THANKS for posting!!!
Exactly!! There are some savvy former/current ISRG stock holders out there with some extra cash... Go TITXF!!!
What a difference 7 days of trading makes... April 3rd ISRG hits $541 ps. April 14th ISRG closes at $425. A $116 ps swing downward. Ouch!
Great advice!
Lol... gotcha! Well let's hope good karma is on your / OUR side!
Yep!
If they do go it alone, I'd love to see them steal away some seasoned ISRG reps and sales managers... but only those who can be "re-programmed" and haven't burned bridges with their clients!
I concur. We all are doing it. It can be dangerous!
Really? If it is at $100 pps 1 to 2 years post FDA approval, without a reverse split, and say 5 to 10% MS, that is unacceptable?
I was sold on the make up of the company long ago. I'm just trying to come up with a reliable / realistic benchmark for pps post approval. I like to set realistic benchmarks so I can develop realistic investing goals. The potential is there product-wise and has been from the start. I want to understand better how some are coming up with their projections.
Thanks Flenderson! I am impressed by the knowledge, due diligence and reasoning all of you are showcasing on here. Keep it up!
That seems realistic! And I agree, I hope they dont get bought below $20! What's your best guess at 1 to 2 years post approval if Titan goes it alone?
I guess the 2 to 3 year projection is what I'm questioning. Im long on Titan too so I hope y'all are right. Just seems that even if Titan steals a chunk of MS from Intuitive early on, ISRG still OWNS the market. I began my career in Pharma in sales and marketing years ago and know how difficult it is to steal MS from Goliath in that segment of the industry. You have an established company owning the market and a pps between $450 and $500 (give or take)... they have less than half the outstanding shares than Titan (currently)... How does Titan get to $100 to $150 in 2 to 3 years with twice the outstanding shares and just a fraction of market share the first couple years after approval? Building market share takes time AND an aggressive sales push. I don't want to sound pessimistic - just playing "devil's advocate." I won't be saisfied with a lower number of shares than I have now if I plan on taking this thing all the way to the "Promised Land."
Sounds good to me! Was involved with a reverse split on a mining stock once and those were my sentiments exactly - got screwed!
I'm a novice trader so forgive me if this is a naive question... Isn't a reverse split necessary at some point? If I'm not mistaken, TITXF has >80 mil outstanding shares and ISRG <40 mil. If we hope for / expect a pps between $100 to $150 in the next 2 to 3 years, wouldn't our outstanding shares need to be in line w/ ISRGs? I realize the robotic market is ever expanding and the SPORT will help increase the size of the market but Titan keeps diluting its stock. Am I off base?
Aah! got it! Was looking at my Watch List and just saw > +6.
Transenterix is way up. Anyone know why?
Dont let the overall market variances scare you from this particular investment. The development of SPORT will continue regardless. We may have a major correction between now and the approval of this device. Politics and the current state of the economy put it all on shaky ground. On the bright side, when it dips you can buy more Titan!
Probably because everyone is watching their other stocks take a beat'n! NASDAQ is get'n crunched!
Hope you're right!
My sister-inlaw, a surgeon, uses DaVinci. Hates the company and is chomping at the bit for the SPORT!
I have to think some "shorts" got back in again this morning. I'm guessing it will bounce a bit for a few days.
EXACTLY! I realize many of you have been invested in Titan for awhile and from reading your posts over the last month or so, many are quite anxious... Patience will carry you through. This is a "penny stock" folks. As great and promising a product as SPORT is, it is still speculative. Just hang on a little while longer!
LOL! I feel your pain. I was busy working "on the road" last week and didnt have time to tap in to my Amtrade account. I kept telling myself I'd buy some more as soon as I got back to my office on Monday! Love to see it rise but UGH!!!
...after reading some of the posts regarding a pre-approval promotional push of SPORT by "outsiders," it's my opinion that Titan should be consulted. If any of you had a start-up company, would you want people outside of your company independently promoting your potential product without your knowledge? You wouldn't want false information to be disseminated.
I know the process. I occasionally work on med device studies. The FDA that approves the devices is the same FDA that approves investigational meds. The gov't is involved regardless! Trust me, there are often politicians and lobbyists behind the scenes! One good thing going for TItan is that it's a start-up so they haven't been able to piss off the regulators yet.
I agree, the fact Titan has been able to stay on schedule is promising. Cross your fingers that it continues. I am a pharmaceutical clinical trials monitor. In drug research & development it is very rare to stay within an initial project timeline. I love the optimism from the posters on this board. I certainly hope the FDA isn't as "bi-polar" with medical device approvals as it is with INDs!
Well, good luck to ya (and your kids)!
I dont mind it not spiking for awhile... I just keep buying more every time it dips below $1.90. Get it at "bargain basement prices" while ya still can folks! If I can get 20 to 40k shares under a $2 a share average I'll be one happy dude in a few years!
