No wonder the stock has been stalling out. George brought in to bail us out.
Knowing where the CC was a no brainer. Had no clue about the PP. Raise money, dilute shareholders even more, and answer no questions. I am sure raises are next in line.
You have to wonder if the bullish guys here were pumping the stock in order to get out of their positions. After all they only look out for our best interests. Is Proto the Real Trojan Long?

How about having the ASM in Colorado when they know the majority of shareholders reside out east.Much easier to confront an empty room or a lawyer's office than actual shareholders with pertinent questions

I will be thrilled when NIO is listed on a real exchange.
I think you put what he is having in a pipe and smoke it.
Wise might be ready for the straight jacket.
Anyone making the trek to the Rockies for the ASM this year?
I have 3 of them and they all stink.
If I ever make a fortune, it will come from a biotech or a mine out west. Turn that fortune in owning land and brothels.
Shareholder meeting will be out west.
Can you explain to me why Steve and Stonegate are on the payroll. The contact info on the website lists their Colorado office number. They must have pics of something from a Christmas party.
This is one dysfunctional company but all I can say is Booyah.
I was down there on Saturday with 11 family members watching them beat Maryland. It was a great year for the team but Duke seems to have their number. My brother actually does not care too much about the team. I go to more games than he does.
A trading agenda implies this stock actually trades. You are really a dope.
Every day is a new trade.
Even if some of us sold 90% of our holdings, we would still own more than you.
If he ever visits Elk Creek, it will be in his own private jet right to Omaha and then the stretch limo to The Hills Have Eyes.
Thanks for your response.
Do you think the company has reached certain objectives and now they need George to implement them or has Tom hit a roadblock and needs assistance to keep the company going.
Smith brought in to clean up Goetz's shortcomings, Marcelli given employment by Smith to get things in order,Zelibor brought in to bail out Marcelli, now Lauro brought in to either unload us or get LWLG to the right players.

We are trading at 89 cents. Sure beats 77 cents. BOOYAH
How to follow and trade the stock.
Basically the two markets to follow are in Canada and the US. The US side is usually a tracking tool so keep your eye on NB.V as that is where the majority of the volume will trade. The current currency converter is 1 CAN = .92 US. The offer in Canada is 71,000 shares at .66 cents. Corrrespondingly, the US has 50K offered at .61 cents to match the Canadian. If someone buys the Canadian offer, the US offer will almost automatically be pulled.
Stinks to trade this way but not much we can do about it. Plus some of us pay outrageous US commissions because NIO is an international stock. This does hold back some investment.
Good Luck.
You are too much. You wrecked the Yahoo board by getting into a hissy fight with your buddies on GIG, went over and abused their board when you did not even have an investment there. Then you got your cult crowd to believe that you knew everything going on at LWLG and convinced some of these sheeple to invest their money only to have it waste away. From there, a few of us suggested to take a look at Niocorp only as an alternative play but did not push it on anyone. You came over to that board and began to question every move they made because it seems you are jealous of other people making money and you did not get credit for recommending it.
I am sure LWLG consulted you before they hired George Lauro. Surprised you did not take credit for that as well. Stick with the home inspection business and tone down the ego trip.
The kiss of death. Read more and post less.
Thanks. It should not come as a surprise to anyone as that is where the company has set up shop. I wonder if any of the BOD will fly out or will this just be Tom,Jim,and a lawyer.
ASM should be coming in late July as well. Hopefully we will get some answers.
Guessing the ASM will be held out west since it is company headquarters so shareholders questions will be very limited this year.
Six,
Although the volume is moderate, I am impressed with the buying. Tough to get shares without going to the offer.
Mass, I never like to trade a stock when the main market is not available. They lead the way and determine the path of the other exchanges. I will sit this one out.
Not the same Booyah that Invesor was referring to.
I would take 6 a share and take stock in the acquirer instead of cash.
Gates, I have seen posts here describing us going to 1000, 500,200,100,50 and so on. I personally would be happy with anything north of 10 bucks a share at this point.
The board here would flip if that was the price range. Supposedly our material l has the ability to impact tens of billions in profits. Not sure anyone would go for those numbers but then again, maybe the acquirer would be worth owning.
Toda khavehr tov.
It seems I have heard that phrase somewhere before.
Invesor, have you had a chance to look at how he previous company affiliations have made out? I know the majority have been acquired but I am wondering what the price was when he joined different BOD's and the end result of the deals. That might be hard to track.
You should have your own board.
Met results should be under 600k.Drilling will commence hopefully within 3-9 days. Everyone is excited.
Did you share with him your 1000 concerns and how nervous you are?
Theroc, you are correct and I am wrong here. My issue with management concerns timelines not met, partnerships seemingly dissolved without notice and strange decisions to relocate. Six has listed many companies that LWLG collaborated with and then end suddenly. EM Photonics,LSS,Lockheed,UA and others come to mind. I spoke to one BOD member who assured me that EM Photonics was going smoothly and then the next day a PR came out that they ended the relationship. I just believe that the personalities of Marcelli and Tom seem to clash with everyone else.
I hope Lauro will raise financing for LWLG on favorable terms or we are going to get diluted. No way around this.
As I stated it is just my own opinion. I believe Nio is too small and will be gobbled up by a bigger entity. I love the built in connections that we have with Mark and Claude even though he has taken a position elsewhere.
When we did not get the grant, I knew that Tom could not close. This guy is brought in to get things moving. Probably the smartest move they have made so far.
Nice contributions to the board. I believe Nio will be acquired within a short time frame after we do the feasibility study and things go smoothly. JMHO.
When you question the value of management, the sheeple consider you a basher and rip into your posts. I guess some investors are happy not to have a stock that would create profits for them. The buck was passed from Phil to Jim to Tom and we still have no clue where the company is headed. It would be helpful just to get a concise PR or CC on where we stand.
Another Stepford investor. You will be the first one in line when Google decides to microchip the human population.
