According to a Canadian Judge who entered into the record his opinion of Benoit Laliberte's business practice of regularly breaching contracts and agreements. Investel in Receivership and the former operating companies in CCAA Proceedings which has already effectively hollowed out those businesses for Investel, UAMA, et al. Don't look for them secure bank financing any time soon. Benoit's reputation has shut that door! Smart of them to choose the agricultural setting though, as it masks the odor of the BS.
