NEW YORK (AP) -- Marketing company H3 Enterprises Inc. on Wednesday said it signed an agreement with Oakland Raiders football player Warren Sapp to open a chain of stores called HipHopSodaShops in Florida.
Financial terms were undisclosed.

The stores will offer food, hip-hop music, merchandise and pre-loadable cash cards.

A separate HipHopSodaShop will open in New York's Harlem this summer.

H3 trades over-the-counter. Shares were at 26 cents in afternoon trading.
