I wonder how long it will take before the power utility cuts them off for non-payment. After all, according to one Canadian Judge that is Benoit's style.
On Monday, a report by Coin Desk stated that last Thursday, the US Patent Office released another Intel patent to the public. This one apparently delineates a way to automatically record as well as verify blocks as they are created on a Blockchain. In essence, what this means is that if Intel’s new technology works, then miners will essentially be obsolete. This theoretical method is also striking in that it is something that hasn’t been achieved in the space yet.
Benoit erred in fully understanding my background and connections.
UAMA, legal weed and Benoit Laliberte. Hmmm! Bring it on! That should bring the SEC to the table quickly. Maybe Benoit could go where Martha Stewart went for a few years. A fitting reward for his career-long track record of malfeasance and fraud. Court convictions and records don't lie!
Will UAMA actually pay the landlords, suppliers, power company, employees, etc. bills as they come due or just follow their past, well-documented practices of Investel et al? According to a Canadian Judge who entered into the record his opinion of Benoit Laliberte's business practice of regularly breaching contracts and agreements. Investel in Receivership and the former operating companies in CCAA Proceedings which has already effectively hollowed out those businesses for Investel, UAMA, et al. Don't look for them secure bank financing any time soon. Benoit's reputation has shut that door! Smart of them to choose the agricultural setting though, as it masks the odor of the BS.
Today's News! Mostly BSBB and the flimsy tent and all the rest of the plumbing for this scheme would likely make more money as a mushroom farm, especially in the near future. Appropriate comparison as they say, "keep'em in the dark and feed them horse manure". If it were such a great idea the large and aggressive Canadian power utilities would already be in this space. Ask around.
Today's News? More of the same from Benoit Laliberte, CEO of UAMA, convicted of stock fraud and stock manipulation and serving without SEC waiver. Look at the history, no enduring value ever built by this team. Their MO is seed the idea, sign up unwitting partners, supplier and employees, borrow to the maximum extent possible and then proceed to stop paying suppliers, service providers, employees and lenders. Problem for them now is there is an abundance of evidence for all to see. Read the CCAA Proceedings, particularly the voluntary comments by a Canadian Judge related to the business practices of Mr. Benoit Laliberte.
New auditors? All of the companies run by Mr. Benoit Laliberte, CEO of UAMA is have track records of breaching agreements, to the extent it was even put into the record by a Canadian Judge. Suppliers, service providers and employees beware!!!
What a crock! Go "off pinks and full reporting"? Benoit Laliberte, CEO of UAMA was convicted, upon appeal, on over 44 counts of stock fraud and stock manipulation, and serves in that position without SEC waiver. That could be the catalyst to get the SEC to act. Go for it! Maybe SEC could send him to same place as they sent Martha Stewart!
Funny! Investel in Receivership and most IP claimed under security agreements by creditors. Given the CCAA Proceedings and fact that this business has been hollowed out little is left. On top is Mr. Benoit Laliberte , CEO of UAMA who was convicted, upon appeal, of over 44 counts of stock fraud and stock manipulation. Now one wants to lend to these fraudsters. Ask around.
UAMA CEO convicted of stock fraud and manipulation and is sering without an SEC waiver.e
Where's the value? Investel in Receivership and most assets including IP in question and potentially lost. Former operating companies hollowed out by CCAA Proceedings (bankruptcy) which resulted in loss of bulk of employees, assets and any real cash flow. Meanwhile Benoit Laliberte, CEO of UAMA was convicted of stock fraud and stock manipulation and serves as CEO of US pubco without SEC waiver. Only a matter ot time now.
UAMA CEO convicted of stock fraud and stock manipulation.
IF iPCS had any value it has been squandered by Benoit Laliberte and his miscreants. If the had any marketing sense and sales talent they could have found opportunity. Any opportunity for iPCS has
been effectively killed by this team.
Funny but misses the point!
Failure not Bell, CRTC but management of this farce! If iPCS was taken to market by others the outcome likely much better.
Investel Capital Corporation is in receivership. CCAA Proceedings accelerated the erosion. Hard to imagine an upside without a massive cash infusion. Tough to raise capital with Mr Benoit Laliberte at helm as his reputation and convictions for stock fraud and stock manipulation are problematic. Signs that they are grasping for straws.......and then there's the matter of SEC compliance.
Fluff
Investel site still down. Investel in Receivership per Telus submission to CRTC and Telus questioning validity of cellular spectrum licences. Could UAMA days be numbered?
Investel Web Site DOWN!!! A sign of things to come? Funny how vendors stop cooperating when you don't or can't pay your bills!
Receiver appointed for Investel so any upside for the Creditors. CCAA Proceedings will drag on for many more months though outcome not in question. Likely only matter of time before the SEC steps in for lack of waiver and anything else they find. Benoit erred in not understanding the complete background of a business contact.
CRTC Pleading Dead On Arrival
SEC won't split hairs!
Benoit screwed up TNW Wireless. His strategy with iPCS was flawed and he lacked the credibility and finesse to get the job done. Count on CRTC rejection of their Application!
CEO of UAMA, new owner of TNW Wireless was convicted on 47 counts of stock fraud and stock manipulation. As OTCBB listed, UAMA would need to have received SEC waiver? Where is it? "From the UK" (LTD) is correct in presuming CRTC will reject their Application! Why? How about felon CEO and eligibility issues? Maybe not spoken of (yet) but a factor. Benoit Laliberte made himself personna non grata with the Canadian Telecom Industry then there's the small matter that there's really nothing new here. A parallell path now exists for WiFi WISPs and even AT&T roams to WiFi internationally.
Benoit Laiberte, UAMA CEO convicted on 48 counts of stock fraud and stock manipulation and holds position without SEC waiver. Benoit doesn't fully comprehend background of a creditor.
If UAMA had capital they'd honor contracts, pay bills, and actually undertake the steps to develop the business and build value. Not happening and the SEC is watching.
Bankruptcy has hollowed out UAMA, Investel, TNW, et al. There is little cash, no goodwill in any industry these miscreants have entered. SEC lurking and days numbered. Turns out Benoit didn't know the full background on one of the creditors.
Look at the facts. CCAA Proceeding effectively "hollowed out" Investel et al assets (including patents and IP) and employee base. When CCAA Proceedings close it will get even worse. Creditors will likely be successful in perfecting their claims against all key assets. CRTC Application likely will be rejected and then there's the question of spectrum licences. They don't honor contracts or pay their bills, according to a Canadian judge. Do they have any working capital? What have they actually accomplished to create value in the past 6-12 months?
Funny to read about patent litigation. When creditors finish with Investel et al who will own the patents and intellectual property?
Did UAMA obtain an SEC waiver to permit Mr. Benoit Laliberte, a person found guilty of all 48 counts of stock fraud and manipulation, to serve as CEO of UAMA?
LOL for sure! Is the CEO a crook and convicted on all 48 counts of stock fraud and manipulation? That's what the evidence says.
Given that CEO of UAMA convicted on all 48 counts of stock manipulation. Did UAMA apply for an SEC waiver to permit Benoit Laliberte to serve as CEO?
