of wolves in sheep clothing.
I have always found you to be one of the more direct. Good luck and stay well.
Unbelievable position for a company that allegedly had first mover advantage in several areas. I have asked myself many times how, if HRCT was so positioned, did not one of them become successful? Heck, probability theory alone should have given us at least one successful operation! Smart moving ' operations ' to China. I guess they were able to see the writing on the wall. Sad, so very sad.
mmayr - I cannot understand why the company is unresponsive to our repeated requests for information on their short and long term strategies. I know the pps is beyond their direct control, but informing us of planned adjustments and changes in direction is not.
On a personal note. Mark, your focus and rationality over the last few days was both noted and appreciated...thanks!
T-Stud - Lets try to get back on the main subject in our future postings, namely HRCT. As for bashing HRCT and Dr. Phan, I do not consider my expressing a loss of confidence as bashing. Nor do I view my statement that much of the company's present difficulties were self-inflicted as attacking the Doc.
IMO, all the LONGS need to be considering what HAS happened, what IS occurring, and where the heck we ARE ( HRCT ) going? Now, if you or any of your friends, have any ' new ' inside information to share, I am sure the rest of us will gladly listen.
Although I continue to HOLD, my days of being a lemming are over; the cliff is in sight and I am not going quietly!!!
OT: T-Stud, when both wwwilly and I called you on the comment, you were very cavalier about it. Now you claim it was the reason I was bashing HRCT. Come now, even you should be able to do better than that. If not, maybe boatRgirl will attempt to rescue you once again.
boatRgirl - I wonder where you were the other day when your fellow Floridian (Tennisstud ) made what several perceived as a rather insensitive comment toward 9/11? My posts today were in response to that.
As far as the composition of those individuals in the WTC, trust me, I did not need you to inform me.
Ditto, TFN, but now you have ruined our fun since Tennisstud hadn't figured that out yet! LOL
Isn't it interesting how one's attitude to such things change when it happens in your own backyard. Greetings from New York..
Tennisstud - Somebody has to compensate for your hysteria!
OT: D-BACKS Unlikely to Repeat as World Series Champions...
" Just reporting what I heard."
OT: TFN, we could consider starting the " mandate " here and then emailing President Bush the results. Kinda like what we do with the " Q&A " to HRCT.
For the record, I am for taking him out if he continues to be not in compliancy.
OT: A Little Help Needed From Germany. The below link will take you to a PR on a company that I have been invested in for several years. Any information you may see on this new Berlin placement would be appreciated. I suggest that any communique be by way of the private message feature so as not to be confusing. TIA

Tennisstud - Try to read my posts with comprehension. I have not " jumped ship " and do not immediately plan on doing so. I have been out the Corps for over 30 years and have not followed blindly since then. Reasoning is a good thing; try it someday, you never know it might become a habit!
As for your " joke," I still perceive it as tasteless, but then again, maybe that's because I am overly sensitive to 9/11
references, living here in the NY area!
Tin - I do not deny that I want HRCT to succeed. However, I am not pleased with the frequent, mid-stream changes and apparent
lack of a cohesive business plan that ALL OF US can see.
As for Tennisstud, I sure hope he has begun wearing a hat in that FL sun to protect what problem solving ability he has left. Tasteless comment on 9/11.
I appreciate the offer to assist me in my understanding of the company's business plan(s), however, IMO, much of what is being hinted at is nothing more than wishful thinking. I see people all day long who ‘ see ‘
connections that most others do not. So, although my present lack of confidence maybe of a personal nature, your visions of HRCT's future maybe symptomatic of a delusional condition…lol…just jokin!
As far as the companies listed in EZ's post as illustrative of other companies in trouble, I do believe the majority of them were involved with insider trading and shareholder deception. Do you really wish to use them comparatively?
I hope not.
I have been a HRCT shareholder and supporter for years now, but there comes a time when a little reality check is in order. Over the last few months, I have reviewed much of HRCT's business maneuvers and must admit that I am both confused and frustrated. Although several of the LONGS continue to imply that they can 'see' the big picture and the direction the company is going, it seems to me, that the picture changes after every commercial! Possibly, these individuals are simply more astute than me and/or have access to sources which I do not. Although I will continue to hold, I am not as confident as in the past. The one thing that I am sure of, is that a great deal of HRCT's difficulties have been self-inflicted.
OT: MBR - Please cease posting reality based information on this thread. TIA
Yes, HRCT is still alive, but I question it's quality of life. There has been no news, little volume and a stagnant share price. So, if the Doc isn't working quietly and on something of significance, euthanasia maybe an option.
To those living in or around NYC, the past year has meant significant change. Wednesday, the one year anniversary of 9/11, will more likely serve as a reminder to those who have not had to cope with loss, grief, and recovery on a daily basis. However, for those who witness the obvious physical and less apparent emotional devastation day in and day out, Wednesday will be simply another necessary step in the recovery process.
Tin - Gotta love your attitude, but at present, the reality for HRCT is that it is dead in the water. TFN has been saying that for sometime. Until we get ( if we get? ) some profits, I
cannot see us moving up. Sure, anything can happen...look what the Dodgers did to the D-Backs a few nights ago ( sorry, IMAN, it just seemed to fit )...but short of the Doc hitting a grand slam, we are destined to be adrift. Naturally, this is one man's opinion.
Tin, I say again, I luv ya, man!
wwwilly - You need to keep abreast of the latest news. Anna Nicole Smith was part of what I lost to IMAN in our baseball wager. This may account for his perceived irritability since she is rather high maintenance!
Geez, a man takes a respite to be alone with his car, and people assume the worst! As the words in the song go, " Everybody needs a little time away." Well, I am here to say that word of my sellout has been
grossly exaggerated. I remain LONG and STRONG!
I appreciate being recognized as HRCT Poster of the Month, but would like to know when I will receive the new car and money that goes along with this designation. Or, am I possibly confusing this with my Playgirl contract?
Let's go HRCT SHOW ME THE MONEY !!!!!!
First, grandiosity and now paranoia. Two sides of the dreaded triad. OCErnie, keep posting and revealing, this is becoming interesting!
Well, OCErnie, grandiosity, and those who profess it, have never been favorites of mine. Unless of course we are discussing your pathology.
As far as what I have been doing these " past few days, " you
need to be very careful in what you assume!
Good Bye
NOT according to your wife, and she should know! LOL
Update on Lexington. This is an excerpt from Dr. Phan's response to my inquiry.
" I received your Email regarding Lexington. The matter is quite simple: we are not satisfied with their performance, so we terminate the PR contract accordingly. We are now actively looking for another PR firm".
OT: primetime, your alias was created on August 31, 2001 and there is only ONE post attributed to you. I sure hope it didn't take you 11 months to think of that message!!! Scary, very scary.
Situation Report Needed! Dr. Phan was accused of being too free with his statements and predictions. As each failed to be actualized, we all wished that he had shown greater discretion.
We longed for a more mature company where achievements and earnings would replace bold verbiage. Well, people, I believe
we now have what we wished for; it's time for HRCT to SHOW ME THE MONEY or admit that we fought the good fight, but lost!!!
